午餐主菜理所當然地選了牛扒, 雖然祇是午餐menu的收費, 但水準絲毫不差, 點了半熟的牛扒, 外層烤得有一點微焦, 帶出陣陣肉香; 切開看看, 是呈粉紅的嫩滑的肉質; 放進口試試, 肉味足加上有咬口, 以午餐水準來說, 實在是十分不俗! 配菜的烤蒜頭, 車厘茄和鮮炸薯條, 質素同樣合格, 但要留肚吃之後的甜點, 每一款都淺嚐即止.

是日的真正主角在稍侯片刻後正式登場, Opus Hot Chocolate Cake for Two雖說是二人份量, 但和 “香港際酒店扒房+吧” 那個二人份巨型心太軟相比, 在體積上是不能相提並論的… 旁邊放了兩個金屬杯盛著的雲呢拿雪糕球, 不是自家製, 選用了Movenpick, 祇要好吃其實是不是自製問題也不大; 用刀把蛋糕切開, 是吃心太軟的指定動作, 朱古力漿慢慢從蛋糕內輕輕流出, 想要缺堤式震撼, 抱歉, 這裡欠奉; 雖然視覺享受是稍有不足, 但味道和口感卻十分出色, 焗得脆身的蛋糕外層不會過份乾旱, 正好配合濕潤度剛好的內層, 不會出現外面過份乾而裡面過份濕的不相襯效果; 朱古力漿夠濃郁但不過甜, 配合雲呢拿雪糕同吃, 絕對是稱心滿意的享受!

甜品當作主菜的食友, 當然不會滿足於一款甜點, 但不想增加食友連日來的腸胃負擔, 所以第二款甜點選了感覺較清新的Rhubarb and Wild Berry Crumble, 既可滿足甜胃, 又不會過份飽滯; 賣相同樣精彩, 鮮紅色的野莓放外面, 中間置頂一球雲呢拿雪糕, 下面舖了一層Crumble, 感覺精心細緻; 野莓層實際混入了煮溶了的Rhubarb, 顏色同樣是紅, 天衣無縫的配搭; 味道酸中帶甜, 結尾來一個開胃甜點, 說合適又好像不太對, 但正正切合我們是日的需要, 感覺良好!

來Opus Grill當然試試牛扒,五成熟,外表烤得較為黑,牛扒內裡呈鮮嫩粉紅,肉質較實點,有些許韌性,牛肉味十分香濃,表面更帶點烤焗焦味,也很好吃。配菜有烤蒜頭,車厘茄及新鮮炸起的薯仔,十分豐富。

主菜後,多等大概十五分鐘,Opus Hot Chocolate Cake for Two便送上,看到已經叫人興奮!雖說是二人份量的心太軟,份量相比起Steak House的真的太渺小了,一個人吃掉絕不難。兩球Movenpick雲尼拿雪糕獨立地用銀杯盛載著,每人獨自可享用一杯。輕輕的把心太軟切開,已聞到陣陣香味。朱古力溶漿流心程度不高,緩緩地流了些許出來,看下去稠稀度十分高。溶漿入口味濃郁,不會很甜,可可味在口腔持久不散。蛋糕質感濕潤,但表面可以焗得再脆身點更好。蛋糕伴著超滑的雲尼拿雪糕吃,真的感到十分幸福!

