今日元朗體溫超過34度,但仍無阻我外出覓食的決心🔥不過這麼熱必須要吃一些消暑的食物,才能平衡一下身體。越南菜一貫是我夏天的選擇,因為菜式都偏向清爽。今天就走到了這一家越安喬。店面不大,相信是屬於家庭式的小店。服務員強調食物是正宗越南風味,餐廳也確實掛滿了很多河內的照片和越式小擺設🇻🇳粉麵類除了一般的雞絲河、pho、蟹檬粉等,我點了一個比較特別的酸果蕃茄排骨湯檬,名字看起來很清爽😆一如所料,這個湯檬湯底非常清新,有一股蕃茄和瓜菜的香味又帶點少酸(估計是幾種香料餚出的味道)。排骨放在湯裏燉得非常軟,入口即溶,非常入味!原來這餐廳強調他們不用味精,所以這個湯也很清淡,就是很家庭的感覺。另外加了$12就有鮮蝦米紙卷😃大蝦有看頭,吃起來酸酸甜甜同樣健康清爽!最最最有驚喜的,是牛油果沙冰🥑打成汁的牛油果很香很滑,中間還會吃到果肉,敢說是在香港裏喝過數一數二最高質的牛油果沙冰!
