其實已經食過共度一燒好多次又好味又抵食🤤 每次都係約$200就食到飽每次黎必叫羊架, 燒雞皮, 雞翼燒得勁香, 由其是羊架, 啲肉個面燒到有少少脆, 但熟度啱啱好!蔬菜類既茄子, 豆卜, 翠肉瓜, 菇都好好味建議串燒叫辣, 個人覺得好食啲!同埋最緊要一樣野, 就係佢係黃店!門口個menu 牌坐左隻pepe, 同埋都痴左啲連豬貼紙之前何已完果時老細都開酒慶祝🤣

夜晚想食宵夜呢間小店係唔錯嘅選擇,有串燒粉面等等提供。叫左碗兩餸既餃子響玲烏東試,大眾化口味,唔算太大份量岩晒宵夜過下口癮。之後又叫左金菇肥牛、炸燒賣、牛油粟米試試,味道有驚喜,不錯!份量岩岩好,食完唔會話太飽。夜晚11點左右都好多人幫襯,人流都好多,見到好多人都有拎外賣。唯一缺點我覺得係上菜速度有啲慢,可能係佢哋人手不足同埋即叫即整嘅關係。

串燒,畢竟都是現場的比較好吃,因為拿外賣,一拿離開店舖,食物便會開始放涼了,幸好我們拿離開這兒不算太遠,因此串燒不算太過冷。不過以麻辣粉來說,這兒的味道比我們熟悉的類似川味,或是內地的酸辣粉、麻辣粉,味道就強差人意得多。麵條的份量少,湯底酸味比辣味濃得多,🤦🏾‍♀️好像在吃上海酸辣粉一般的味道,麵條少亦都不覺得太煙韌,除此之外,就只有些榨菜、肉粒,都沒有生蒜、熟蒜、炸蒜粒或是蔥粒,因此配合起上嚟都不覺得太好吃。就串燒來說,畢竟都等了10多分鐘,因此剛剛燒起,立即吃都不會太難吃。好像牛舌細細塊的,放久了可能會比較熟,但是一開頭吃,還算是軟熟、肉味濃、牛味濃郁。雞軟骨亦都是,細細粒,有點兒脆,一定會好吃,但是放了一會兒,涼了,有點兒回氣的話,其實都沒有什麼意義。日式小番薯,甜甜的,外皮輕微脆,味道也是不錯。墨魚咀,比較煙韌,彈牙得來頗難咬開。台式小香腸更佳,因為外皮夠脆,內裏肉又夠汁又香,至為美味。豬肉年糕,這就是最特別的,用一片肉夾包著年糕,燒完有點熱,不錯的雞泡魚乾亦都是味道不錯,很大塊,切開一條條,份量已經算不少,但其實回想起來雞泡魚乾只是將一大塊魚乾切開條裝,就可以索價幾十元,也不算

麵條的份量少,湯底酸味比辣味濃得多,🤦🏾‍♀️好像在吃上海酸辣粉一般的味道,麵條少亦都不覺得太煙韌,除此之外,就只有些榨菜、肉粒,都沒有生蒜、熟蒜、炸蒜粒或是蔥粒,因此配合起上嚟都不覺得太好吃。


就串燒來說,畢竟都等了10多分鐘,因此剛剛燒起,立即吃都不會太難吃。

日式小番薯,甜甜的,外皮輕微脆,味道也是不錯。
墨魚咀,比較煙韌,彈牙得來頗難咬開。
台式小香腸更佳,因為外皮夠脆,內裏肉又夠汁又香,至為美味。
豬肉年糕,這就是最特別的,用一片肉夾包著年糕,燒完有點熱,不錯的




雞泡魚乾亦都是味道不錯,很大塊,切開一條條,份量已經算不少
,但其實回想起來雞泡魚乾只是將一大塊魚乾切開條裝,就可以索價幾十元,也不算太划算。

因此回想起來,串燒往往都是未吃的時候就想吃,但是在吃時就會感到有點兒後悔,就像在外面吃甜品一樣,排隊的時候滿心歡喜,但吃完又覺得$30-40吃了一碗只有甜味的小小東西。

安格斯牛唔會過熟一d都唔韌,牛味亦幾濃;雞肉同酸辣粉嘅雞肉一樣都係勁嫩滑。
至於其他雞軟骨雞皮蕃薯就正正常常,都係比較大路既串燒。


仲有燒菠蘿,係其中一樣我串燒必嗌既野食,開胃又岩,食到飽食番舊消滯再食過又岩。

燒蠔可以話係全晚之最,好鮮甜,個炸蒜又要再三讚多次,真係冇得輸。至於白鱔就係朋友覺得當晚最好味,亦都係好出色既,燒得外脆內軟。秋刀魚亦都不過不失,不過都幾大條下,好在都食得哂。

overall黎講野食質素幾高,價錢圍番先每人一百蚊鬆d,性價比超高。絕對會再黎~

「燒豆卜」老闆話佢唔似其他咁切一半佢係原粒上所以四邊都係脆卜卜,都係既我係嫌佢細粒左囉。

「榴槤炸彈」 湯丸size,一口一粒,入面榴槤蓉好香濃。

整體上食店好得,位置係大埔中心巴士總站隔離,開到凌晨一點半,宵夜一流老闆同廚房師傅都係30出頭後生仔,傾傾下佢有好多諗法,埋單大概3百幾蚊食到飽,支持下後生仔我會再幫襯。