只得一客甜品怎能滿足,再點來一客味道較清新的Rhubarb and Wild Berry Crumble,鮮紅色的野莓伴上一球雪白的雲尼拿雪糕,表面有些金黃色的金寶,賣相十分吸引。Rhubarb是植物的莖部,外表像西芹,但是嫣紅色。通粉都會加入糖煮成甜品,常見的如Crumble及餡餅等。這裡把Rhubarb煮蓉,加入雜莓及焗金寶製成甜品,Rhubarb帶些許咬口,不會稔得像糊般口感,味道酸酸的,清新怡人,如金寶份量多一點更好。

午餐後,跟男朋友說我已吃了心太軟,他說沒有甚麼的出奇,把持了數天不吃甜已經很厲害,當愛甜女孩說不再吃甜品,請別當真。

Went to Opus Grill for dinner last night. The meal was fine but not the amazing experience I was expecting after reading the reviews on here. My boyfriend and I both had the dry aged steak, him the rib eye and me the new york strip. Like I said, it was good but I don't think I'll be rushing back. Went to Opus Grill for dinner last night. The meal was fine but not the amazing experience I was expecting after reading the reviews on here. My boyfriend and I both had the dry aged steak, him the rib eye and me the new york strip. Like I said, it was good but I don't think I'll be rushing back. I much prefer the steak at La Pampa or Bistecca. We had a selection of side dishes: fries, roasted potatoes, sauteed spinach and broccoli & cauliflower. The fries were great and we both enjoyed the broccoli with cauliflower but the spinach was quite bitter and the roasted potatoes weren't what we were expecting as they were almost a bit soggy and not very crispy on the outside.

On to the dessert... I had seen pctures on here of the chocolate lava cake and was really looking forward to that. We ordered it but unfortunately were told they had already sold out. That was a big disappointment but there was crumble on the menu and we both like that so ordered it. Unfortunately it wasn't what we were expecting and rather than being cooked like a crumble usually is it looked like the fruit and topping had been cooked separately and then a few sprinkles of the crumble had been added to the fruit at the end. The flavours were good but not a crumble in my opinion.

So, all in all a decent meal but I would have expected more given the price.

是餐最大的慰藉變成了心太軟,說是兩人份其實也不是太巨份,比洲際的纖細太多了。這裡的出品濃稠度與洲際相當,當甜度較低,朱古力的苦感有滯後性,會於口中迴旋幾秒才散去,個人而言更喜歡洲際的版本,更甜美也更盡興,但這裡的出品也實屬出色了

心太軟吃得心滿意足,可接下來的收尾就變得無比汗顏,這款甜品原名為Grilled mint pineapple,英文註解是with coconut pastry cream mille feuille, stawberry ice-cream,乍一看還以為是千層酥配椰子忌廉夾心,結果端上來卻發現是夾心餅乾,餅乾中間夾的是薄荷味極強的烤菠蘿,配在一起味道古怪又難吃。而草莓與菠蘿雪糕的味道也不夠真實自然

-肉質是pork rib嚟講少見咁鬆,嫩,juicy,滑,所以好易離骨,個bbq sauce亦夠味,又唔過鹹,整體味道的確好味
-不過個煮法都同時食到嘅唔同,佢無烤到外表微脆,裡面嘅肉質喺鬆,但唔夠結實
-我哋每人只食到1截都覺得好充實,如果1個人要食晒佢,都要大胃口嘅人士先得

先嚟兩款麵包:一款麥包、一款似鬆餅o既麵包
麥包比較有嚼口,而且麥味香濃,深得太太喜愛。
鬆餅麵包冇特色唔特別。

前菜係 Beef Tartare 同 Greek Salad
Beef Tartare 以前未食過,本來對生牛肉有啲抗拒,但食落發覺口感同質感真係幾特別,帶嚟唔少驚喜。
Greek Salad 裏面有好多青瓜、橄欖,平時好少食,因為青瓜帶有好強烈o既草青味,而橄欖則有澀味。
但呢個 Greek Salad 完全食唔出草青同澀味
感覺好清新

Fillet Mignon 有少少 overcooked,不過,肉質仍然保持唔韌,仲好有牛肉味。
Blackmore Iron Steak 入口有好濃o既炭燒味,但一啲燶味都冇。
脂肪似乎偏多,不過,被火燒去多餘油份之後,令牛肉帶有一份甘香。
唔需要加任何芥末醬,已經非常可口。
配菜薯條炸得香脆,更加係喜愛o既粗薯條,正!
另有一串車厘茄,可能曾經燒過,帶出更強o既甜味。

是日甜品係芝士餅。食落真係冇乜特別~~

餐飲點咗咖啡,比預期中濃郁。用o既咖啡糖,唔係方糖或者紙包糖,反而係形狀古怪、原始o既咖啡糖,夠特別!

