第一杯不知道喝什么,那就店名同款了。表面口感绵密仿佛在抿奶盖,浓郁的莓类水果风味随即厚积薄发。杯顶装饰是酥脆的山楂糖片,杯底是牛油果核制成的冰块,还挺有趣。虽然接受起来无压力,但果味很重,没什么酒感,对于我来说还是太甜,像喝果汁一样。

浅喝了一下朋友点的这款,羊奶乳清我没感觉出来,类似蜜瓜葡萄的甘甜和优雅的姜花香气融合无间,整体风味柔和。

也是朋友点的,这杯我俩都觉得完全喝不下去,加vermouth的我都喜欢不起来,这款还加了peach sake,闻起来倒是花香阵阵,但味道简直像喝洗衣液。

来了两次都没排队,但也是座无虚席,刚来的时候还站在黑漆漆的门边小圆桌旁喝了一会儿,后来运气不错轮到了吧台,看bartender调酒很解压很快乐。

It was exquisitely crafted with Flor de Cana 12-Year Rum, Upcycled Falernum, and Pineapple Bun Colada Foam; with decent Hong Kong pineapple bun notes on the nose, and with hints of tropical flavors and slight honey note on the palate.

When you enter the bar, you may feel like you are in a research lab. I try a few cocktails, One Penicillin One Tree (HKD120) is defo my favorite, it brings strong flavors of white chocolate whisky, the cocktail starts out smooth with light, strawberry sweetness coming through the first sip but packs a pleasantly bitter, and garnishes with avocado stone. I'm sure you will love it!

- When The Rivers Run Dry:whisky + 白酒 + 芹菜 + 柑橘。问了服务员说想喝一杯类似 Whisky Sour 的偏酸一点的酒,但不想要喝一般的 Whisky Sour。这杯很有 Whisky Sour 的味道,但又不是 Whisky Sour,加了白酒,但度数没有第二杯 Revolver 高,很喜欢。放在酒最上面的东西可以吃,但忘了是啥了,还不错。

服务:
服务很好。服务员看我坐吧台,主动问我是不是和旁边两位一起的,我说不是,立马给我送了份玉米片小吃,有点辣。询问服务员关于酒单的疑惑的时候,服务员也很耐心地和我交流(我和服务员都是用英语)。

係中環搵間酒吧都唔容易,轉左個圈先搵到門口,酒吧環境偏向幽暗風格,幾唔錯,牆上掛左好多樽野(應該係酒?);服務都算熱情到位,同埋睇落都唔會好污糟。嗌左兩杯野,其中一杯好細杯,個friend話真係飲兩啖就冇曬,唔過癮,但味道OK。另一杯好特別但又好怪,上面擺左張大白兔奶糖既紙,可能係懷舊風格,但係張紙唔可以食,所以都係要撕開唔要佢,覺得幾無謂,成件事就感覺唔係幾好 ; 味道算唔錯,偏甜呢次覺得一般般,可能下次試下200幾蚊有個set既餐體驗會好D。。。

星期日三位 第一次拜訪。搵門口花了點時間。入到去裝潢很有style,像個lab,梳化很舒服。當時得一個bartender睇場,serve 水,解釋menu,製作cocktail 都很用心。Menu 只有英文,而且比較繁複,後來都無咩心機睇,請bartender介紹。點了ferment cider ,一個upcycled cocktail, 同一杯據朋友口味 speak easy 特調。飲品來到,很是細杯啊,然後入面的冰很大很多,可以真的兩口喝完。我點的upcycle,menu寫是tequila based,所以期待比較濃烈,但原來味道都唔係想像中的濃,而且突出嘅味道並唔係tequila,係有點西洋菜味,酒味唔多出,我以為佢比錯咗我。再問清楚佢話因為杯嘢有mushroom。雖然不似想像,但可能各種複雜的infusion本來就是難以預料的,也是很有趣。這裡很適合打卡聊天酒量麻麻的人。我朋友是酒鬼,感覺太細杯,酒精有點不夠,於是便轉地方了。

The Old Man’s founders Agung and Roman team up again and open this new bar in Central! With the concept of 𝐞𝐜𝐨-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 and aim to create drinks with eco-friendly ingredients!


Can’t recall this was my 5th, 6th or 7th visit🤣! They are the only bar open that early at around 14:00 in Soho. Unfortunately, after the long weekend, only limited cocktail options available. But I will say you never get disappointed!


We ordered 𝐀 𝐅𝐚𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐝, 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 & 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 and 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 & 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁 (Hk$90 each). My favourite 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 was sold out on that day🥺

- It was the purple one with a taller glass and they used the 𝐇𝐊 𝐭𝐞𝐚 𝐫𝐮𝐦. Slightly too sweet for me but quite girly. I remember it was in red colour! They have changed the colour to purple with improvement in flavour ☺️

- It is the one in carrot orange🥕 in the picture and definitely a Refreshing option! I was quite worried that the 𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫 will be too strong as I dislike ginger at all. But the combimation with 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐒 𝐠𝐢𝐧 was just perfect and achieved the balance❤️

- This was the one with strong whisky flavour! If you are looking for some whisky-based cocktails with bitter taste, this suit you!


Love all the drinks in 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻 so much! Without a fancy outlook but with an excellent flavour💯!Of course all staff are really friendly and attentive☺️ Will definitely visit again and is always one of the best bars in my list! 🥳

呢款望落超吸引!但係食落同想像中有啲落差。外層炸皮偏厚偏實偏粉偏淡,只帶微脆。豬肉都幾嫩,不過調味偏淡。中間夾有唔少好似平時食雪菜肉絲米既雪菜,𝘣𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨消失得無影無蹤。唯獨旁邊既菠蘿幾有驚喜,juicy得嚟辣辣地好開胃!不過朋友就覺得太辣。

前菜個杯飲落甜甜地,帶淡淡紅菜頭同椰子香。朋友竟然覺得係「前所未見既藥水味」,但我又覺得幾容易接受,飲多幾啖又覺得唔錯喎

主菜個杯酸度高,果味突岀,可以一消肉既油膩感。朋友就稱之為加左酒既𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘦。


整體而言,食物有改善空間,𝘏𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘍𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘴都幾特別,主要以價錢取勝。當然服務也很不錯!

A really great deal!! 200HKD for 4 appetizers, 1 main and 3 pairing fermented drinks and they all taste AMAZING.
The egg benedict steals my heart - the poached egg was cooked perfectly (look at that runny yolk)!
