糖心蛋
糖心蛋是額外點選的。美味的糖心蛋肯定是拉麵的絕配。嚴選來自日本雞蛋製作的溏心蛋,口感煙韌軟綿,雞蛋味濃郁。半熟橙紅的蛋黃呈現流心狀態,實在是頰留香。

整體而言,食物出品製作用心高質,品嚐高質拉麵不二之選之。

The broth made of clams, pork and fish was easy to drink with. Its taste was not very fishy but sweet and simply spiced up with porcini flakes and oil. And its texture was less dense than the traditional ramen broth made of pork. Ramen texture was quite firm👍🏻i especially like the thin slice of pork belly🤤 it’s very tender🤤🤤

貝汁醬油拉麵
湯底加入了自製黑松露醬、牛肝菌粉及牛肝菌油,味道較濃,充滿菇菌香,黑松露意粉就食得多,拉麵真係第一次,又幾特別!

白豚骨拉麵
相比之下略為普通,但低溫慢煮的豚肉片,保留了肉質鬆軟的口感外,亦讓豚肉入味,好好味😋

整體來講 湯底算幾特別,可惜份量不多,價錢略貴,性價比較低,但話哂都係日本米芝蓮,如果未試過又想試新野可以一試!

所以一定要試試佢淡先🧐

呢個湯底味道複雜而醇厚非常有層次
那種微鹹中帶甜的味道~
醬油和貝汁鮮味之間平衡造得非常好!

整體來說 拉麵有驚喜
但份量唔多
價錢算少貴

冇得去日本,咁就係香港試吓啦,之前去日本實在排太長隊所以冇食過。叫左個貝汁醬油拉麵、裡面有牛乾箘粉及油,黑松露醬、京蔥…..一呢到立即試吓個湯,黑松露味好出,都好特別。個麵都偏細碗、男仔應該唔夠飽,啲义燒真係太薄。麵入面的京蔥好食、好多,夾住麵一齊食好爽口,正。湯底夠熱,不過中後段有少少鹹。煎餃子看似平平無奇,不過皮薄又夠熱,都唔錯喎。朋友食海鹽味拉麵,大致都滿意,啖湯我試咗,都好清,好味。整體都覺得幾好食,不過偏細碗,價錢有啲偏貴,但係都會再去食😊

價錢仲要一啲都唔平,麵嘅份量極少叉燒溥如紙仲要得兩片,兩碗拉麵加一碟餃子同可樂,承惠三百幾。怪唔得係lunch time嘅時間都唔使排隊. 既然開得日本嘢,應該尊重返日本人對自己嘅要求,唔好差過一間港式拉麵店,起碼識煮好個麵先。

今朝起身個肚仲要唔舒服,都唔知係咪關個麵唔熟事😭

經過門口, 望到吧台有位, 都係等一張一位枱, 心諗應該好快啦... 殊不知都要等十至十五分鐘... (本身可能肚餓有點憫) Anyway, 最終都係坐吧枱, 望住個menu.... 有四至五款拉麫, 第一次就先試佢推介醬油拉麪個碗大大, 但大約一半到, 湯底有蜆, 豬骨, 魚 (介紹講), 仲有牛肝菌油, 黑松露醬... 一來到就聞到好香黑松露味.... 但始終黑松露味太搶..... 除咗都飲到醬油味... 就蓋過曬啲蜆味... ... 雖然我聽到師傳 煲湯時有隔開好多蜆殼..... 有兩塊叉燒... 一塊三層肉... (好肥美) ... 一塊低溫叉燒 (唔識有乜分別).... 兩塊都好薄... 其實真係唔太夠...個麪都好彈牙, 配上京蔥... 味道係好味.... 不過呢碗拉麪要$128 未加一真係 貴囉.... 加隻糖心蛋要$15.... 餃子四隻 $68..... (我都係無叫, 肉痛).... 所以食咗一碗拉麪就走人....

不過呢碗拉麪要$128 未加一真係 貴囉.... 加隻糖心蛋要$15.... 餃子四隻 $68..... (我都係無叫, 肉痛).... 所以食咗一碗拉麪就走人....
