是日 OT,19:30 才下班,往某電訊公司處理點事宜後,致電家人決定不返家用膳,獨個兒走到希慎廣場內的千両品嚐日本餐。等了大約二十分鐘,終可入座;見迴轉壽司帶上沒有新的 Fill Up,便於 Menu 中點了特上刺身拼盤、海膽軍艦及海鮮燉蛋。用料算是新鮮,燉蛋味道也不錯,但因本人常到位於 Moko 的分店,心底難免會稍作比較。至於刺身方面,送到面前的一刹那,份量雖足夠,但鋪在刺身下的冰有部分已溶化;而吃蝦刺身 -- 蝦身近蝦頭位置時,咀嚼間感到有微小沙粒黏在食物中...... 令本人有少許失望。結賬時,已將情況告知店員跟進。

從來從來都不寫食評,很多時好歹一餐吃過就算。但今次實在很生氣就專程留個言。(這可是我人生中第一篇食評啊)下班很累,自己一個去食晚餐。大概八時,沒什麼人,不用排隊就可入座。簡單地叫了四客壽司,就無聊地等。等著等著,發現比我遲來的客人都已經上菜了,師父看來閒著,我就著侍應幫我跟一跟單(當時等了大概20分鐘)。立即發現漏單,師父就快快的給我去造。我無所謂,很快就有得吃了,不過只來了兩客。我以為其他的製作需時,就沒為意的先吃。吃完了(大概離落單半小時)還未到,我又再問多一次。然後師父聽到後又快快做。到這刻都沒什麼。然後,有個女侍應手上拿著單走來,問:「小姐,你係咪肯定自己冇食過XX同YY軍艦?」!!!!什麼?!我來這裡是為了討飯吃的嗎(那侍應這樣問是因為那兩客軍艦是比較貴的)我偷偷吃掉了之前的再向你討多兩客嗎?!天啊我那一刻我超生氣。已經又漏單又剩還要亂問問題,但師父已在做我就沒有叫停,之後草草吃完就埋單走了。$200簡直食之無味。雖然一篇小小的食評微不足道,但就是不吐不快很不高興,以後一定不會再來(請問服務可以給負分嗎)

$200簡直食之無味。

雖然一篇小小的食評微不足道,但就是不吐不快

1,魚生不新鮮,一看就是冰箱里放很久的,不能再難食了2。 明明點了一個圖片上的魚生拼盤,上台除了秋刀魚,其他三款都換成其它品種了。也沒有提前打招呼不新鮮是日本料理的大忌!這家魚生質素和旺角一百多元放題的魚生差不多!差評

今日到千両食晚餐,係門口已經等好耐,仲要搭枱。等到肚餓、費事再等,唯有照食。叫左三文魚腩,帶子同油甘魚腩壽司。等左好耐,見對面食客,遲過我落單都到左,見唔對路,於是問吓侍應。侍應詢問壽司師傅,竟說已送。點知原來個師傅送錯左去同枱對面。師傅急忙補飛,不知是心情不佳,還是將價就貨,送來的壽司與送錯到對面的,無論賣相、用料都差過幾皮。其中油金魚魚腩與對面枱相比,看似不同部位,看來看去在面前的與一般平日食開普通油甘無異。只嘆倒楣,唯有快快食完,埋單走人。不過如此服務水平,令人失望。不再光顧!

因為我本身對辣不感興趣,不過今次係妹子重點話"為左食辣味三文魚而要去千両食",
所以都叫左一客,點知一食就上癮!!!叫多幾客!!!真係好正!!!
佢GE辣係就算吾食得辣GE人都覺得OK,但又有辣GE過癮~
本身我就吾太鐘意整碎左GE三文魚,覺得腥味重,但衣件完全例外,真心正!

芝麻豆腐****
好鐘意豆腐~~芝麻豆腐係冷物,豆腐係比較實個種,吾係四川豆腐個種,
如果你鐘意好Q彈好軟GE豆腐就吾岩你啦,不過我就咩豆腐都岩食。
芝麻醬好似太多,不過都係好味GE,好汁好過少汁!!

第一次食到有蟹味GE炸軟殼蟹……有點感動。
其實點衣樣野個時已經飽左,不過妹子仲想食,
我都食一舊咁啦。
我之前去過好多越南餐廳OR其他國家餐廳食炸軟殼蟹,
但都覺得好油好膩,所以有阻止過佢叫,不過佢又真係想博一博。。。
然後,真係食到有蟹味!!!好多肉(吾係得軟殼)
不過熱氣野真係吾岩我,雖然好味,但我都係食左一舊就算。

最普通的蛋壽司亦能做出好味道,不但是廚師即做、更是暖的,新鮮熱辣!
三文魚魚腩壽司才廿多蚊,又肥又鮮!

貴價版的元氣。

位於希慎廣場的「千兩」,
價錢是對得住這地段的。

海膽軍艦
海膽沒有臭味,可是也沒有鮮甜味。
不過,海膽不臭就已經很厲害了!
而且,海膽顏色很新鮮,有加分。

甜蝦蟹膏軍艦
當天甜蝦真的很不錯,
這款壽司的甜蝦也是很好吃!
配搭蟹膏更覺甘香!

另外一提的是,這個長型盤子,
跟元氣的一模一樣!
完全是在元氣吃壽司的感覺。

一般水準,不乾的。
但調味很淡,不惹味。
燒雞軟骨
這個好吃,鹽味夠。
本身雞軟骨就不錯吃的。

最後面的我忘記是甚麼,

很熱地上臺,好吃。
夠熱又粉漿夠脆,
內裡的蠔不會縮成小隻。
咬下去,有蠔的甘甜味。

鵝肝壽司
不錯,鵝肝甘香,入口即化。

這一餐最令人滿意的是帆立貝,
另外就是甜蝦了!
雖然總覺得很有元氣的影子,
但用的wasabi是新鮮磨的,
而不是元氣的膏狀,值得一讚!
不過總是像在吃「元氣」一樣。

Sen-ryo is one of the better fast food sushi restaurants in Hong Kong. Sashimi is mostly quite fresh, and if you order separately from the kitchen you'll get fresh, crispy nori. The temakis are also tasty and fresh. I especially like the soft shell crab temaki. They serve a big range of food, from shabu-shabu beef hot pots to grilled miso cod to raw beef sashimi. A big fan of sea urchin, I am often disappointed by senryo as they almost always don't have any in stock! But the good side of that is that when they do stock uni, it'll be quite fresh. My guess is that when uni of a certain grade is short in supply, they'd rather go without than lower the grade. But sometimes they can still smell a bit fishy, so I am not sure if the stock shortage has to do with poor management. Just make sure you check with the sushi chefs. 

Seating is comfortable if you can secure the sofa seats. It's possible to sit on the cozy sofas and chat for hours. Food at this price range is roughly the same everywhere, so the dining environment is important and makes a big difference.