優優閒閒,享受一餐高水準o既午餐,人生一大樂事!

印象中第一次吃法國菜是在青衣的Cest,在完全不認識的情況下去嘗試,當然會覺得它是完美。不過,自從對食開始有點興趣之後,便發覺法國菜餐廳並不少,只是我不會找而已。今年媽媽生日,便選擇到Opus Grill慶祝,在此先謝Yan的介紹,也謝餐廳為媽媽預備了一個難忘的回憶。到達時餐廳內只有一張枱的食客,到我們差不多上主菜前,那一個家庭也結帳離開,所以大部份時間也包場了。午餐有兩個價錢的套餐,分別是$198及$398。不過兩者相比,$198套餐的選擇明顯較多,而且比較實惠,所以最後四人也選擇了$198的套餐。先送上麵包籃,分別有麥的也有橄欖的。由於胃納有限,只好二選其一,選了一款平常比較少接觸的橄欖麵包。麵包香而鬆軟,中間還有不少橄欖,增添口感。不過麵包似乎不太夠熱,令到牛油不能輕易溶入麵包裡,加上牛油本身也比較硬身,不塗牛油更好。前菜在麵包籃送上後一會兒便端上。Frothy Lobster Bisque(+$50)上枱之後才把龍蝦汁倒入放了龍蝦肉的碟中,再用匙把堆好的龍蝦肉伴勻,便完成了。龍蝦味濃香撲鼻,不過對我而然濃得有點苦,在座的人則對此湯拍案叫絕。然而,龍蝦肉浸在湯中也能夠把鮮味昇華,

8oz Flannery's Rib Eye Steak(+$260),選用45天的幼牛,是Opus Grill在香港獨有的一款牛扒。要了一份五成熟的,別被其肉的顏色騙到,切開便能看到血水慢慢滲出。肉質跟餐牌上的介紹一樣,帶韌性,而且牛味濃烈,絕對是值得額外加錢去享受。

Slow cooked Australian Pork Ribs,端上的時候味道已經衝進鼻子裡,大家也立即開動。利用慢煮能保持原汁原味的特質,令到豬肋骨的肉質嫩滑,且骨肉容易就被分開,相當方便。伴碟的粗薯條也是不能錯過的一環,鹽份足夠,炸得夠香脆,可惜當天喉嚨不太好,只吃了兩三條便被逼停手了。

當大家都以為該結帳的時候,侍應便慢慢把
Opus Hot chocolate cake for 2($100)端出。上面寫了預先訂位時所留下的字,以極美字體寫在碟的右下,再配上蠟燭,給媽媽一個很美的生日蛋糕。心太軟的份量令人心動,可是畢竟是媽媽的生日蛋糕,當然要先拍好照才能開動。

先切開蛋糕看其流心程度,結果是令人興奮的奔流。內裡的朱古力漿是既濃且香,配上外面的朱古力蛋糕,對於不太好甜品的爸媽,是有點困難去完成。另外,以兩球Movenpick vanilla雪糕坐陣,絕不欺場。最後,蛋糕有四份三也落在我的胃裡,絕對是很幸福的事,什麼罪惡感肥胖這些想法早就拋到腦後了。

Hot chocolate cake for 2($100)上檯了!! 店成真的沒有誇大,這個心太軟約有6'大小,的確足夠二人分享;當然對甜魔我來講就是just fit!
而且由於心太軟份量大了,單球雪糕也無論如何不夠滿足配合,所以另外又附上兩大球雲尼拿雪糕;不難想像,甜魔看到這等陣容,心中有多興奮及感動了!!

