今日收工過嚟試Lee 間工廠區內嘅fusion 餐廳,4個人叫咗4個唔同set , 我比較喜歡頭盆的海膽梅子麵,干邑龍蝦湯,主菜的手工pasta 配吞拿魚腩蓉,中間serve的橘子皮台灣菜,很refreshing。朋友係第三次過嚟食嘢,推介芝士蛋糕,我們叫了原味及伯爵茶味,發覺原味比較好食,伯爵茶味淡淡的,很好,但係如果更加濃就好了。tiramisu 酒味很濃,我很喜歡,但係朋友就略嫌味重得滯。整體覺得廚師在菜單之上十分有創意,但係樓面staff 嘅節奏有點趕急,我們詢問有關菜式問題嘅時候也有點答不上🤔 希望你們繼續努力喔!

今日約了男友去了觀塘撐枱腳。餐廳裝修都幾吸睛,有一個大的月亮燈。座位都幾舒服,服務都不錯。最重要是食物不論是賣相和味道,都出乎意料之外的好。點了兩份晚餐share 食,先來杯Welcome drink 紫蘇梅子梳打,味道都好香。跟餐有有機烏龍茶,清而回甘。前菜有煙燻帶子,配紅菜頭蓉等,很夾。鵪鶉脾作為前菜,配沙律,亦是意想不到的配搭。龍蝦湯有蝦肉,很香濃。星斑魚柳煎得香口惹味,八爪魚爽口彈牙,配手工薯餅、苦白菜,配搭新穎。豬胺厚切,很香口。配香甜菠蘿,更有各款菇菜,相當平衡。最後更有橘子撻做甜品,好開心的一晚。

今日放假,想去間餐廳坐得舒服啲食得好少少,一於去依間我已經收藏咗好耐嘅餐廳。12點前上到去仍然有好多位可以隨便揀咗一個位嚟坐。我叫咗一個北海道魷魚蟹肉昆布意大利飯,個飯賣相唔錯,但食落唔係好啱我口味,感覺好似飲緊碗昆布味噌湯嘅味道,略鹹,食唔出蟹肉嘅味道,魷魚就正常發揮都幾有咬口。個餐好似有包Americano同埋普通嘅茶,但我嗌咗杯flat White要加$16,味道不過不失冇咩特別。我覺得依餐最好味嘅係嗰碗湯,餐牌冇寫係咩湯,店員冇講我都冇問,不過飲落應該係蘑菇湯。佢絞碎左啲蘑菇,又有d cream,飲落口淡淡都有啲蘑菇肉可以咬下咬下咁,幾香幾好味。食到差唔到一點時, 店內仍有大半空位, 因人流不多,唔會太嘈,餐廳音樂唔會太大聲,而且有自然陽光,感覺好舒服。雖然今次嗌的飯唔多啱我口味, 但呢度感覺一人chill 下又得或者同三五知己傾吓偈慢慢食都啱,下次應該會再嚟試其他。
