2016年的圣诞平安夜,我邀朋友来到新港城商场逛逛兼乐乐的,此商埸可是新装修後也有许多新式的食店在此开设 ,我们试了个新式福建菜来嚐嚐的呀!就到了叫"甫田"的食肆,要了份"兴化炒米粉",79圆一碟,内有虾球丶椰菜丶花生肉丝等的料,米粉极为细丶幼的,怪特别的呀!👍又来了份叫"山𥚃白果",82圆一碟,内是白色的年糕,应是糯米做成的,还有些少的海鲜丶肉丝的,我觉得咸了些的呀!☺️☺️此山𥚃白果像是吃了有点腻的呀!"椒盐猪手",真的好极了呀!好吃到不得了的呀!78圆2只,皮脆脆的,可内层的肉极为嫩滑兼如胶的呀!有多麽丰富的骨胶原似的呀!👍👍👍👍👍此店要加一服务费的呀!

Other Info. : 下午茶時間 , 見餐廳冇乜人 , 好多吉枱, 門口冇得取票, 票機畫面全黑, 應該是壞了, 門口冇人招呼 , 冇人等, 入到去見到個侍應 , 同佢講唔該兩位 , 佢黑口黑面嘴藐藐, 粒聲唔出, 用個咀指我去收銀嗰度, 收銀當時有人排隊收緊錢 , 我等咗好耐都冇人理我 , 我見有個經理經過, 就向佢反映, 我想要兩位, 佢又係黑口黑面, 嘴藐藐, 好晦氣, 念念有詞, 好唔願意咁帶咗我去一張未執嘅枱, 我都好好奇點解佢會帶我去一張未執嘅枱, 之後佢再去招呼門口等緊嘅客, 可能對方有三位, 個經理竟然走埋嚟, 問我幾多位, 叫我再起身去攞飛, 再等過, 真係離曬大譜……

 到呢個莆田鹵麵呢… 有一個東東要讚揚的,是其充滿福建家鄉的風味,味道感覺有點像街邊舊小食店買到的”粉仔”,加上少許菜蔬、雜菌、豆卜、肉絲、蜆等,味道也是好的。最後到呢個家鄉燜紫菜,以清雞湯及上等芋頭慢火熬製30分鐘烹成,紫菜及香芋味道非常濃郁,是一道非常好的家鄉菜式,由於味道真的較濃厚,較適合配搭上白飯或湯麵一起品嚐 
 

其實呢個2人套餐份量都唔細,可以叫多個朋友一起品嚐,順便散點多1、2個小菜仲正!