這樣出色的一個心太軟,落在我手中當然無得剩啦;其實上,我只花了十數分鐘,就把整個心太軟徹底的KO了,而現場只留下少量生果伴碟! 當然正常胃納的食友,會建議大家分吃較好,同時也可以試試店內其他特色甜品,如上次驚艷的Bread pudding,還有店內第二熱賣的Brandy Raisin 'Semi-Freddo',相信也會好吃。

From the Degustation Menu, I preferred the David Blackmore wagyu most over the Bryan Flannery dry-aged steak. I found the cheese platter too strong for my taste. I wish they had served real dessert instead. We loved the appetizer sampler plate and the House Smoked ‘Kinboshi Sagabuta’ Pork-Belly.

I found this restaurant overall quite disappointing. After reading some good reviews, I went with my family to try it out.

The seating & the ambiance were nice & comfy. The restaurant itself was inviting.

We had several starters to share.
House Smoked ‘Kinboshi Sagabuta’ Pork-Belly (Slow cooked 4 hours, lightly pan seared)
This was well prepared.

Cornflake-Crusted Hokkaido Scallops (Chorizo, sweet & sour onions, grilled corn puree)
These were amazingly mouth-watering.

Opus 5 Elements Prawn Cocktail (Poached in five different stocks, with 5 sauces and 5 seasonings)
The Shrimp cocktail had an incredible range of sauces to accompany it, but the prawns themselves did not taste very fresh.

The Brutus Salad (Spanish anchovies, roasted garlic, burrata, grilled bread)
Surprisingly the salad was not that memorable.

Steamed Dungeness ‘Crabcake’ (Old bay spiced avocado, crispy fried mayonnaise)
The crab did not taste fresh & had a fishy smell to it. Upon asking the Staff about it - we were informed that all seafood smells fishy & that there was nothing wrong with it. So much for the Customer being heard!

For main courses, we tried:
‘Kinboshi Sagabuta’ Pork-loin (Grilled pork loin served with roasted garlic, Fuji apple salsa, mixed Japanese seaweed in sesame dressing)
This was an interesting melody of tastes. It had quite a sweet taste to it which was surprising. It was succulent & well seasoned. The proportion was also extremely generous.

The Wagu steak was very average which was a shame as we had hoped it to be delectable. The Snapper was also a let-down - lacking in flavor & was not that enjoyable.

The sides of Steamed Cauliflower and Broccoli with Almonds & the Sauteed Wild Mushroom with Truffle Butter were both not that memorable. The Crispy Creamed Spinach (Opus’ twist on an old classic)
was disappointing & dry.

On the bright side, the dessert was quite nice. The Rhubarb and wild berry crumble was scrumptious and very flavorsome.

Won't be going back to this restaurant anytime soon.

兩年多前曾到過Dakota午膳,氣氛和諧不局促,如今變成Opus Grill,變得高雅有格調,門口的是酒吧區,大多食客也先在此喝兩杯才晚飯,餐廳內的牆上,更掛上名家油畫.聽說是畢加索的真跡,價值連城.連桌上的餐碟,也印上畢加索名畫Le dessert圖案.當然真跡與否,也沒大相干,最緊要引起話題.你看看"清明上河圖"便知,年前曾經在港展覽過真跡也沒有太大迴響,反而電子版則大熱得要炒賣門票.當然視覺藝術只能觀看,不能吃下肚,還是牛扒的味道,才是最實際.

記得當年在Dakota一役,單是喝水也喝了百幾銀,Opus同樣供應挪威Voss礦泉水,是次學精要暖水.吃牛扒當然要配餐酒,此扒房的藏酒量有過百款,由幾百銀一支到過萬不等,拍得住大酒店.E小姐不喝酒,我一個人亦不能喝一瓶.便點了杯Barossa紅酒.

