今日係尖沙咀行街,見到一間中菜館新開張好似真係好耐無食中菜跟老公食返個中式晚飯先黑松露蝦球滑蛋蝦球肉質結實,大隻又爽口彈牙,加上滑溜炒蛋,仲有蛋汁,混合黑松露醬增添風味。濃湯雪菜龍躉麵龍躉片口感爽脆新鮮,厚肉,滿滿的雪菜增添口感,麵條幼滑,加上濃郁的魚湯,鮮味十足。蠔皇花菇扒時蔬花菇大隻,菇上花紋色澤分明,肉質厚重,口感軟滑,蠔油汁鮮美,白菜仔翠綠新鮮。無花果糖醋腩片仿照糖醋骨的做法,把厚薄適中的豬腩片切片,分段,然後酥炸,食落去脆口,沒有油立立的感覺。醬汁酸甜,建議送飯食就最好,加上鮮無花果切角,帶有清甜感覺。

花菇大隻,菇上花紋色澤分明,肉質厚重,口感軟滑,蠔油汁鮮美,白菜仔翠綠新鮮。

無花果糖醋腩片

還記得一月第一次光臨餐廳 員工都是禮貌有眼心接觸 但這次便不一樣了好像去了澳牛一樣 看到當沒看見一樣不願來招呼似的 當時客人也不是特別多 約3/1多點吧點了一份水煮牛肉 和 咖哩牛腩從食物上看來分別不算大 友人也滿意只是用餐體驗像去澳牛一樣叫好幾次才氣沖沖走來 另外看到收捨餐枱後 也沒有消毒雙手就把食物送上給客人 十分恐怖呢看到旁邊客人的眼神也是看得驚嚇現在都很多都有專一送餐員 讓食客放心希望這點衛生可以做好 服務已是後話了

只是用餐體驗像去澳牛一樣
叫好幾次才氣沖沖走來
另外看到收捨餐枱後 也沒有消毒雙手
就把食物送上給客人 十分恐怖呢
看到旁邊客人的眼神也是看得驚嚇
現在都很多都有專一送餐員 讓食客放心
希望這點衛生可以做好

在熊貓看到這家評分很高,價錢在熊貓外賣的店家來說算是性價比高(806元有6道菜),餐牌看着也不錯,就試試吧!瑤柱金菇扒時蔬份量很多,瑤柱、金菇、白菜都煮得十分軟淋,完全不會黏牙之餘,又易咬,味道算中上水平。拍蒜醬油四季豆四季豆煮得十分軟淋,而且處理得很好,一條筋也沒有,進食方便,味道一般。宮保雞丁十分惹味,調味不錯,禁不住一吃再吃,雞粒肉質還好。沙薑霸王雞(半隻)沙薑的存在感十分低,跟街外的沙薑雞很不同,比較像醬油雞,不如直接叫「霸王雞」。味道、肉質還好,未到最滑溜,但不乾柴。松露帶子炒滑蛋帶子不新鮮,是急凍煮食用的那種,不過滑蛋炒得不錯,松露份量多也很香。蒜心醬爆花甲肉花甲非常不新鮮,肉小之餘有金屬味,不過份量大。這家的菜品總共而言算中上水平,而且性價比高,份量又大,偶然可以再試試。

宮保雞丁
十分惹味,調味不錯,禁不住一吃再吃,雞粒肉質還好。

沙薑霸王雞(半隻)
沙薑的存在感十分低,跟街外的沙薑雞很不同,比較像醬油雞,不如直接叫「霸王雞」。味道、肉質還好,未到最滑溜,但不乾柴。

松露帶子炒滑蛋
帶子不新鮮,是急凍煮食用的那種,不過滑蛋炒得不錯,松露份量多也很香。

蒜心醬爆花甲肉
花甲非常不新鮮,肉小之餘有金屬味,不過份量大。

這家的菜品總共而言算中上水平,而且性價比高,份量又大,偶然可以再試試。
