尖沙咀這間新開的匠心廚房,晚市以小菜為主,小菜由幾十至百元起。每位茶錢$8,另有加一收費。七味黃金豆腐粒炸至金黃香脆,一口一粒,份量頗多。陳皮滷牛展有啖淡陳皮香,牛展炆至很腍,而且很入味,陳皮跟牛展味道很頗夾,還帶點甜香。潮汕蠔烙煎至表面金黃,蠔仔份量十足,而且完全唔腥,啖啖蠔肉鮮味,粉漿亦不算太厚。蝦乾蝦醬蒸腩片是必食推介,豬腩片半肥瘦,有淡淡蝦醬鮮味,但又不會太濃太咸,腩肉嫩腍,另外還要送白飯,簡直是絕配。

一上去見到裝修得很優雅,座位闊落,令人感覺很舒服。餐牌,碗碟顏色都有配襯過令人賞悅目。桂花瑤柱鮮蟹肉 $268即拆新鮮蟹肉所以製作需時,會見到一梳梳的蟹肉,份量絕不吝嗇,炒得很清新蜜餞金瓜欖豉骨 $98這個味道很特別,是我從未食過的,但又如此美味,排骨肉質彈牙又新鮮,果然是必點菜式之一。火焰口水雞 $68/例想不到例牌的份量也這麼多,口水雞的調味很香很特別,適中的辣道很開胃,雞肉嫩滑蒜花醬爆花甲肉 $148獲氣很足,蒜芯很甜,花甲肉超多,差不多有成斤,而且花甲肉大大粒又無殼,送飯一流!本來想食甜品,但因為太飽了,下次一定要試到啊總括是性價比非常高,味道又好,惹味得來又不會食得好口渴,火候拿捏得非常好!大廚果然非同凡響。餐廳環境又舒適,下次會再帶家人來光臨,家人一定會讚不絕口。

因為一次中國旅程而相識,到了今天為了慶祝週年紀念,專登選了尖沙咀新開的呢間中菜館去回味一下餐廳位於ISQUARE對面一樓,窗口卡位對住ISQUARE門外的聖誕裝飾,感覺非常好,由於新開店舖裝修很靚一坐低,店員十分好招呼問我地飲咩茶。開了茶後,點了几款食物,前菜七味炸豆腐,外脆內軟非常正,大大碟,真係冇預計咁大碟😂蠔餅個邊位超脆,食到CHOP CHOP聲😋水煮牛,分量好多,令人意想不到的它不是用寬粉做底而是用粉絲,粉絲入晒味,辣到好過癮海鮮蛋白炒飯好足料,又係勁大碟,低估了分量,食不晒

依間由5星級酒店大廚主理嘅中菜,最近由美孚搬咗去尖沙咀,主要以粵菜同京川滬菜為主。鮮茄魚湯龍躉球有得揀酸辣同走辣,配菜有酸菜、金菇、粉絲等,加埋蕃茄湯,酸味醒神非常開胃。龍躉球嫩滑結實,連埋豐富膠質嘅龍躉皮,魚味好濃郁。蒜芯醬爆花甲肉蒜芯非常之柔嫩,完全冇渣。花甲肉唔連殼,啱晒我依啲嫌麻煩嘅人,可以每次大啖大啖咁放入口,配合埋XO醬,香辣惹味,送飯一流。籠仔排骨蒸陳村粉將排骨放喺陳村粉上面蒸,排骨非常軟腍入味,而陳村粉吸收晒排骨嘅精華同蒜茸汁,味道非常豐富。更以荷葉墊底,透出淡淡荷葉清香。

正所謂:TVB搞左個處女黨,尖沙咀開左間匠心廚房,今晚想吃廣東菜,OPENRICE又推介,活動地點又近尖沙咀,又幾新淨,我又...都係唔寫咁多'又',容乜易變左況天佑,一諗起況天佑,又諗起馬小玲,一諗起馬小玲,又諗起D人話打跛雙腳唔使憂,但如果馬小玲被人打跛雙腳就要憂,佢對腳咁靚...oh no...結果都係寫左好多'又'字...

