加入嘅湯底都係好濃郁嘅龍蝦湯味,但係同餐廳稍稍有啲唔同,聞落已經覺得好香。而一上去就見到大大隻鮑魚,好欣賞餐廳有認真處理過個鮑魚,食得出好新鮮同埋一啲都唔敷衍你。其他仲有虎蝦、魷魚同蜆,相當豐富嘅海鮮飯。而我都幾鍾意啲飯粒嘅口感,濕潤得嚟唔糊,又唔會硬。

煙肉芝士玉米餅都幾得意,口感都幾鬆軟,平時食開薯仔,所以新鮮感都幾大。而今次我都係嗌咗medium,一上枱嘅時候就覺得啲肉燒得相當之靚,食得出牛嘅香味,而牛肉嘅質感都相當細嫩,你就咁睇個樣都睇得出。我覺得呢一個主菜真係必嗌,食落口嘅時候會覺得好impressive。而醬汁主要都係以荷蘭醬做底,但係我覺得就咁食已經好正。

甜品冇分先後次序,不過我自己就食咗個沙冰先,雖然都幾重青檸同埋薄荷味,但係唔會覺得好酸或者好甜,平衡得好好。而薰衣草薑檸啤就真係好重薰衣草味,但係有咗薑檸啤嘅刺激感,又係清口腔嘅小幫手。而我最鍾意嘅都係開心果脆脆,我覺得最滿意嘅係佢寫得出三種食材,你食落口嘅時候三種食材嘅味都會食得到,咁我覺得已經超晒班,而且本身自己好鍾意脆脆嘅口感,所以真係大讚。

嘢飲本身都有設計過,我幾鍾意杯邊圍住嘅桂花。唔算飲到好重鳳梨味,但係入口就真係好濃嘅蜂蜜味,都係好溫和嘅飲品,再加埋啲桂花,覺得飲落去都係好舒服。而且為咗配合個杯,餐廳嘅冰係特別整做長條型嘅,覺得真係有花心機落去。