餐前麵包新鮮出爐,香氣四溢,入口鬆軟,但牛油只得一款,沒有其他選擇.頭盤我選了龍蝦湯Frothy Lobster Bisque.此龍蝦湯是上桌之時,侍者才在食客面前灌上湯汁.此龍蝦湯的龍蝦,肉質爽口鮮甜,湯身既有龍蝦的濃香,亦帶有芳香而不搶的酒香.加上番紅花油,龍蝦油在內,令到龍蝦湯本身的質感細滑起來.

另一道頭盤是Hand-Cut Beef Tartare生牛肉他他,我一向喜歡吃生牛肉,此店標明手切,看賣相並不如對面Bistecca的粗獷,牛肉切得較幼細.牛肉面舖上炸番薯絲,中間更放上半熟煮蛋,有別其他餐廳用上生蛋黃.如果你想要生蛋黃,落單之前可要求.生牛肉本身混上洋荵,牛油等,吃落牛味不濃,將半熟蛋混合於牛肉之中,牛肉的質感更為黏潤.再加上炸番薯絲一起吃,其脆口感將生牛肉的感覺豐富起來.

頭盤之後,侍者奉上檸檬雪笆,有助清一清舌頭,之前舌頭與頭盤的愛慾交纏,一口檸檬雪笆,好像洗潔精般,將任何痕跡洗得一乾二淨.當然我不是說此雪笆的味道,有如洗潔精一樣.

Opus Grill只供應兩款牛扒,一款是來自加洲的Bryan Flannery,另一款是澳洲的David Blackmore 的Australian Full Blood Wagyu.我一向要求肉味多過口感,當然是取美國牛肉,此Bryan Flannery的California Private Reserve Beef,全港只此一家,權威酒評家Robert Parker也推崇備至.以我所知柏加先生是重口味之人,相信他的口味,我也會喜歡.
用餐配套不如Steakhouse般多花臣,有十幾款芥辣,幾把刀你揀,扒刀還是桌上的一把,芥辣只有幾款,大路之選是英國芥辣,另再加上蘿蔔芥辣.牛扒方面,我選了12 oz Private Reserve New York Strip,配菜方面只有燒車厘茄,與燒牛骨髓.在香港可吃到原筒燒骨髓的地方,以我所知,灣仔的The Pawn,同是LKF Tower的Lily Boom,也有此味供應,唯一不同的是,Opus Grill的牛骨髓,只會跟扒上,不能散叫.上年倫敦行期間,曾經在以賣牛豬內臟菜式聞名的餐廳"St John",品嘗過燒牛骨髓,食法不是大牌檔那些骨髓炒三鮮.而是在骨筒內,挑起骨髓,用來塗多士吃,加些鹽吊味為佳.是次不會塗麵包,用小匙羹將骨髓在骨內取出,呈肥膏狀,差不多所有精華也在此,甘香味美,肥膩得來帶點膠質,令人回味.E小姐吃到讚不絕口,說從沒想到,牛骨髓是可以這樣的.

十二安士的New York strip,要求五成熟,未吃已聞到燒烤的香氣,將牛扒切開,果然如菜單的形容一樣"Fork tender",很軟稔不費力.內裏的肉色還是帶紅兼有血水,恰到好處.與刀叉的感覺一樣,牛肉軟稔柔軟,入口不費吹灰之力,牛肉很濃郁,慢慢滲進口腔,非常之快感.越嗒越滋味.

E小姐食量不大,選上份量不大的8 oz Meyer Farm Natural Angus Nebraska Beef Filet Mignon,自然成長的內布斯卡免翁牛,是牛肉之中最嫩之部份,肉質軟稔鮮嫩沒渣,肉味一樣濃.此免翁牛是全店之中最平的一道牛扒,$450一客.
配菜有雜菜同洋荵薯仔餅,前者只是椰菜花加西蘭花,平平無奇,洋荵薯仔餅很豐富,薯味重而肉厚,感覺實在.

