Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 和家人飲茶,是次選了潮州酒樓,很久沒食過潮州菜為主的午市點心,是次光顧很滿足。功夫茶:一上功夫茶便有小時候去潮州酒樓的回憶,不是很多仍保留功夫茶吧?但小時候飲覺得苦,今次覺得淡些。但回憶滿滿。很多潮州菜包括蠔餅、鹵水鵝、鹵水蛋加豆腐……全部都好味!而這酒樓的特色點心也不少,傳統加新派混合,唔錯!幾好食!環境舒服,又有卡位坐,很喜歡酒樓有卡位,自成一角的感覺是日午飯很滿足!要提醒星期六午市要預早訂,無預訂要慢慢排,唔建議。

晚市放寬了八人一枱明顯食肆人流多了, 很多人都提早慶祝母親節, 今晚我們都提早慶祝, 一早訂定了枱, 長輩們比較喜歡食中菜, 環境舒適之餘又可以慢慢食今晚點了碧綠川椒雞球川椒雞是一道屬於粵菜系潮州菜, 雞肉鮮嫩入味, 珍珠菜炸透拌碟, 非常惹味, 必點推介👍🏻沙爹牛肉芥蘭沙爹醬濃郁, 每口牛肉都有沙爹味, 份量很多, 味道不錯潮式炸雙棗最有名的潮州名物外脆內軟, 蝦棗咬落有爽脆感、蟹棗金黃香脆帶點蟹肉甜味, 吃時再拌以潮州甜醬和桔油, 爽口滋味金牌梅菜扣肉扣肉入口即溶、非常軟腍、滿滿梅菜, 甜梅菜配白飯一流, 鹹度剛剛好, 喜歡食扣肉的朋友不可錯過糖醋伊面潮州菜必食, 兩面麵煎至金黃色, 外面帶點脆脆, 麵夠乾身, 吃時蘸上糖和醋, 口感又不一樣, 我比較喜歡蘸上白糖, 帶點甜味, 醋反而喧賓奪主, 味道較濃餐廳服務態度很好, 全程招呼很周到, 上菜快又主動收碟加茶, 沒有限時, 可以慢慢食餐前餐後附上功夫茶, 功夫茶雖然茶杯很小, 但十分濃郁, 味道醇厚, 絕對有開胃及消滯功效

扣肉入口即溶、非常軟腍、滿滿梅菜, 甜梅菜配白飯一流, 鹹度剛剛好, 喜歡食扣肉的朋友不可錯過

糖醋伊面
潮州菜必食, 兩面麵煎至金黃色, 外面帶點脆脆, 麵夠乾身, 吃時蘸上糖和醋, 口感又不一樣, 我比較喜歡蘸上白糖, 帶點甜味, 醋反而喧賓奪主, 味道較濃

餐廳服務態度很好, 全程招呼很周到, 上菜快又主動收碟加茶, 沒有限時, 可以慢慢食

今天午餐想跟媽媽坐得舒舒服服食,就選了這家百樂潮州。媽媽喜歡嘆茶,點了清香鐵觀音,試了又真是比平常的滑及有茶味。潮州蒸粉粿 - 4件飽滿的粉粿,味道不錯,材料充足。金珠鹹水角 - 煙煙韌韌亦炸得很香脆,而且吃的時候並不感到油膩。潮式炒蘿蔔糕 - 蘿蔔糕炒得很香,媽媽說帶點點蝦醬味,吊出鮮味,炒得亦夠乾身。方魚肉碎泡粥 - 每次去潮州酒樓都會選這個,試試每家的泡粥,這裡的方魚乾帶有咸香,肉碎也多,兩個人份量剛剛好。 環境來說坐得較舒適,element 飲茶的好選擇。

很久沒有到九點站圓方逛街,今日約了朋友到這裏飲茶。朋友揸車到,因為有泊車優3小時,所以非常方便啊!百樂潮州就在1樓,地點不難找,環境不錯,到達後店員殷勤招呼我們二人座位,座位都尚算寬躺,當然每台與每台之間要有1.5米距離啦。我們急不及待地點了幾款點心,本人極鍾情蝦餃,所以必叫了百樂樂蝦餃皇- 蝦餃皮薄,大大隻蝦餃肉配以薄薄的蝦餃皮,超級好味。子薑牛肉腸 - 淡淡的子薑香味配以濃郁的牛肉碎再以一層薄的腸粉皮包著,味道一流。海鮮芋絲春卷 - 大大隻蝦做餡料再配以香味濃厚的芋頭,炸得外脆內軟,令人想食指大動。最後也忍不住叫了五香蘿蔔牛肚 - 牛肚肉腍入味,肉香四溢,五香靈魂配料,蘿蔔濃郁香惹。一餐非常滿意的下午茶。