扯...遠了,好啦,既然新餐廳未有人寫食評,就等我又黎破處(應該手民之誤,處又豈能破兩次?唔通你今次結婚我黎唔到,你下次結婚我早D到?)

空無一人,這間餐廳,(冷氣)風吹過來,冷冷枱面,我輕輕抖落鞋裡的沙,看著我的腳印,OH,一個人,一步步,好寂寞...岩岩唱完首歌,一轉角,就係廁所門口碰見了老闆,好采前後腳去者,差D同佢肉帛相見。

滋補足料燉湯$38:一黎即有熱辣辣燉湯飲,杞子、粟米、豬骨,又真係滿滿一碗足料燉湯。

麻辣牛孖寶$78:這對孖寶兄弟,係由牛腱、牛筋結合而成,牛腱肉即你大腿上的肌肉群,不帶肥脂,有多種食法,係中醫角度黎講,牛腱確能補腎益精,今次混合牛筋的勁,麻辣的辣,拌飯一流。

七味黃金豆腐粒$48:粒粒金黃,外皮夠脆,內裡發熱,十足我的熱情,好像一把火,燃燒了整個沙漠,小食小嚼,七味上了舌尖。

上湯菜膽雞$128:本來點菜的時候,我腦海的畫面是砂鍋雲吞雞,結果上了上湯菜膽雞,自此味覺與感覺活在兩條平行路,搭錯線添,嘟...

打打下,就突然發現自己打到手軟了(我係話打字),決定寫埋最後一個就封筆,費時遲D硬不起來(隻手):

金蒜銀絲蒸頭腩$158:金蒜銀絲百搭,蒸扇貝又得,蒸蟶子又得,蒸龍蝦又得,今次用黎蒸頭腩一樣夠入味,不過,始終唔夠譚伯粉絲蒸頭腩咁正,令我係度諗,林敏聰首愛在深秋,其實係咪寫漏個"做"字?

忙足一日之後終有時間抖下,歎個靚茶,之前見到佢新開張有八折就黎左,餐廳新裝修地方同廁所都乾淨企理,中意佢夠光猛兼且有大玻璃比你望住個景食飯🌆🌆香片茶味好香濃,清清地唔會有好多茶葉碎,我先點左個滋補足料燉湯,凍冰冰最啱飲熱湯,佢係排骨粟米蟲草蓉燉湯,瘦肉既鹹味,加粟米既鮮甜,加埋蟲草少許藥材味,非常滋潤清甜🥣主菜我叫左黑松露帶子炒滑蛋配絲苗白飯,份量好大碟,一個人都食唔哂,我直頭飽到上心口,滑蛋炒得十分出色,入口滑捋捋,撈飯一流,廚師絕對無吝嗇黑松露,實行做到啖啖黑松露味,帶子質感爽滑,中菜廳黎講性價比都頗高,下次會帶同事黎食lunch👍

放假,約咗舊同事午餐,聚一聚舊,佢新公司係尖沙咀,佢帶我嚟喺呢間餐廳,佢話好抵食。餐廳好大,空間感足,店員安排我哋坐卡位,幾舒服。新張優惠午市都有88折,我點招牌沙姜霸王雞$68,燉湯+$8,加個油菜+$20,飲熱奶茶+$5。今日燉湯係雪耳椰子燉雞,一打開蓋,奶白色嘅燉湯,好香椰子香味,材料十足,飲完覺得好滋潤。沙姜霸王雞份量足,有¼隻雞,雖然係午市套餐,但做法沒有馬虎,整隻雞應該有浸過冰水,做到皮脆肉嫩,然後再淋上爆香咗嘅姜粒、沙姜粒、蔥絲、醬油等,咸香嫩滑,送飯一流😋。舊同事就點咗蕃茄燴牛肋$65,然後就同我一樣,加燉湯、飲熱奶茶,同埋加咗個油菜。牛肋肉燴得好入味又軟腍,味道酸酸甜甜,同事話好味。今餐我哋兩個都話好抵食,我哋兩個飽到捧住個肚,午市仲無加一,折咗每人$87.5,呢個午餐價錢同質數,真係我呢啲中環上班族羨慕不已。
