I've never written a bad review on openrice. I'm still shaken from how bad their service was. I went in during lunch and ordered right away. I asked if my dish was being made the waitress pointed at the pot on thr stove saying that dish was mine. 15 minutes later i watched that dish being served to someone else and i asked when was mine going to be made. The waitress said they will make it more because they were waiting for someone else to order the same thing. So basically she wasted my 15 minu

我平時唔會太常食海膽,所以正如同行朋友所講:平常成年夾埋,都應該唔夠正係今餐一餐食嘅海膽總量多😹.呢到最出名莫過於係十層海膽杯😚入面有燒白飯魚脆片、黑魚籽、北海道紫海膽、沖繩海葡萄、藍鰭吞拿拖羅蓉、三文魚籽、白蝦、松葉蟹肉同鮮海帶碎。啲食材食落果然比平時食到嘅新鮮🤣例如朋友平時都唔食三文魚籽,但今次佢試咗一粒之後,就話同平時食到嘅唔同,呢到嘅冇好難頂嘅腥味😆不過呢個海膽杯實在比我想像中細杯,細細杯就要400蚊啦💸.其實一向鐘意試新奇嘢嘅我,一直對佢地嘅海膽雪糕好有興趣😝食落少少咸,奶味都幾出。我好努力咁諗究竟隻味似咩🤔我覺得係似咸香嘅芝士味😂所以食落其實冇想像中咁奇怪,我覺得都係good try😚都幾特別,2人叫一份share都試得過。.海膽燒岩蠔好味🤤不過我覺得有啲夾硬將海膽擺上去咁😂海膽同燒蠔兩者本身各自都好食,而其實我都係會分開番佢地咁食🙈分開食反而可以試真啲海膽嘅味道,因為燒蠔嘅醬汁本身好濃味(個醬汁係好濃味而好好食,想👅埋個醬汁😹😹)。btw一隻海膽燒蠔成百蚊真係好豪😹.雲海板上飄同特色海膽火焰卷就絕對係相機食先📸前者一開始會有好多乾冰煙飄出嚟,有仙境(?😂)嘅感覺😹後者一上

但可惜我唔鐘意個麵🙍🏻‍♀️我唔太鐘意食蒟蒻麵呢🤦🏻‍♀️
🍙海膽火焰卷除左有海膽,仲有帶子同蟹籽喺面㗎😆加埋沙津醬,呢啲卷物基本上都一定會好食😝

同埋呢份沙津主角似係蘋果絲多啲。當初見到楊枝甘露沙津呢個名,我係expect楊枝甘露嘅元素會多啲吧🙈
而家感覺好似係100蚊食咗一個蘋果咁lol

我同朋友都覺得呢餐食到嘅海膽都幾鮮味,我地以前食嘅cheapcheap海膽真係冇得比🤣
不過整體價格真係偏高🤔
我地兩個人呢餐食咗1500蚊左右,但其實我成程都坐得唔太舒服🙈
呢個價錢我會expect有較舒適嘅環境,因為我係連袋都冇位擺/掛,要長期攬住個袋🤦🏻‍♀️或者唔坐bar枱位會好啲啲🤔
