The lunch menu item No. 6 I had today was so bad I was compelled to take time registering an account and write about it here in OpenRice. Writing a review for any restaurant in HK is the first for me. In general the food quality served in Hong Kong does not match the level of price they charge. Writing a review for any restaurant in HK is the first for me. In general the food quality served in Hong Kong does not match the level of price they charge. I’ve grown accustomed to this however Myung Ga this afternoon took honours. I ordered the stir fried beef item no. 6. Soup that came with it was warm at best. Room temperature. It’s not suppose to be like that by the way so they must’ve pre-scooped at the back of the kitchen. Then came the beef. It looked like it was put together left over from someone who didn’t finish their portion from the next table. The beef looked overcooked and microwaved again and again. Texture was hard and chewy. Taste was watered down. I’m not a cook in anyway but I’m sure I could’ve made something better so whoever was in the kitchen shouldn’t be allowed to prepare any meals to anyone whatsoever. To people in Myunga or HK restaurant in general, if you don’t want to work in the restaurant or have no passion to do so find something else to do. Don’t serve garbage to customers. On a positive note, this is not the first time I had Myunga. It was good before especially the Causeway Bay one so that is why having what I had today was just unbelievable.

星期日一行五人去太古城shopping, 有人提議食韓國餐,google 搵到附近的“名家韓國餐廳。 到點餐時,等了很耐才有人寫單,點了兩個人参雞湯,一個牛肉碢飯,一個牛肉碢套餐。記得在濟洲旅行時食人參雞湯,濃厚的人參味香噴噴的雞湯,令人回味無窮。但今次兩個雞湯一齊上,完全沒有人參味,飲咗一碗,冇雞湯味,只有普通湯的咸味,整碢湯只找到兩小片人參,完全失望。牛肉碢飯比起其他韓國餐廳熱辣辣的石碢,簡直是拍馬都追唔上,冇香氣,冇熱力,冇飯焦....到上牛肉碢套餐,除了個煲一定要放在枱上滾,其他食物都要放在另加的一張細枱,簡直有壓迫感。 侍應也不是即時幫我哋將材料放入煲裏,見我哋手忙腳亂才走過來服務,這個套餐有韓式薄餅,炒粉絲,牛肉四片,一些金菇及黃芽白,份量少,牛肉薄得要命。整個午餐,最好食的是炒粉絲及最後送的雪糕糯米糍。埋單$750, 吃的全是在午市餐牌上選的。

星期日一行五人去太古城shopping, 有人提議食韓國餐,google 搵到附近的“名家韓國餐廳。
到點餐時,等了很耐才有人寫單,點了兩個人参雞湯,一個牛肉碢飯,一個牛肉碢套餐。
記得在濟洲旅行時食人參雞湯,濃厚的人參味香噴噴的雞湯,令人回味無窮。但今次兩個雞湯一齊上,完全沒有人參味,飲咗一碗,冇雞湯味,只有普通湯的咸味,整碢湯只找到兩小片人參,完全失望。
牛肉碢飯比起其他韓國餐廳熱辣辣的石碢,簡直是拍馬都追唔上,冇香氣,冇熱力,冇飯焦....
到上牛肉碢套餐,除了個煲一定要放在枱上滾,其他食物都要放在另加的一張細枱,簡直有壓迫感。 侍應也不是即時幫我哋將材料放入煲裏,見我哋手忙腳亂才走過來服務,這個套餐有韓式薄餅,炒粉絲,牛肉四片,一些金菇及黃芽白,份量少,牛肉薄得要命。
整個午餐,最好食的是炒粉絲及最後送的雪糕糯米糍。埋單$750, 吃的全是在午市餐牌上選的。

lunch時間一行十人去咗名家,分別點了不同餐,當中侍應送餐到時只叫餐號,客人又點會記得自己叫幾號餐(客人只會記得叫咩野食),到我地要求問係咪先用語氣差既態度講出餐名。同事叫燴牛肉片(上枱好係人地食剩既),跟住就係叫咗個牛肋骨湯,由13:00等到13:35最終上枱後見全湯入面只有兩件細少牛肋骨,要求見經理。但經理遲遲唔到唯有自己出去搵,問點解只有兩件但收$103價錢只有兩件,經理仲理直氣壯回應公司係有規定牛肋骨渴只會有兩件一模一樣大細既牛肋骨,明白公司有指引,但經理既態度同表達令客人感覺好差。再詢問有沒有其他途徑反應意見,對方話自己已是經理,無其他途徑可反應了。不會再光顧

今晚八時左右,本想找個方便、舒服的地方坐下,吃個便飯。因為好食的餐廳都已大排長龍,見餐牌上最便宜的飯/餸都百幾蚊,不會太差吧,就試一下。點知就失望而回。因為只是便飯就沒有拍照,敬請原諒。味道才是最重要吧。本人點的是石頭鍋牛肉飯($128)。 石頭鍋的確很熱但裏面的飯餸是沒有味道的,牛肉也只是牛肉碎!!!!(收人百幾蚊,肉片都無) 不知道是否要保留牛肉的味道,所以完全沒有放任何醃製香料。比那些前菜的味道還要清淡! 份量是 200g, 兩個人吃剛剛好。