大家也吃得很飽,甜品方面也免去,臨行前上一上洗手間,我沒估錯,牆上的應是奇勒基寶之肖像,女廁一邊,大抵是英格烈褒曼.果然是用藝術來配牛扒也.
由LKF Tower走出蘭桂坊,周五晚上的狂熱,十多年大家也是在這種氣氛下相會,如今年紀大,她對昔日老蘭的紙醉金迷生活不再留戀.: (女生係比較早熟,要玩都一早玩晒,反而男生的蒲齡,比女生長得多...)說罷,便走進地鐵站口,乘車回家去.

Okay, I admit that I might be a little bias after the horrible dinner last night at the LaVilla 38 restaurant... but I mean this IS a really good restaurant afterall!! Finally some decent food... Here's what we ordered:

JB's chopped salad : we had the blue cheese on the side since it a little too strong for our taste and might disrupt the balance of the other ingrednets. Anyway, this is really a good salad and with very fresh ingredents. Kinda remind me the salads I used to have when I was in the State. A little small thou.

Beef tarter with sweet potato fries : this is good but really not much to talk about. Definitely not the finest but not bad either. Also don't let the name fool you as the the "fries" is actually very fine threats of fried sweet potato as I was hoping to have the similar stuffs at the Main Street Deli. This is only like a garnish

Mains:

Opus lobster risotto : this is really good stuff... with risotto is a little bit soft to my taste but still acceptible. The sauce is just right since this usually is over-done and become a lobster bisque with rice. The only complaint is the portion is too small....

Slow cooked australian pork-rib : very tendor and juicy for a bbq pork-rib.... if it could be crispy on the trim it would be even better... but I guess you can't have the best of both worlds.

Dessert :

Chocolate pavlova (?) : this is the set lunch's dessert so we didn't other anything else. Anyway this is also very good and light and I don't feel any guilt after I finished mine and my wife's 50%... :-)

Overall very good and will definitely go again to try their beef which is what they're REALLY famous for...

Once in a while every man has a craving for red meat. Some can afford it (in terms of money, calories, cholesterol or some other personal reasons) every so often, while some can only afford it a few times a year. For me, red meat is one of those cravings that once I have some good beef, it can satisfy me for months.

That time has come last evening - an occasion for celebration with a few good friends, and with some good wine to dispose of. I wanted to stay on this side of the harbour instead of going back to my long time favourite in TST. So glad that I did!

Booking a table was a breeze, and the re-confirmation telephone call on the morning was both courteous and professional.

The location is easy to find, the only drawback seems to be the walk up the hill from Central carrying the wines!

The decor was inviting but with the tables a little too close to my liking. Especially when the place was rather quiet on this Monday night, they could have put us further away from other patrons as we had a rather big group while the other diners were mainly couples.

The wine menu is more centered on the old world, on the higher priced French ones which no doubt reflects on the clientele. As we had wines of our own, we were gently reminded of the corkage fee of $300/bottle unless we also ordered at least one of theirs.

Our group had a variety of both hot and cold starters, and we all seemed satisfied with our choices even though there wasn't much to write home for. We hadn't expected less, nor more from a restaurant of this calibre.

Then came the beef - our only purpose of eating here. Wow, what could I say! The aroma and the texture of a perfectly grilled steak told me that this restaurant would displace my other favourite as soon as I walked out. By comparison, the beef here appears more refined, the taste more 'basic' and the grilling technique more polished than the other steak houses in town.

The dessert menu was rather limited but rather appealing. By that time, we were all so full that all we wanted was the chocolate cake to be shared. It was heavenly made and coupled with the vanilla ice cream, the perfect way to end the dinner.

No doubt Opus will stay on my radar for the foreseeable future, and I look forward to tasting some of the other dishes that I have missed out on this occasion.

