To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天終於有機會吃到啦!

椰青就正正常常,同出面一樣。
不過,呢間可以再試,款式又多價錢又平,但就人比較多,提早預約會比較好。

斑蘭飯真係好香,食落有淡淡嘅椰香味,真係會食唔停口!配菜上嘅沙嗲醬偏甜,巴東牛肉上面有炸蒜增加口感,有成四五舊大大嚿,不過佢始終係肉,唔似牛腩咁軟腍腍,食肉獸就啱晒啦!

炒雜菜嘅汁唔知係唔係佢哋用嚟煮麵嘅牛肉湯底,好鮮甜,我哋撈咗啲汁嚟撈飯
炒雜菜加炸蒜已經好加分,入面仲加埋切咗薄片嘅牛丸,完全係提升咗鮮味同層次




最後當然唔少得我外賣返屋企嘅班蘭蛋糕,雖然冇乜斑蘭味同椰香味,但係蛋糕非常鬆軟濕潤,作為點心或者飯後甜品真係Perfect
第一次食印尼餸估唔到係咁多款式又好味,呢間餐廳喺正皇室堡後面嗰條街,好容易搵,所以一定要再encore!

同朋友去銅鑼灣行街,行完銅鑼灣地帶附近見到有賣印尼食品,望下睇下有咩買啦,原來入面係一間餐廳黎 見到呢個黑糖爆漿糯米糍得返一盒,仲要10蚊雞,即刻買黎試下跟住朋友就話不如入去食埋晚飯啦,順便臨尾食埋呢個糯米糍當飯后甜品望餐牌好多選擇,我地簡左燒雞斑蘭尖塔飯、黃姜炸原條魚雜錦飯同牛肉串燒嘩!條魚真係好大條,好厚肉,炸得好香脆熱辣辣。旁邊青檸香辣醬汁好好味 一啖魚肉沾埋醬汁 好惹味呢個飯其它配菜好多,真抵食第一次食班蘭飯,好易入口唔難食燒雞好juicy好嫩滑 一d都唔鞋口👍🏼牛肉串燒,燒得岩岩好 無過火位沙嗲醬好香濃飲品叫左牛油果沙冰同椰青牛油果沙冰配上朱古力醬,味道香濃椰青簡直清甜,食埋滿滿果肉 正👍🏼

幾次在銅鑼灣都經過這間班蘭菜的餐廳,但由於門面比較狹窄,所以一直未有試菜的意欲。今日和朋友一試,體驗不錯,值得一記。我點了道燒雞拼班蘭飯,另外再叫了一碟串燒雞。飲品則點了一杯箭葉橙混吉蜜。先說服務態度,店內大部分的侍應都是印尼姐姐,然而姐姐相當友善熱情,這點當然有加到一點分的。上菜的時間算快,先上飲品箭葉橙混吉蜜。點菜的時候我不是很清楚箭葉橙是甚麼水果,網上翻查指又叫泰國檸檬,相信是東南亞一帶的特色水果。坦白說,比香港茶餐廳沖出來的檸蜜好飲,味道酸甜之餘平衡得相當不錯。接着端上桌的是燒雞班蘭尖塔飯。燒雞的肉質未算去到juicy,但肉質尚算嫩滑,配上微脆的外皮,算是做到外脆內軟。班蘭飯整成了星形再加上中間的尖塔,餐廳在擺盤上算是花上了心機,值得一讚。最後來的是沙嗲串燒。串燒共有半打,份量足夠,每串的肉亦不會太瘦太少。整晚最好吃應該算是串燒了,食物溫度足夠,熱而不燙口,肉質滑而不乾,而沙嗲汁的調味也是恰到好處,處理得相當好,實在值得一讚!如果有朋友經過銅鑼灣又想一試印尼菜,可以一試這間餐廳。餐廳在菜式選擇,味道,服務態度方面都做得不錯,寄望餐廳日後保持水準,繼續做好印尼菜。