也是服務員幫你煮,全程有講有笑,所以我要為她們來一個大平反;我只說事實,事實是他們招呼甚好,不停過來看看我們的火,幫我們煮東西,為我們加茶。

我也有留意,她們絕對不是只對我們這枱好,她們對枱枱都好;男經理滿面笑容,不停多謝前多謝後。

牛肉煮好了,本來應該配一個白飯的,不過叫了石頭鍋飯,也就沒有再加飯了;就這樣吃也一樣好味。

整頓飯感覺很滿足,牛肉 HKD260.00, 石頭鍋飯 HKD128.00, 連雜費四百頭,每日二百多,很有物值,因為真的吃出愉悅感覺,而且有好招呼,再加上好環境,冷氣夠,地方闊落,和朋友來談天一流。

以往都有幫襯開佢嘅午餐。以前覺得佢味道不錯,一段時間離開咗呢區後就冇再嚟呢間。上星期突然心血來潮,專程到太古幫襯名家,諗住可以食番舊時嘅感覺。但食物水準及服務太令人失望!一行三人叫咗一個一人set lunch再加一個二人套餐。嗰個所謂二人套餐,有一個煱,無論肉抑或菜,份量少得過份。最差係佢嘅服務,啲女侍應好似趕住落場咁,人地都未食完,就herher聲收嘢人地重食緊嘢,雖然煱中嘅食物已經畢晒喺個碗度,但都唔係拿拿林收咗人地個煱囉!要人對住個爐頭(有食開韓燒嘅都知當拎開爐上嘅燒板/煱後,圍住爐邊會有攤水), 又冇即刻幫手用板遮番個爐頭,望住攤水,認真倒胃口我地3個人,只係得一人完成午餐,但其餘兩人仍在進餐中,嗰位女侍應問都唔問就咁放低3粒雪糕糯米糍。人你咁快放低,雪糕嚟㗎我地又未食完個lunch,咁都得!

今朝要去銅鑼灣聽Seminar, 下午又要開會,反而午餐未有著落,急call香港島返工嘅朋友,攝個午餐聚會。要搵人陪食飯,當然要就人啦, 朋友就揀左太古呢間名家韓食,啱哂,天時暑熱唔知食乜好,來個韓式冷麵解暑應該唔錯。賣相跟在韓國食嘅冇分別,唔知味道點呢?🤔合格喎,味道好正宗,麵夠煙韌清爽,冷湯夠清甜冰凍。前菜分量唔算多, 但都ok。而負責serve我地嘅服務員都好慇懃,態度好好,唔知係咪因為今日客人唔算多呢😏。

太古住宅區那邊愈開愈多餐廳,晚市有時候比商場的餐廳還熱鬧。如果你想吃韓國燒肉的話,暫時只此一間在附近。本人對連鎖經營的餐廳有著一定的保留,因為質素未必能夠保存得最好,所以那麼多人總會在找元祗店就是了。不過以燒肉來說,情況有少許例外,說明是燒肉,不用什麼秘方,肉本身才是最重要!這間餐廳有多款牛肉可以選擇,除了香港很喜歡吃的和牛之外,還有我今次重點推介的韓牛!有時候聽到韓國人會將韓牛作送禮之用會覺得有點神奇,這也可以解釋說韓牛就是這樣的吸引。它的脂肪比例一般比和牛少,不會是入口即溶,但換來的是咬每一口的時候,都爆出濃郁的牛味!這間餐廳會用專人為你料理這份韓牛,店員都十分有耐心,會詢問一下你的口味再調整生熟。下次想吃燒肉的時候會再來!

The bbq set here is perfect for a group of friends and it is a great place with plenty of space and light and the restaurant is not smoky, despite all the bbq tables. Four of us on 19 Feb were having dinner, having waited for a long while for more than 20 mins without food items served, we were shocked to be requested by the lady staff to change to another table, to leave room for another group of eight. We of course were very annoyed and declined. The lady then argued with us angrily but we insisted. it ruined our dinner really.

昨晚做冬已經是第3次幫襯太古城名家韓國餐廳亦是最後1次,4大1小共花$1710,今次坐擴大房抽風差咗煙大咗,海鮮火煱$550無跟大湯匙小碗剪刀,叫咗幾次才拿來但無剪刀,要用自己帶來小孩剪極難剪開5吋長魷魚及唯一一隻鮑魚,炆牛肋骨$210只得4小塊肋骨及4小塊白蘿蔔無紅蘿蔔無跟1碗白飯,後來再加一客又$210份量較為正常6小塊,冷麵$120得一小片肉半隻雞蛋又忘記跟白醋芥末wasabi又要叫幾次才有,泡菜煎餅$110得4小塊,辣醤魷魚$280勁辣及超硬,其中韓人亦覺難食。

I don't really understand why they could pull a long face at customers. ginseng chicken soup (top right)beef stew (bottom left) the other dishes are fine but not worth mentioning. They're currently under renovation. I hope they will show some improvement and be more reasonable, otherwise I will never visit this place again.
