To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I used OpenRice to order take away for dinner. When I ordered, it stated that the restaurant pick up time was until 9:30pm. So I believed the restaurant opened until 9:30pm, and ordered ~8:30pm.I walked to the restaurant after paying online. When I arrived there around the expected pick-up time(~9:00pm), the restaurant staff told me that they’re closed! And said they didn’t accept the order! If you are closed, why it is still available to order takeaway? 😡I submitted my order around 8:30, and I waited until 9:00. During this period of time, no one called me and inform that they’re closing!! Doesn’t make sense at all! The attitude of the staff was also impolite!


諗住用OpenRice 叫定外賣自取,見到餐廳取餐時間去到9:30pm,好耐冇食過印尼菜,好開心咁快快手落單,揀埋”盡快取餐”。


俾完錢後行過去,到差唔多預計取餐時間到達餐廳,餐廳職員竟然話佢哋要關門!跟住話佢冇接受訂單!叫我自己取消訂單!😡


既然你係關門,點解仲要接受外賣?而且我落單都係8:00幾,我等到9:00幾一個電話都冇通知餐廳要關門!根本唔make sense! 當然職員態度亦唔好!講到好似係我問題!😡

今日唔去尖沙咀追星,改去銅鑼灣。追完星後要補充一下體力,食返啲野。難得過海嚟到呢度,一定要試吓啲特別啲嘅野。咁岩就俾我地見到呢間印尼餐廳。佢個menu 上面啲野食真係好得別,湯粉皮我哋真係未食過,所以就點左黎試。個湯底仲要係花膠湯底,真係好期待。印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮望落去有少少似海南雞但係呢又唔係海南雞咁樣嘅味道。雞肉好嫩滑,雞皮好爽口。粉皮有啲似沙河粉,但又冇沙河粉咁油。配埋花膠湯底,非常之好味。原條魚花膠湯粉皮呢個簡直係意外之喜,完全估唔到會有咁大條魚。係大過我隻手掌呀!個面炸得好香脆,入面啲魚肉又係嫩。超級好食!大蘑菇沙嗲大蘑菇就咁食已經好好食完全唔需要點沙嗲。蘑菇唔會話燒到好乾身,入面仲有啲水份,好Juicy。牛油果沙冰沙冰好快溶所以食得快啲,牛油果配埋朱古力醬,又邪惡但又誘人。

1️⃣首先食物正宗就一定㗎啦🙌呢條街可以堪稱香港嘅小印尼,附近都有好多嘅印尼舖,呢度嘅老闆同侍應都係印尼人🇮🇩正宗得嚟又好食🤤我覺得CP值ok!
2️⃣Menu上面其實仲有好多特色食品🥺好可惜一個人嚟,冇得試多啲嘢,但已經同左老闆娘講一定會再去😼太好食啦!建議有朋友嘅就帶多幾個朋友過嚟一齊食😍
3️⃣環境比較狹窄,同埋因為會有其他印尼姐姐呢度social,所以有可能會比較嘈😳我嗰日就係隔離個姐姐講咗一個鐘電話📞我唔係特登偷聽🤣雖然係咁,整體環境都唔算太嘈、唔多人👯‍♀️而且佢地好chill,唔會趕客🧡
