聽朋友講最近開左間由日本店就帶埋我去試試。餐牌入面都幾多款大阪燒既選擇,得一款可以自己親手整,其他都係由店內整好後放係爐盤上碟。除左大阪燒外仲有其他食品選擇同朋友點左2份主食同一款小食share。日式雜錦炒麵無很DIY,店員將炒麵直接放上鐵板上,炒麵麵質都幾爽彈,醬汁帶少少酸甜十分開胃濕潤唔會過乾,內裏仲有蝦仁,豚肉同大量椰菜十分足料。豚肉燒自己一手一腳包辦,先預備好既材料攪好後煎中,除左有一張步驟指引圖外店員都會經常過黎幫手,最後完成好有成功感!大阪燒外脆內軟而且好多椰菜係餅內唔會感覺太肥膩同滯,2人食share啱啱好。狂熱雞翼醃得夠味連內裏都帶咸香味,加上附送既檸檬汁減少油膩感雙隻飽滿,不錯。整體價錢幾合理而且店員好樂意幫忙教整大阪燒。

牛舌係另一款好食夾唔飽嘅小食!好爽口!厚切得黎一啲都唔鞋唔韌,仲有好香濃嘅牛味添!檸檬同鹽就係牛舌最佳嘅調味料,輕輕烤一烤就食得。7-8成熟既唔會有血水,又能夠鎖住肉汁,識食一定要食牛舌!

最後飲返罐可樂,好「gur」啊!

一來到門口,已經被漂亮橫裝吸引,坐位與坐位之間都寬敞舒適。我們叫了海鮮拼盤, 海鮮選擇豐富:有帶子,蝦,魷魚同三文魚,三文魚值得一贊是外脆,又不鹹,整個海鮮拼盤豐有牛油味道千房燒是預定已燒好,放在鐵板上再加熱少少時間就可以吃。醬汁很似M記將軍漢堡,口感鬆軟。香胞鐵板餃子,我會形容是平面餃子是壓平了的餃子,皮非常脆,餡料適中好味道,仲有個餃子醬汁芝味豚平燒是必食之選,侍應還提點我們不要等太耐先吃,芝士同蛋太熟不好吃,芝士同蛋份糧就岩岩好!配合得天衣無縫!最後我們加了炒麵,炒麵也值得一試,軟度適中,不會太乾或者硬,我們點了泡菜豚肉正。值得一提是,我們傾計傾了3小時都沒有被趕走,讚👍🏻美中不足是,地下太滑太「線」很容易跌倒,在清潔方便要加多點功夫💪🏻💪🏻

剛好要到T.O.P商場買東西先發現到這間千房,回想我第一次食大阪燒就是在心齋橋的千房,估不到在香港也有機會食到這種日式料理入口位置很隱蔽,但店內其實很大,很多空位。接待處沒有人,等了一回有店員A出來,我們示意兩位,他叫我們再等一等,因兩人檯在清理中。等了大概數分鐘,有另一位店員B來問幾多位?然後帶我們坐四人檯,正當行近之際,店員A吩咐B 我們得兩人雖要等位,要求我們等等,他們擾攘了數分鐘,最終安排我們入座一張四人檯。好!食野喇!煮食用的大鏟和小鏟叫了特盛海鮮大阪燒,時間關係,交給廚師準備好了! 我就負責落紫菜,木魚和沙律醬✌🏻份量跟大阪的相比好似小一點,這個可以一個人食完!另叫多一個泡菜豚肉炒麵,店員上菜時,不停有油彈到檯面,最不幸是,我朋友的外套亦被油到弄髒了,如可提供圍裙保護返客人會更好!桃味梳打🍑 一支一人份量!離開時8點開始人多需等候!
