This place offers a 3️⃣ to 4️⃣ course meal for lunch and I tried their 4 course lunch meal this time, here’s what they include: * Deul Kkae - Juk: Traditional Korean Porridge, Beef, Clam, Korean Seasonal Vegetable 🥣* Jili - Tang: Grill Korean Snapper in Seafood Clear Soup 🍲* Jan Chi: Australia Wagyu Beef & Homemade Carrot Puree 🥩* Jan Chi: Slow Cook Jeju Pork Belly & Perilla Leaves, Homemade Barbecue Sauce 🐖* JinSu - Sung Chen: Busan Own Farm Rice with Eel Soup & 5 Types Special Banchan 🍚* Coffee or Tea with a traditional Korean Snack 🫖I love the order of the food, starting with an award-winning 🏅 traditional Korean porridge! Porridge has beef, clams and rice from chef’s own farm. Seafood 🐟 soup was next, every part of it was heavy in seafood flavour, 😋 even the foam was made using the seafood soup. My personal favourite of this set was their “JinSu” in which it was a combo of rice 🍚 imported from Busan with eel soup. 🍲 Rice was surprisingly chewy and had a hint of sweetness. 🥹 With 5️⃣ types of special banchan on the side, you get to taste the traditional flavours of Busan! 前陣子播出的〔黑白大廚〕真是多了很多人討論Fine Dining料理,今次去到一間主打韓式Fine Dining高級料理餐廳〔OOULI〕,餐廳主打提供精緻的韓國美食,以傳統釜山美食為主,所有食材亦是從韓國新鮮直運進口。餐廳位於銅鑼灣黃金地段位置Sugar+ 一棟 高樓層建築物內,一步入餐廳已經給眼前廣闊美景所吸引,餐廳內有一排大型落地玻璃窗,可以飽覽維多利亞港海景及維園壯麗景色,加上內部空間寬敞明亮,所以環境非常舒適,感覺高級而有格調,而店員亦非常服務周到有禮,這天享用了一頓精緻料理,滿足。〔4-Course Menu〕(HK$538/person) 〔Deul Kkae - Juk〕【傳統粥】以韓牛、新鮮蜆肉、韓國特色當造蔬菜,配上自家大米15小時以上的烹調,經過長時間而熬制的大米,入口口感粘稠綿密,淋上芝麻油,配上香口的韓國米餅脆片,鮮味暖胃又養生。〔Jili - Tang〕【海鲜清湯配烤釜山飽魚】用海鲜高湯配釜山飽魚,將部份清湯打成泡沫,泡泡入口充滿著濃濃的海鮮鮮甜味道,韓國海鮮湯通常以紅湯與清湯兩種,紅湯則是加入辣椒粉,而此款湯亦很精緻地,在碟邊有放上辣椒粉,可以隨自己喜好加上辣椒粉,再配搭釜山鮑魚,鮑魚入口鮮甜爽彈。〔主菜Jan Chi〕【36小時慢煮濟州黑毛豬五花】用了36小時慢煮的濟州黑毛豬,豬五花入口沒有油膩感,配上紫蘇葉及醃蘿蔔一起吃,味道非常清新好味。【烤澳洲和牛】主菜選了烤澳州和牛,略帶焦香的和牛,肉質保持鮮嫩,輕輕配上醬汁已經帶出了牛肉味。〔JinSu〕珍珠米飯是來自自家釜山農田,店員即席打開迷你壓力鍋,熱乎乎響亮地噴出了蒸氣,打開鍋後,傳來陣陣米飯香氣,入口很軟糯而且粒粒飽滿,配上五種時令的特色釜山伴菜,非常有特色,再品嚐用鰻魚熬足48小時的清湯,特別溫暖又滿足。〔餐飲〕【柚子茶】【藥果】最後選擇要一杯熱柚子茶,搭配韓國傳統甜點花形狀的蜂蜜藥果,甜甜的又暖在心。〔OOULI〕@oouli_香港銅鑼灣糖街25-31號Sugar+ 23樓23/F, Sugar+, 25-31 Sugar Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong continue reading
