To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 配搭色彩絢麗,龍蝦已預先褪殼,可以啖啖肉真美妙,主角是 Puglia 的特產流心水牛芝士Burrata,侍應用剪刀輕輕把外層剪開,露出內裡的濃香的芝士,澆上橄欖油及灑上黑胡椒後,增添了辛香,蘸點了香蒜醬,令味道更具層次,的確是非常討好的開胃菜。

Pasta & RisottoChitarra Abruzzese Al Granchio Reale, Datterini($398)


主食是自家製“Guitar Pasta”,起源於 Abbruzo 的傳統菜,(因為製作的器具外形就似一個“吉他”),雖然未至於有al dente 的口感,但掛汁的力度一流,加入新鮮的 “Datterini”蕃茄及皇帝蟹腳,令鮮甜的味道中,夾雜了微酸,相當之吸引。

火焰雪山可說是跟太太的回憶,當年拍拖食Buffet,每次都有火焰雪山供應,而且一小杯正好供兩個享用,內裡是海綿蛋糕Zuppa Inglese 配以雪糕、士多啤梨及雲尼拿忌廉,燃點起火焰時更覺亮麗,唯一要挑剔是烈酒似乎重手了些少。

和老婆及家人到這餐廳吃早午餐, 預早兩星期訂坐獲免費安排到vip房, 感受到餐廳極用心提高客人的用餐體驗. 我們主菜點了兔肉, 小羊排和西班牙黑毛豬, 全部都是超水準發揮. 調味及生熟程度剛剛好. 跟餐廳經理聊天時獲告知大廚之前是印度一所六星級酒店的經驗老到主廚, 現在把他的經驗和香港的文化及口味結合, 非常特別及難得. 甜品也十分味美和吸睛, 點了一個和中式湯丸十分類似的fusion甜品, 我們都十分喜歡. 是次用餐體驗非常好, 打算帶朋友再來!

朋友仔生日,難得可以聚埋一齊,當然要細心揀間城中的餐廳。睇社交平台見到oro 的party 照片,連蘭桂芳教父盛志文都有撐埸,當然要試吓。31樓的酒吧酒的種類十分整全,加上無敵的靚景,心曠神怡。happy hour 之後,就開始精釆的晚餐,waitress 服務很好,同我哋介紹好多餐廳的signature dishes, 食物質素很好,美味之餘亦十分精緻,我哋訂咗個生日蛋糕surprise 壽星女❤️加埋支酒,真是完滿的體驗😊🥂

點知難忘既一夜就發生了

服務方面:
首先餐廳係嚴重人手不足, 我哋去到嗰一晚係fullhouse但只係見到4-5個frontstaff ,以致我地個晚大部分時間都係“叫天不應叫地不靈”而且好明顯大部分staff都係untrained, 所有收碟出菜嘅次序都同中高檔西餐廳有頗大差距。

食物方面:
叫左幾道所謂既signature dish, 但都感覺唔到正常意大利餐既質素

首先講個包, 頭盤嘅麵包係意大利餐嘅靈魂所在,而oro提供既有兩粒,好似喺飛機餐上面食到嘅翻叮麵包咁, 如同嚼蠟。

奇妙旅程去到第二度生牛肉他他,staff突登係你枱邊 將生牛肉搓成三粒牛肉球,誠意十足但係賣相同味道都欠奉 基本上好似完全冇經過調味再批一堆黑松露上去咁,係好純粹嘅生肉波波。

今晚過山車體驗去到芝士輪螺絲個下就真正衝落去,staff 推咗成個芝士輪出嚟,又示意我哋打卡,跟著整套玩火打卡既流程, 原本我哋都睇得好開心 。但係一食就出事,可能個位staff玩火玩得太興奮完全無量度到酒既份量,以致成個螺絲粉都係被酒精味完全蓋過,令我有經典meme"2 shot of vodka"既體驗


其餘嘅主菜海鮮意粉等,食物嘅質量都係比香港一般嘅意大利餐廳差,餐廳係食物方面真係有非常大既進步空間。

最後甜品係火焰雪山, 感覺呢間餐廳嘅路線就係 火•酒•igable

經過咗是晚嘅奇妙過山車體驗之後都係借餐廳既火 ,辣一辣醒自己等我回到現實世界。 而家新餐廳真係 百花齊放琳瑯滿目, 要顧及大家ig嘅需要之外,其實一間餐廳最基本最根源吸引到人嘅地方就係食物嘅本身


民以食為天但ig為後,希望餐廳不要本末倒置 成為一個只係供嬉戲打卡嘅娛樂場所

另外,我們在結帳時發現,原來tap water都要收費。我去過全香港咁多fine dining餐廳,都係第一次比人charge tap water,實在令人無語😓。

所以,e間餐廳只係適合打卡,食物方面都真係差到令我覺得驚訝。中環既好餐廳實在太多,如果唔係為左去打卡,其實可以唔使考慮。

跟住就上頭盤喇! waitress 會係你面前撈個 waygu tartare, 再擺好盤先放上枱
但如圖所示, 個tartare 偏乾身, 擺盤唔係特別靚, 味道更加係冇咩特別...  也食唔出黑松露既味道 
至於個八爪魚算係咁多道菜入面我地比較滿意的

第三款, 黑松露牛奶芝士螺絲粉
簡呢款最大既原因就係想睇佢即場係個大芝士到撈 !
成個experience 真係唔錯
waiter 會先倒d 酒落芝士到, 再點火整溶d 芝士 , 之後先再加d 螺絲粉去撈
但酒既比例實在太多... 搞到酒既味道好似仲蓋過d 芝士
而且個pasta 也都偏咸, 實在有d 失望
同行友人也有向waiter 講過味道太咸 同埋酒味太濃既問題, 但得到既回應係: "We're just different" 
WHAT?? 一間餐廳竟然係比呢個回應? 真係令人大開眼界

Other Info. : 總括而言, 如果你只為了打卡, 呢間餐廳絕對係一流 (記得要request window seat!!) 但食物同服務態度都完全唔得, 起碼呢個價錢, 絕對唔應該係咁既質素 感覺到餐廳好想令waiter 同客人有多d 互動, 透過呢d real time experience 與客人建立關係 但好明顯人手唔夠, 而且waiter 們根本未Well train! 做得呢樣, 顧唔到果樣... 什至連最基本落盤介紹都冇 除咗用失望黎形容外, 已經諗唔到仲有咩好講
