平時火鍋成日又味精又油膩,食到肚濟濟🤢呢度話明溫野菜,聽個名都覺得fresh.蔬菜新鮮,肉類味道濃郁但唔肥湯底選擇左較清淡味,真正食到食材既味道而唔係滿口湯料同醬料味飽得黎唔會覺得好油膩辛苦值得一提係,我地點左個$7xx既套餐本身怕唔夠野食,未上菜已經想追加野食, 好彩服務員提一提我地可能會太飽建議我地遲啲唔夠先再叫結果真係個餐已經夠曬食, 好彩環境舒適寬敞,服務好,點菜埋單用平板操作,店員回應快!

呢度話明溫野菜,聽個名都覺得fresh.
蔬菜新鮮,肉類味道濃郁但唔肥
湯底選擇左較清淡味,
真正食到食材既味道而唔係滿口湯料同醬料味
飽得黎唔會覺得好油膩辛苦

值得一提係,我地點左個$7xx既套餐
本身怕唔夠野食,未上菜已經想追加野食,
好彩服務員提一提我地可能會太飽
建議我地遲啲唔夠先再叫
結果真係個餐已經夠曬食, 好彩

好幾個朋友之前黎食過都話吾錯,平時放假行過都好多人可以吾洗食,今日平日少人啲就吾洗等位。一入去就安排我地坐門口位,但其實入邊仲有好多位,而因為第一次黎食,之後帶位個個職員就快速講解下有咩特別野食,同埋點落單等等,成件事都幾趕下。睇睇個menu,見到有個持有滙豐信用卡優惠,指定溫野菜晚市定食7折(2人套餐)。無咩概念叫咩,又好似跟餐叫抵啲,所以就叫左黎食喇。睇落好多野食,首先就試左個鹽辛薯仔🥔(伴魷魚沙律醬),可能係我既問題,覺得兩者一齊食個口感有點怪怪的。湯底黎講分別同朋友叫左個有機豆乳湯同埋壽喜燒湯底。湯底係吾跟餐要另加錢的。我擇既豆乳湯都幾失望,雖然好似食落清清地,但真係無咩味,可以吾洗擇黎打便爐。之後同朋友share個壽喜燒,至怕壽喜燒湯底會太甜,呢個剛剛好。至於主食方面,鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉很好吃 薄薄一層,有入口即溶既感覺,好新鮮!而其他既配料,望落都好新鮮,但我都係覺得一般,無咩邊樣話係亮點要推介。Total埋單食左千幾蚊,我覺得吾係話好值咁貴,試過一次就夠。

由於反斗奇兵宣傳關係,於是來到這邊逛街拍照。非常難得見到溫野菜不用等位,因爲時間還早,秒進。我們的兩人點了一個和牛湯,一個壽喜燒,因為我不吃牛,所以點一個$98就好了。而我的朋友吃牛故點了$128的。和牛湯,剛開始時味道不夠濃,到後期牛味非常濃厚,配上烏冬非常惹味。而我喜歡甜一點點的口味,壽喜燒無得輸。最後加上雞旦和烏冬,大滿足!食物質素一向非常好,但希望男經過能夠改改態度。雖然不是發生在我身上,而是別的客人。那客人大概是落單時比較考慮久了一點。然後男經理帶著不屑的語氣和嘴臉說「野飲唔洗錢架喎!」,停頓幾秒客人還是猶豫不決,經理再略提高聲線「免費架!」幸好,客人繼續禮貌的問著加料需要加錢的問題,男經理還是不爽客人吃便宜的。坐在附近的我,不禁幻想假如經理這樣跟我說話,我會給什麼反應。太難受了吧?更何況客人只是遊客而已。雖然客人是操一口國語。後來進食期間,不斷聽見男經理大大聲跟員工聊天,嬉面笑臉,欠缺專業。畢竟旅遊地產工作,再者日本料理集團,我希望職員於工作時能夠放下對國家的歧視,拿出對工作的熱誠和專業,服務每位食客。

今晚睇演唱會前去左尖沙咀諗住食少少嘢先,行行吓見到溫野菜見佢仲有位就走左入去!雖然佢唔係自助餐或仼點任食,但係都講明限時九十分鐘。我都唔係第一次㫓的了,佢啲嘢食份量比較少,可以食多幾款唔同嘅嘢,用料都幾新鮮。我地揀左A9和牛不過雪花太多有啲肥, 最好味係豬肉丸,個餃子都好好味, 食倒黑松露嘅味道,整體水準不錯,個名叫溫野菜咁蔬菜自然選擇多,服務員的態度都唔錯。值得一讚佢用左iPad 來點菜好方便,我們剛揀完confirm order 唔駛一分鐘,個服務員已經攞住我地點好嘅單行埋黎,結果成餐飯唔駛一個鐘就食完,超快,所以以後就算趕時間,都可以考慮黎食火鍋了!

溫野菜雪糕 HK$29 / 紅豆雪糕夾餅 HK$32

左邊的是雲呢拿雪糕淋上黑糖蜜和黃豆粉,好像吃日式福餅那樣,我個人覺得太過甜。另一個紅豆則超香而且有粒粒紅豆,我覺得比較推。

二十九度坐係office突然想食火鍋,港式火鍋太heavy,日式火鍋清清地,簡簡單單一鍋過,可以滿足一下依個複雜嘅心情!餐廳為日系裝修,中午加上自然光非常舒服,而餐廳大部分枱都望到海景,相信晚市嚟的話可以嘆埋個夜景。同事們一人一鍋唔洗爭,左上角秘傳月見壽喜湯、左下角有機豆乳湯、右邊北海道昆布湯。午市火鍋份量都唔少,有肉有野菜有蝦滑仲有烏冬。首先豆乳湯有淡淡豆漿味道,野菜新鮮有四款,而值得一提係紅心蘿蔔,爽口清甜。蝦滑彈牙蝦味一般,熊本豚肉嫩滑,有少少肥膏好香。最後食埋個烏冬,烏冬又滑又煙韌吸收曬所有嘅精華。整體用料新鮮,味道不錯。

首先豆乳湯有淡淡豆漿味道,野菜新鮮有四款,而值得一提係紅心蘿蔔,爽口清甜。蝦滑彈牙蝦味一般,熊本豚肉嫩滑,有少少肥膏好香。最後食埋個烏冬,烏冬又滑又煙韌吸收曬所有嘅精華。整體用料新鮮,味道不錯。

本來想encore 美國牛,朋友點錯左,揀左個英國安格斯肋肉,都好呀,試下唔同地方既牛。呢度既牛選擇幾多,唔同國家唔同部位都有。同埋好新鮮,起碼唔係帶住冰、雪藏樣咁上。 呢樣真係值得讚👍🏻

最後,一定要叫個豆乳雜炊。 首先將湯煲淨至0.5cm高,加飯,再加埋芝士,煮成飯咁既樣,就可以食得喇。 好簡單,好美味。 即使食到好飽,呢碗飯既美味令我食哂一整碗! 隔左幾日,腦裡面都仲回味緊呢個飯,簡直將成餐晚飯推到高潮! 好好味😋
