之後其實我地仲有叫d魚🐟,不過我個人唔係咁中意挑魚骨,所以我就無點食到,但係我個fd話白鱔係超級好食。

然後我地仲叫左d海鮮🐚🦐,比如聖子、扇貝、蠔同花甲。我覺得佢海鮮方面調味同火候都係處理得幾好,都係唔會過老。但係就可能會比較依賴海鮮本身ge品質。

仲有烤娃娃菜都係超級驚艷我,一d都唔乾,勁有水分,而且d調味好入味。

最後,不得不提,老闆好好人🤣超級健談,如果大家想食燒烤ge話,呢間我都係十分推介ge。

我不太喜歡彩虹串燒那有汁的串燒,有辣粉的串燒才是皇道。

譚仔執咗笠,突然之間又想食辣野,行過見到呢間燒嘢食都有酸辣粉,咁一於叫一碗外賣試吓。我叫左大辣,加冬菇金菇同埋墨魚丸。睇落配料都幾夠,榨菜花生肉碎都有。薯粉食落都幾滑溜,不過呢,大辣都係唔夠辣嘅…好似係譚仔嘅小辣咁。酸味有啲太明顯,陳醋似乎落得太多。墨魚丸係普通貨色,味道有啲假,亦唔彈牙。下次都係食返串燒好啲。

薯粉食落都幾滑溜,不過呢,
大辣都係唔夠辣嘅…好似係譚仔嘅小辣咁。
酸味有啲太明顯,陳醋似乎落得太多。

收工或者去完街 返到大埔都口痕想食點宵夜今日發現巴士站旁有間串燒店有個小小的透明玻璃 可以清楚見到師傅正在落力密密燒位置屬於摺枱位 都坐滿哂大家圍埋吹水食下小食 宵夜有feel串燒選擇不少 有香辣有走辣選擇 照顧到唔同人口味(左至右)燒牛舌牛舌頗厚不太淋 牛味不算非常濃郁燒五花腩串五花腩較瘦的部分 燒得比較乾身鞋口但肥的位置就充滿油脂 較香口燒煙肉蘆荀串煙肉的油脂部分燒到迫哂岀來 所以好香脆蘆荀鮮嫩清甜 無根無渣 平衡返煙肉既油膩感燒雞全翼未食雞翼已經滴了好多汁表面雞皮燒得香脆 完美金黃色 配上調味品帶咸香好惹味入面的雞肉保持嫩滑 但略嫌不夠入味燒原條茄子茄子上鋪上滿滿的蒜蓉 食到停唔到口如果茄子肉厚少少就非常好

雞軟骨: 本人至愛, 點燒都唔會厭 (係偏心)

珍寶腸: 又係好大舊 外脆內軟 好滿足!

酸辣粉就點咗薯粉, 正正常常, 因為本身唔想食咁辣, BB辣就已經好OK了。唔知係咪食咗咁多小食又飲啤酒…好飽…碗粉好似食極都唔完咁…lol”

食咗呢間串燒已經三次,覺得味道都算唔錯,但價錢偏貴,有部份食品真係覺得超唔值,比佢外表呃咗,所以少食為妙…雖然食品種類太少,食品份量少,價錢應該調低少少相對會比較多食客會食,辣度唔算話好辣,如果辣d會更加惹味,反而汽水就平民化,串燒應該都要啦,丸份量少又貴,仲以為有四粒,點知係一粒開半,就有四粒,菜類又係開半,粟米又少,咩都少食唔飽的,最好份量應該多d,唔好太少咁就好啦,之前個間就因為太貴而捱唔住,仲有等待時間太長了

今次外賣自取,所以先講味道。
叫咗五樣嘢,分別係豬肉年糕,韭菜,安格斯牛( 自稱),雞翼,墨魚咀。
整體來講五樣嘢都冇乜味,安格斯牛冇牛肉味,墨魚咀同埋雞翼食落口感覺好乾,豬肉年糕外面嗰層豬肉燒到好似豬肉乾咁,韭菜就還可以。
味道有3分嘅原因,係因為佢全部野都係新鮮燒熟,而唔係已經整熟咗再翻熱(1分),再加上佢係真係冇乜味精(1分),但係啲嘢其實可以調味過先再燒。

呢間鋪頭前身都係串燒鋪,佢比之前裝修光先左。專做外賣嘅鋪頭來講算係合格嘅。

可能因為尚算係試業嘅關係,負責落單收錢嘅妹妹非常新手,同埋等候時間過長,前後五串串燒,總共等左25分鐘。

份量及收費2/10

份量偏小, 20幾蚊四粒牛肉, 10幾蚊10條韭菜,好似6蚊一隻雞奕。

總結:
之前行過門口見到好多人排隊,以為真係好似雜誌咁講好味到飛天,原來係因為出餐時間過長,搞到好多人排隊(有啲被騙嘅感覺)。
千山萬水等到之後,返到屋企即刻開嚟食,發覺分量唔係想像中咁多,80幾蚊五串野。食起上嚟又冇乜味,非常失望。
