住在元朗的我,竟然不知道富達這裏開了一間新的西餐廳。這天恰巧和媽媽經過附近,看到這件裝橫費心思的西餐廳便決定一試。餐廳環境舒適,地方很光猛,可能時間尚早的緣故,店内起初只有我們一臺。看到這裏有set dinner選擇,我們便沒作多想,點了一個二人晚市套餐。套餐非常豐富,包括海鮮拼盤,沙律,餐湯,鵝肝,主菜還有甜品,相信一定可以吃得很飽。先來冷盤- 迷你海鮮拼盤。雖説是迷你,但其實分量也不少呢,有兩隻生蠔,螺,還有蝦。海鮮很新鮮,特別是生蠔,口感creamy,而且鮮甜無比。另外蝦肉的質感也很爽口彈牙,確是不錯。之後便上了二人分的凱撒沙律。凱撒沙律可以選擇要煙三文魚或是鷄肉,因爲其中一道主菜已經有三文魚,所以我們便選了鷄肉。這份沙律真的十分豐富,材料非常多,鷄肉的分量也很慷慨。味道也很豐富,芝士的味道特別突出。媽媽更說這份沙律是近期吃過最好吃的呢。餐湯我們選了黑松露雜菌湯和意大利雜菜湯。兩款餐湯也各有優點。黑松露雜菌湯很濃稠,而且每一口都有濃濃的黑松露香氣,口感也很creamy。意大利雜菜湯很足料,雜菜分量很多,而且味道酸酸的很是開胃。香煎法式鵝肝平時其他餐廳只有薄薄的一塊多士和一丁點鵝肝

海鮮很新鮮,特別是生蠔,口感creamy,而且鮮甜無比。

凱撒沙律可以選擇要煙三文魚或是鷄肉,
因爲其中一道主菜已經有三文魚,所以我們便選了鷄肉。
這份沙律真的十分豐富,材料非常多,鷄肉的分量也很慷慨。
味道也很豐富,芝士的味道特別突出。
媽媽更說這份沙律是近期吃過最好吃的呢。

兩款餐湯也各有優點。
黑松露雜菌湯很濃稠,而且每一口都有濃濃的黑松露香氣,
口感也很creamy。
意大利雜菜湯很足料,雜菜分量很多,而且味道酸酸的很是開胃。

平時其他餐廳只有薄薄的一塊多士和一丁點鵝肝,
但這裏的分量竟然那麽多,實在讓我們又驚又喜。
鵝肝口感很軟,而且油脂香十分出衆,油脂豐腴的味道和酸酸甜甜的無花果,紅菜頭很配搭。


終於來到主菜環節了。

想不到risotto上面竟然有兩塊三文魚扒呢, 而且每塊也有一定分量,也很厚身,很滿足。
risotto口感不錯,保持著少少硬的口感,忌廉汁令risotto口感變得creamy。
另外菠菜味道也好突出,保留了菠菜的口感,感覺健康得多。


另一款主菜-黑松露雜菌蟹肉燴天使麵。

這份意粉是全餐的焦點,因爲太美味了!
蟹肉份量慷慨,面頭還有鮮甜鹹香的三文魚籽,味道很豐富 ,
每一口天使麵都是鮮甜的味道同埋濃郁的黑松露香氣, 仲有雜菌和芝士,
雖然配搭上有點飽濟,整體還是好吃得令人不能自拔。

本來以爲只是單純一球雪葩,沒想到竟然如此有心思,以造型特別的玻璃杯裝著。
而且越吃越有驚喜,除了中間的芒果味雪葩之外,荔枝泡泡之中還暗藏著各種水果。
水果款式很豐富,而且分量很多,是讓人沒有罪惡感的一道清新甜品

這款芝士蛋糕也很特別,口感和味道有點像蘋果金寶。
除了芝士之外,還有粒粒的蘋果肉,面頭還有一些脆脆的口感。
蘋果的清甜也令整件蛋糕的膩感減低,很好吃。


這餐我和媽媽吃得很豐富,本來抱著即管一試的心情,沒想到食物質素竟如此高。
由海鮮拼盤到甜品,每一款食物也看得出有花心思,而且每一樣食物的味道也很好。
元朗區的西餐廳,推薦這間Mr Right,絕對是充滿驚喜的一餐呢/

