用乾冰形成板上飄效果,挺特別!
口感很特別,是爽爽的,好奇下問職員是什麼,原來是蒟蒻!不錯又低路里呢 !食多多也不怕。

整體都滿意,也欣賞師傅新創意容入食物中。

好少寫食評,這次實在太谷氣!這間餐廳我給負評。今天是我爸爸的生日,我見OpenRice這間日本創作料理的餐廳很多好評,便打算試試。首次於openrice卜位,我在備注標明生日飯,希望有較舒適的位置。看網上照片時,已看到這間餐廳的佈局比較狹窄。可是到達時,也是嚇了一大跳,想不到枱與枱之間的位置這麼窄,客人基本上要側身才可以進去。環境這麼差,但價錢這麼昂貴,我想可能是因為他很好吃吧。(後來到openrice看劣評,大家都懷疑餐廳有打手寫食評)我們八點準時到達,我打開門,問一問侍應「我book了枱,八點黃小姐四位」侍應回答「等一等,要排隊」然後他便關上了門。我們等了一會,再開門問問有沒有枱。侍應帶我們四人去吧枱坐。我問「如果坐四人枱要等多久?」他說「不知道。很難答你。」我問「大概呢?十五分鐘?」他說「其他客人都是剛剛坐下。」我說「我在book位時寫明 生日飯要交舒適的位置。怎麼你會給我吧枱?」他說「你沒有給錢訂座,我們很難安排四人座位給你們。」但是他們致電我兩次確定座位的時候,都沒有提及要付錢訂座。🤷🏻‍♀️由於侍應態度很差,我們取消了訂座。(事後去了附近另一家環境好,價錢相宜,食物優質的日本
