-至於呢一個我覺得最出色就係芝士松露手工薯餅,味道非常之好,而且好有驚喜。

甜品方面,我哋加咗錢選擇咗cheese cake同埋Tiramisu 。味道就比較一般,但係真係要加埋甜品先有嗰種儀式滿滿的感覺。
整體方面,會每食一個菜佢會幫你換碟,我覺得係好有高級餐廳嘅感覺。但係至於呢個價錢方面,再有高少少要求嘅話,味道上面可以有少少改進。但係如果對食方面唔係有好高要求只係想要一個靜靜嘅地方同朋友或者男女朋友一齊傾吓偈享受吓寧靜的一晚,呢個地方係10分推薦嘅 。

香煎法式鵝肝大啡菇紅花意大利飯套餐³⁶⁸
厚身鵝肝表面煎得香脆內裡軟滑,油脂感滿滿的。加上芝士大啡菇清新感覺中和了膩感,簡直係絕配。而意大利飯軟硬適中,醬汁份量及味道亦剛好,同鵝肝大啡菇味道配合得很好,沒有互搶風頭的感覺。值得一讚!



法式慢煮油封鴨髀伴法邊豆 • 普羅旺斯燴野菜套餐³⁹⁸
慢煮油封鴨髀肉質嫩滑,外皮酥香可口。可見廚師控制油溫技術了得,是我食過數一數二好食的慢煮油封鴨髀。而配菜方面都很有心思,有營養價值極高的法邊豆,同普羅旺斯燴野菜。輕輕帶走鴨髀的膩感!

芝麻卷口感鬆軟,甜而不膩還有滿滿的芝麻甘香。

早幾日約咗朋友喺觀塘傾偈,想搵個舒服嘅地方,突然間記得呢間工廠大廈裏面嘅綠洲。好舒服嘅裝修設計,因為我哋去食下午茶,所以又唔係好多,可以慢慢食慢慢傾。環境令到心情都輕鬆啲,我哋叫咗兩個lunch set,整體味道都係好唔錯,新鮮嘅食材,充足嘅份量,而最impress我點解揀呢間餐廳,就係佢對咖啡豆都有選擇,基本上house coffee bean 可有nutty (堅果味重)或fruity(花香,果酸味重啲),而佢亦都有其他特色豆選擇,因為佢又唔係淨係咖啡店可以食嘢,所以好適合我呢啲想二合一嘅人士

平時尖沙咀酒店一般3-course Menu都要$500起跳,但係份量都好細,所以今次去咗觀塘工廈入面嘅高質西餐,嘗試一下又好食,又飽肚的晚餐。入面環境非常spacious, 我們早去,所以有梳化位。首先俾咗兩杯開胃梅子梳打我哋做welcome drink。10分冰涼,甜甜地,很Refreshing。前菜帶子輕輕燒過,保留新鮮彈牙的口感,紅菜頭醬汁很清甜,配合帶子。鵪鶉髀鹹鹹地,很適合同碟上面的沙律一齊吃,鵪鶉髀有炭燒風味,作為前菜, 10分開胃。龍蝦湯10分驚喜,非常之足料,而且仲係熱辣辣,上菜之後才倒落去。飲完龍蝦湯比較濃味之後,竟然有驚喜,就是會有第二輪的解茶,清清味蕾,準備食主菜。黑毛豬案七成熟,非常之嫩滑,很有肉味,很喜歡輕輕烤過的菠蘿,零舍清甜。薯仔墊底,外脆內軟。虎蝦意大利飯一定要叫,芝士味10分濃烈,仲有蟹膏,千祈不要浪費蝦頭,蝦頭一開,有好多橙色的蝦膏,蟹膏同蝦膏配埋一齊,為意大利飯提升另一個層次。最後的焦糖朱古力蛋糕作為晚餐的總結令我們覺得大滿足,上面的朱古力醬稠密,去到餅底還有脆脆,多重口感。

Iced Mocha (加$14),賣相與Tiramisu好像,面層全是朱古力粉!Mocha充滿朱古力香卻又不會太甜,令人滿足!朋友飲的Dirty也很香醇啊!

除了蛋糕外,食物及飲品的質素俱佳,而且環境舒適,chill chill的度過了一個周日下午。