前陣子在元朗區吃放題時,同事說附近有間新開西餐廳她很想很想去試,我原本打算游說她去我心水的餐廳,但也好奇她為何那麼堅持,便上Openrice一看究竟, 看過食評及相片介紹,自己也心郁郁想試,所以趁上星期比較清閒便來嚐一嚐。由西鐵元朗站轉乘輕鐵在大棠路下車,步行約十分鐘便到達 "Mr. Right"。 餐廳選用落地玻璃為正門,從外面能很清晰看到餐廳內的一切,座位很闊落,加上樓底高,超有空間感。裝潢充滿格調,從餐廳內往外看,一片綠油油的樹木及草地,感覺很悠閒舒適。我跟同事選擇二人晚餐,頭盤是煙燻三文魚凱撒沙律,餐湯是黑松露雜菌忌廉湯,主菜是燒澳洲肉眼扒及雜菌黑松露燴意大利飯,甜品是椰子奶涷及雙重雪糕球。煙燻三文魚凱撒沙律 - 煙三文魚卷得像花一樣,加上翠綠的生菜,紅卜卜的煙肉粒及香脆的麵包,賣相十分吸引。羅馬生菜用料爽鮮,掛上份量剛好的醬汁,味道清新可口。煙三文魚選材大塊,煙熏魚味足,空口吃也不會覺得很鹹。黑松露雜菌忌廉湯 - 忌廉湯的雜菌喝得出是新鮮貨,打得非常濃稠,好香濃,飲落口感充滿雜菌粒,味道剛剛好。燒澳洲肉眼扒 (8安士) - 比其下單時要求的七成熟略為過熟了一點,幸好肉眼扒本身

前陣子在元朗區吃放題時,同事說附近有間新開西餐廳她很想很想去試,我原本打算游說她去我心水的餐廳,但也好奇她為何那麼堅持,便上Openrice一看究竟, 看過食評及相片介紹,自己也心郁郁想試,所以趁上星期比較清閒便來嚐一嚐。

由西鐵元朗站轉乘輕鐵在大棠路下車,步行約十分鐘便到達 "Mr. Right"。 餐廳選用落地玻璃為正門,從外面能很清晰看到餐廳內的一切,座位很闊落,加上樓底高,超有空間感。裝潢充滿格調,從餐廳內往外看,一片綠油油的樹木及草地,感覺很悠閒舒適。

我跟同事選擇二人晚餐,頭盤是煙燻三文魚凱撒沙律,餐湯是黑松露雜菌忌廉湯,主菜是燒澳洲肉眼扒及雜菌黑松露燴意大利飯,甜品是椰子奶涷及雙重雪糕球。

煙燻三文魚凱撒沙律 - 煙三文魚卷得像花一樣,加上翠綠的生菜,紅卜卜的煙肉粒及香脆的麵包,賣相十分吸引。羅馬生菜用料爽鮮,掛上份量剛好的醬汁,味道清新可口。煙三文魚選材大塊,煙熏魚味足,空口吃也不會覺得很鹹。

椰子奶凍 - 份量頗大杯,入口散發濃郁的椰奶香味,口感十分幼滑又Creamy。表面的菠蘿粒粒,雖然採用了罐頭菠蘿,但不會過甜,而且跟椰奶味非常夾,吃完後椰奶味令晚餐的濃味沖淡不少。

雙重雪糕球 - 分別是雲尼拿雪糕及芒果雪芭, 雲尼拿雪糕, 奶味香濃, 入口幼滑。對於不好甜的,雪芭是絕佳甜品。入口即溶, 清新的果味既可作為晚飯的總結。

今晚來到了這家新餐廳試試新東西,還記得小妺曾光顧過這個舖的前身,卡邦尼小館,味道不錯!這𥚃新袋修,走田園路線,感覺不錯! 點了個二人餐($458未包加一),先來三文魚沙律,小妹一向都不太喜歡吃煙三文魚,覺得其不生不熟有點怪怪的,這裡的還帶點腥,但沙律菜則新鮮爽脆。 卡邦尼意粉,本身蛋黃醬及芝士已經很味濃,再加上水波蛋,加上蛋漿已經覺得很膩。 法國燒春雞,賣相得,口感尚算滑,醬汁味道未見突出。 甜品,椰子奶凍,份量很大杯,椰子味濃,口感滑;蕃茄野苺之士蛋糕,酸酸味美,甜品相對做得比較出色。