首先上場的麵包籃是兩款麥包,主要是口感較細/麥粒較粗之分別,兩款都沒有特別吸引之處,大家都選擇留肚給接下來的精彩頭盤。
 
JB’s Chopped Salad-用料十分豐富的頭盤沙律,食材包括Iceberg, Romaine, Artichoke, Palm Hearts, Bacon, Roquefort, Chopped Egg, Onion, Olives, Semi-dried Tomatoes, Capers & Honey Mustard Dressing....上述食材花心機切得細碎上碟,方便食客進食之餘,吃來每口也有豐富交錯的滋味,其中較突出的幾種口味包括有羊乳芝士的香濃、蕃茄乾的甜美,還有新鮮生菜的清甜。餐廳貫徹扒房的大件頭特色,這份沙律長吃長有;但在美味魔力下,與Foxyleo最終將之合力清光了!
 
Two Saffron Poached Prawns with Mesclun Greens(+$60)-同樣是若有若無,Saffron是款比起白松露更得我心的調味料,一般都是混在西班牙海鮮飯/意大利飯享用,如此用以煮蝦則是第一次嚐。同意Foxyleo所言,大蝦本身肉質極鮮且甜,Saffron香氣並不能突圍而出。然而單是品嚐已細心去殼的大蝦的啖啖肉滋味,已經十分滿足;拌上的蕃茄乾醬及他他汁也起了提味作用,也算值得花多$60去提昇的享受!
 
Opus Lobster Risotto-來到主菜環節,色澤鮮明濃厚的龍蝦意大利飯,是超熱的上檯,未吃先聞到奪命芳香撲鼻而來。趕緊嚐一口,龍蝦肉啖啖鮮甜、拌以口感軟硬有致、吸滿濃汁的飽滿意大利飯粒,超高濃度的龍蝦鮮味甜味在口腔瞬間迸發,那份美味感動真是非筆墨足以形容! 除了好吃,還是好吃,還有幸福。真的,很幸福~~~~
 
Slow Cooked Australian Pork Ribs with Fries and Pickle Slaw-份量十分巨大的肉類主菜,特點是用上靚位豬助骨,以慢煮方式醃製而成,到吃時再經高溫焗成上檯。因此效果較坊間的出品入味,肉質頗為鬆化,美式口味的出品也算美味,當然比起龍蝦意大利飯的精緻超卓,不可同日而諭。另外如Foxyleo介紹,配菜的粗薯條是令人眼前一亮的,香脆美味滿有薯香,經Sarah確認也是很多客人的心頭愛!
 
餐後,在甜品或咖啡/茶選擇,當然毫不猶豫選擇甜品。是日甜品
Bread Pudding,份量十分慷慨,而且成品很有層次感:外層是金黃微脆的麵包粒,中間至底則麵包與布丁已經交融為一體,食感香甜軟滑,再加上微帶brandy酒香的葡萄粒,水準是少有的高! 再配上一球富有雲尼拿籽的香甜雪糕,滋味無比幸福又動人,是個超滿足的句號。
 
吃畢甜品與Sarah閒聊,她又介紹了店內另一款招牌酒味甜品--
Brandy Raisun Semifreddo($80),但仍不夠
The Opus Hot Chocolate($100, for 2)令人心如鹿撞(
!!!!),Foxyleo還十分衝動要求加單!! 不過Sarah以過量為由,不建議我們再吃,的確,是日已經很飽,時間也不太夠了;結果二人再參觀一陣名畫,就懷著滿滿的幸福感埋單離開了。在此,不得不再一次表揚店內體貼細心的服務、及以客人為先的思考角度。真的希望那天可以再訪,再度享受如斯高質美食與超卓服務!
 
最後,很多謝Foxyleo的好眼光,還有精湛攝影技術,將小妹的拙作曲奇拍得如斯吸引,哈哈! 而下次再聚,大概是P字頭了吧? 萬分期待!
