2018開年飯,帶屋企人到慈雲山三記食潮州打冷。雖然呢度地點有啲隔涉,要喺鑽石山地鐵站搭小巴或者的士上嚟,但晚上七點鐘去到已經全場爆滿。好彩之前一早book定枱,如果唔係⋯🙈之後叫咗招牌菜滷水鵝片、潮州咸雞、馬友等菜色,好快就有得食。因為呢度碟頭普通唔算好大,所以我哋一路食一路叫,7個人不知不覺叫咗成12個餸。一如既往從沒令我失望!最後,個個飽到攬住個肚離開,埋單都唔使1千蚊,大滿足!做街坊生意真係抵食又好味!

2018開年飯,帶屋企人到慈雲山三記食潮州打冷。雖然呢度地點有啲隔涉,要喺鑽石山地鐵站搭小巴或者的士上嚟,但晚上七點鐘去到已經全場爆滿。好彩之前一早book定枱,如果唔係⋯🙈
之後叫咗招牌菜滷水鵝片、潮州咸雞、馬友等菜色,好快就有得食。
因為呢度碟頭普通唔算好大,所以我哋一路食一路叫,7個人不知不覺叫咗成12個餸。一如既往從沒令我失望!最後,個個飽到攬住個肚離開,埋單都唔使1千蚊,大滿足!

做街坊生意真係抵食又好味!

呢間三記開咗好多年,聽過好多朋友介紹,但位於慈雲山,對我嚟講真係有啲遠,咁啱有朋友話帶路,於是就殺上慈雲山會一會佢,一去到就見到佢座無虛席,啲檯櫈排曬出街。先嚟一支大啤,一碟鹵水試下先,墨魚片同腎片都切得好薄,鹵水香料味重,唔會太咸,有啲鋪頭就醬油味多過鹵水味,呢間三記就唔會,非常正宗。而底下用左芽菜鋪底,吸收曬鹵水汁,好好送飯。同埋佢提供咗蒜蓉醋同甜酸醬兩種,蒜蓉醋係自家調較,好開胃。另外叫咗個蠔仔粥,蠔仔size 適中,指頭大細,唔會太大又唔會太細,有蠔仔鮮味,又有咬口,另外特別既係佢落咗土魷碎代替方魚碎,同出面既鋪頭唔同,有別樣既香味。而避風塘雞球炸得好香口,不過多咗啲油,或者係雞球會出油啦,相對之下有啲油膩感,但蒜頭同辣椒非常香口,撈飯一流。

極差,建議大家唔好幫親以前住慈雲山食過幾次,都無乜特別感,今次簡直係想即刻起身走人叫左碟墨魚餅,碟野黎到好似墨魚丸甘,就問個伙計,佢竟然答我墨魚丸同墨魚餅都係一樣,叫我地照食跟住再有個伙計拎住碟墨魚餅經過,我再問:呢碟係咪黎錯左?好似係蝦丸佢超級無禮貌答我:你地都已經食左喇!!!原全無諗過換比我地,我地係食左,可以照計錢,但問題係我地想食墨魚餅,佢地出錯野仲可以態度甘差!其間仲聽到有其他伙計用粗口鬧另一台客,又係因為上錯菜食物質素差到入唔到口,連最出名既蠔餅都差左好多。好地地食餐飯好似欠佢地錢甘,伙計惡言相向,大家幫親前真係諗一諗!
