今日去開油塘,行左陣街之後有d肚餓,於是就去左food court 果邊,然後就被旺記冰室個招牌吸引,一入去店面都幾寬敞明亮,望落去幾乾淨衞生,印象分唔錯。打開menu,映入眼簾既就係佢既招牌日本滑蛋飯,出於好奇,就叫左個招牌既滑牛肉,蝦仁雙併日本滑蛋飯黎試下,$58,價格中等,無話特別便宜或者貴,但勝在佢夠大,大大碟,如果係飯量比較少既女生,兩個人食一碟都飽。滑蛋同配料很多,鋪滿成碟飯,面積甚至比d飯大,非常足料,算係幾驚喜,因為好多時候好多餐廳d餸都會比飯少。 一入口,蛋幾滑,牛肉同蝦仁都幾嫩,最重要既係d蔥幾香,蔥味完全無被蓋過,加上佢秘製既甜豉油,其實入口岩岩好,所有野加埋都算係perfect match。 加左杯大杯既凍檸檬茶,埋單一共$63,都算不錯!下次有機會會想試埋佢其他野食,個蕃茄湯午餐肉通粉望落去都好吸引P.S. 佢既甜豉油真心配飯不錯

經開大本型,今日就黎到旺記冰室食個午餐。尼度選擇唔係太多,不過食物水準都唔錯。我地今曰叫左黑椒白汁雞扒飯同蕃茄湯午餐肉通粉。白汁雞扒飯,雞扒大大件,雞肉好滑外面岩岩煎好,唔錯。略嫌白汁味道唔夠濃。蕃茄湯通粉值得一試,蕃茄味濃郁,午餐肉有再煎左再煮,通粉有彈性,每一啖都充滿蕃茄既香味,酸酸地好開胃,最後連湯清哂。另外,蕃茄湯通粉會包埋一個炒蛋同多士,多士脆口,好香牛油味,雞蛋抄得岩岩好,唔會太熟,入口即溶醫完個肚,就滿足甘番去喇。

2019年6月22日約左上朋友屋企玩。所以就諗住是旦食啲野就算。上去food court 同行友人話旺記個滑蛋叉燒飯好好食。見佢唔多人。我地就去左排隊。由於我地每一個人都係叫同一個。所以我冇乜點影相。好似燻蹄嘅叉燒可能因為我係食肉獸,所以好正!不過我覺得如果多啲汁,應該會更好食。我下次再食既話要叫多汁。如果第一次食。可以叫左原本咁試左先。凍檸茶。不過不失。正常野。本身諗住佢人咁多。啲野飲會唔凍。點知都夠凍

餐廳指湯底是雞湯,味道的確不錯,烏冬帶韌性,係道庭烏冬,而雞扒煎得熱度熟度剛好,肉質嫩滑。個人比較喜歡係烏冬或雞扒加d麻辣油 ,味道更滋味。

話說冰室,廣州話用以稱呼冷飲舖頭,主要售賣冷飲、雪糕及沙冰等凍嘢飲嘅食肆,喺省城起源發跡。

香港嘅冰室喺1950年代開始興起,舊時都有好多冰室,但隨住1970到80年代賣埋粉麵飯嘅茶餐廳興起,冰室已經慢慢式微,但宜家開心見到唔少冰室都經營得很好,食物烹飪得好,管理完善,為我地添口福😋

奶茶用金屬隔層保溫杯上,聞落都幾香,飲落有薑味,入口尚算順滑,但個人喜好,始終覺得奶茶用瓦杯☕️或玻璃杯🥛盛載會較好飲,另匙羹用不鏽鋼羮🥄比膠羹好。


整體而言,食物味道好,價錢合理,值得推介。

旺記係我最喜愛嘅冰室之一,雖然無傳統茶記咁地道,但佢餐牌上食物配搭都不失特色😌以往食開鰂魚涌果間分店,今次第一次試油塘呢間,柯打左滑蛋牛肉鮮蝦飯同埋蕃茄牛肉出前一丁麵,愛爾蘭咖啡同埋熱奶茶。滑蛋牛肉鮮蝦飯,個蛋炒得剛好完全無overcook到一餅野,牛肉有口感,食得出無用梳打粉「拿」過;蕃茄牛肉丁出事位喺個麵度,食時見到過淋就知煮太耐,好彩蕃茄牛肉味道調得剛好,有點兒似星座冰室(但賣相比星座冰室嘅好....)愛爾蘭咖啡係伏伏地,唔知自己飲左啲咩,都係熱奶茶最穩陣

今天來到油塘大本營不知道有什麼好吃,看到美食廣場入口有一間冰室,便試一試。佢所有位置都好寬闊,不會感覺擠擁,整個環境都十分整齊清潔。他們的餐牌很貼心有中文版本,也有英文版本。我點了一份招牌沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,配上牛油麥包多士及4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋,飲品我選擇了比較特別嘅鮮薑汁凍奶茶。沙嗲牛肉公仔麵入面嘅牛肉很大塊,而且肉質嫩滑,沙嗲味道剛剛好配上公仔麵,正。日本炒滑蛋見到已經覺得好滑的感覺,有少少蛋漿,感覺蛋味很重因為是日本雞蛋吧,所以這裏的滑蛋十分出名是有原因的吧。多士係用麥包感覺比較健康。平時的茶餐廳或者冰室都沒有見過薑汁奶茶, 原來薑汁配上奶茶味道都好夾,奶茶好滑又好香濃。餐廳有提供BB櫈,所以如果一家大細來這裏吃飯也很方便。
