We did not make a booking in advance for the celebration of the Mother’s Day. Fortunately, there was not a long queue and we were able to secure a table with around 15 minutes of waiting.The food was generally delicious. The chicken with wine was particularly good. The fried steamed bread was nice with cream milk. The xiaolongbao were fabulous which was in different colour having different flavour. The food was generally delicious. The chicken with wine was particularly good. The fried steamed bread was nice with cream milk. The xiaolongbao were fabulous which was in different colour having different flavour. My favourite one was the one with black truffe sauce which tasted amazing.

Putting food aside, the restaurant was absolutely thoughtful by preparing Mother’s Day props with warm words. The staff also helped each and every table of customers take family pictures. This was such a decent surprise to all eaters and worth a million of commendation.

今天與家人吃晚飯,來了樂天皇朝試試,點了下面的菜式。鮮蝦豬肉紅油炒手,外皮簿,內里的肉很緊致,飽滿。可以看得出用料豐富,里面的蝦還很爽口彈牙。水煮魚,這個真的是正宗的水煮魚,儘管我們叫小辣,還是非常麻,辛辣,非常入味。吃得很過隱。 魚片很滑,完全没有骨,撈到底有很多木耳,芽菜, 粉條。 最期待的是新鮮小籠包,打開蓋蒸汽湧出來。 入面的湯汁很多,豬肉餡新鮮好味。甜品時間到了。炸饅頭伴煉奶,外皮脆卜卜, 內里鬆軟。伴著煉奶,簡直一流。擂沙湯丸,外皮口感QQ,內裏黑芝麻流沙還熱呼呼的。 桂花酒釀丸子, 丸子口感也是QQ,桂花很香,小小的酒味,有點甜, 很好吃。

今天與朋友聚舊,相約到樂天皇朝。我們8點來到,幸好還有位。我們先點了李白醉雞,還加了十元要雞腿肉。醉雞十分酒味濃郁,十分入味,而且肉質鮮嫩。我們再點了十粒原味招牌小籠包。小籠包的皮十分薄,而且湯汁清甜飽滿。一啖咬下去,湯汁溢出,十分滋味。我們又點了一份刀切炸饅頭。炸饅頭有三個。饅頭炸得十分香脆。再點上煉奶,十分享受。我們又點了竹炭流沙包。有3粒流沙包,是剛出爐,熱度十足,而且也很流心。我們又點了辣子雞。辣子雞辣度剛剛好,而且是無骨的,十分喜歡。我們再點了鮮蝦雲吞豬骨湯。鮮蝦雲舌十分新鮮爽口,而且很大粒。豬骨湯很清甜,我和朋友也搶住喝呢。十分喜歡這間酒樓,下次會再來試試其他。

好耐無食上海菜,每次想食都會去樂天皇朝,因為啲小籠包真係好好食😆小食係炆腍咗嘅花生,我鍾意👍🏻之前同屋企食咗八色小籠包,都幾特別幾好食,但我始終都係最愛原味。新鮮蒸好,一咬落去勁多湯汁會爆出嚟,所以要小心太熱「辣」親個嘴😂鍾意啲肉汁夠香但又唔會好油膩嘅感覺👍🏻而且個皮食落去一啲都唔厚,又唔會好多粉咁~醋醬海蜇頭夠凍好爽口,而且海蜇頭大大嚿,有口感!配醋醬好開胃,如果加啲辣更加好食😋肉碎欖菜乾煸四季豆份量都幾多,炒得夠野味又有鑊氣,送飯一流!最後我地仲叫咗兩個甜品,分別係香煎豆沙鍋餅同埋桂花酒釀丸子豆沙鍋餅熱辣辣,煎到好脆好好食!入面好多紅豆蓉好香~桂花酒釀丸子嘅桂花同酒味都好突出,丸子煙韌度剛好!💯

約左朋友食飯,去到尖沙咀嘅樂天皇朝,估唔到唔洗等位。 往往去樂天皇朝就係食佢嘅小籠包,今次我地都有點一人一隻原味小籠包,純粹去滿足去樂天皇朝一定要食小籠包的心態,而去試一試菜單上其他菜式,睇下係咪同樣高水準。蟹黃炒飯炒過去冷飯,加上用蟹黃煮成嘅醬汁舖在飯上。每一啖入口都散發著蟹香味,而且飯炒得十分好味道,同朋友極速處理左呢碟金黃色的貴價炒飯。油麥菜卷呢一個菜式對我來講好新鮮,從未試過生吃油麥菜。佢配上麻醬,都算係我幾鐘意嘅一款醬汁。拈起菜卷沾上小許麻醬,食落清爽撲鼻,小量菜青味加上麻醬味道非政府配合。係估唔到我今餐最鐘意嘅一道菜式。樂天皇朝雖然係比較貴價,但一分錢一分貨,質素係毫無疑問地配得上佢嘅價錢。

呢一個菜式對我來講好新鮮,從未試過生吃油麥菜。佢配上麻醬,都算係我幾鐘意嘅一款醬汁。拈起菜卷沾上小許麻醬,食落清爽撲鼻,小量菜青味加上麻醬味道非政府配合。係估唔到我今餐最鐘意嘅一道菜式。

樂天皇朝雖然係比較貴價,但一分錢一分貨,質素係毫無疑問地配得上佢嘅價錢。
