有朋友來香港住係尖沙咀酒店,夜晚已經好攰所以就喺酒店附近食日本野豆腐沙律芝麻醬香濃配埋日本豆味香濃嘅滑豆腐,清新好味玉子日本嘅玉子一向做得好出色,估唔到呢間餐廳嘅水準都唔錯三文魚壽司 牡丹蝦壽司新鮮,魚味重,蝦好甜真鯛刺身哇!第一次食呢種魚,估唔到咁好味,入口鮮甜架而且咁大碟都係200零蚊,抵食炸蝦頭,咪就係岩岩個牡丹蝦壽司既蝦頭囉,拎去炸黎食,正呀!蝦汁雞腎 白鱔兩款燒物都出色,外面燒到乾身脆口,但入面仲係好滑,雞腎彈牙,鱔好味到無野講。一定要食牛肉鍋呢個天氣食個鍋真係一流湯底加大量蔬菜配料都有誠意仲有雪糕送,好味飽飽

上次去完金鐘食日本菜,今次過番黎尖沙咀。餐廳可以係酒店入口搭𨋢上,又可以係後門樓梯上。餐廳內有房可以入座,不過眼見好似都預留左比熟客仔。好,先黎豆腐沙律,中意件豆腐夠厚身同夠凍。跟住係玉子燒,燒得夠香好野味。然後係真鯛魚刺身,師傅刀工好,片得好薄。再黎雞腎串燒同埋燒白膳串燒,燒白膳串燒勁好味,無骨又香口!牡丹蝦同三文魚壽司夠鮮味,居然仲有將個牡丹蝦頭拎去炸,好味到連D蝦腳蝦爪都食埋!最後個豚肉粉絲煲,湯底非常香濃,整體感覺好味!!

黎完一堆「生冷野」之後,侍應就上埋熱盤。日式串燒有一種好奇怪嘅魔力,明明款式來來去去都係個幾款,啲材料講唔上有幾矜貴,但總會令你一食就上癮,欲罷不能。強烈推介左上嘅煙肉年糕串,有齊「拉絲」、「流心」、「極邪惡」三大X假期元素,一食就上癮,減肥者要極度小心。肥牛大蔥卷又係另一種會上癮美食,肥牛嘅脂肪配合日本大蔥嘅爽甜簡直天衣無縫,配合杯Asahi就Perfect喇!估唔到我全晚最想encore嘅就係呢兩款串燒。

食完刺身壽司串燒爐端燒之後,侍應就送上啲相對飽肚嘅一品料理,包括肉食獸嘅我最愛嘅鐵板牛柳粒同埋少數有蔬菜(!)嘅泡菜豚肉鍋。全晚相對失望嘅係,鐵板牛柳粒上嘅蒜片唔夠脆,滿足唔到我呢啲將炸蒜片當炸薯片咁食嘅蒜魔。

椰子味雪糕
食完之後店員就問埋我地想食咩雪糕,呢一晚分別有薑味同椰子味可以揀。椰子味雪糕偏椰奶味,但同時又有少許椰青水嘅清香,加上椰子肉粒,令到呢球雪糕甜而不膩。

食完個雪糕,我同個朋友就心滿意足咁埋單走。店員隨即再用標準口音嘅日文道別我地。由店員嘅標準發音,以及食物嘅質素,見到呢間店對細節都係有要求,希望店鋪日後愈做愈旺嘅時候,仍然保持到呢一份細心。

肥美的三文魚經師傅的火炙後,油脂全滲進飯裏,甘香得無與倫比,三文魚的口感亦柔軟細緻;反而 真鯛壽司 是主推清甜的魚味,口感柔軟,壽司飯是剛好的一口,飯質不會過軟,新鮮好吃 !

安格斯牛肉串是固然美味,煙肉芝士年糕串的味道也不遜,煙肉被燒烤得脆口而裹在內的芝士年糕是相對地軟溶,味道鹹香又有點甜,好味到要一口又一口的吃不停。
