大廚同服務員都強烈主打由斧山自家農場種出嘅大米,出場時用壓力煲盛載,配以鰻魚湯及5款不同口味嘅韓式醃料簡單地送飯。先嚐口飯,可能太高期待,感覺上沒有很特別,米飯香不算特別重;再搭口湯,偏咸但撈飯食就比較不錯,湯令米飯黏稠,口感好。然後5款醃料,個人偏愛魚肚刺身,食到韓國風味,魚干仔好好食;係有塊醃製了嘅樹葉🍂食落怪怪地,其他都還好。

🍽️ 傳統韓式甜點
個人嚟講不敢恭維,其一太甜第二食到油炸味,口感偏硬。


講真,午餐嚟講比較多澱粉質,肉似乎得一類,或者佢主打米,所以明白頭同尾盤都用米飯,不過太飽😆 可能食佢晚餐會驚喜大啲。

Menu design is simple, no surprises. Honestly, it’s quite disappointing as this became my worst dining experience in Hong Kong. We are really glad that we came for lunch tasting but not dinner, pretty sure it is not worthy at all for dinner. The worst part came to staff completely forgotten our last dish - dessert & tea. Grilled Hanwoo beef 🥩 which was tender, juicy, and full of rich, beefy flavor.

Roasted freshwater eel is delicate , a little smoky flavour. With the ginger mashed potato🥔 , a velvety texture and a subtle hint of ginger that complemented the bold flavours of eel. The spicy seafood sauce tied everything together, adding a little kick to the dish without overpowering the other flavours.

(Busan Own Farm Rice with Eel Soup and 5 Types Special Banchen)

The rice 🍚 was come from the owner’s farmland-Busan. The eel soup was delightful added a touch of luxury to the dish. Rice was a perfect accompaniment, soaking up the rich flavours of the soup. Also adding the 5 types special Banchen (Traditional Korean side dishes) which showed a pop of colour and a variety of flavours to the table. Each side dish was unique, and they complemented the rice well.

同我想像既味道好唔同
海鮮同韓牛等既精華煮成既粥 有啲似粥式火鍋最後食嘅精華粥 亦有西餐蘑菇濃湯嘅感覺 每啖都食到蜆肉

店員喺廚房推左一個金屬蒸氣飯煲到我地枱前 撳個掣 飯煲就好似一架蒸氣火車咁噴晒啲蒸氣出嚟
再將熱辣辣香噴噴嘅飯勺到石鍋碗內 可能蒸飯既關係 同平時食既日本珍珠米唔同 水分較多食起上黎較黏 但個飯香係即蒸出黎獨有嘅😭
