今日經過尖沙咀呢間日式餐廳,入去試咗個二人套餐。蟹籽沙律刺身三品特色卷物天盛紐西蘭羊鞍第一次係日式餐廳食羊鞍,幾特別,燒都幾好味串燒牛脷(呢個燒得超級好味)、雞腎、番薯仔(甘甜)、青椒仔(辣椒味好香但係一啲都唔辣 )湯稻庭烏冬面身幼滑,稍為放左一陣先食都唔會發脹日本雪糕揀咗芝麻味同埋綠茶味,非常濃味香口,特別係芝麻味雪糕,睇隻色都知道芝麻味濃郁 啤酒「雪花」甘味比較輕,易入口通常酒店裏面的餐廳價錢比較貴,但係呢一間環境別致得黎,價錢同食物質素都非常合理,推薦。

於尖沙咀的酒店中食到刺身, 燒物, 羊鞍等都只是$300, 其實我覺得不算貴呢~

加茶殷勤,接近噓寒問暖程度。
令我朋友講了句“you made my day!”
講服務有五星了。
環境亦佳,座位闊落,私隱度高,適合吹水。我和朋友食得好盡興。
最後落樓,每人3百出頭,在冇飲酒情況下,性價比真不算高,但是開心。

難得到尖沙咀找舊同事做午餐,同事就話想一起去間闊落舒適的食店聚下舊,而我就想食清一點。千上就是我不二之選了。位置都算就腳啦,又唔係位處中心,午餐的時候都唔洗迫一大餐才去到。上到去,雖滿坐但空間感依舊。我就坐下來立即叫了野菜烏冬定食、同事就叫了汁燒雞扒定食。雞扒入味,汁不太甜,定食定量,規格齊全(見圖),無聊蒸旦真的無料...清水旦也。而野菜烏冬定食都不錯,不過我嫌湯底可以再清一點!份量一點也不欺場,男人老狗都一定夠食。店員有禮,唔會催促,慢食聚舊一流。得閒再來過。

有內地朋友黎左香港住喺尖沙咀粵海酒店,因為佢第二朝早機走,所以都唔想去太遠食晚飯,佢就提議近近地去酒店入面既日本餐廳食。我本來諗住酒店食野一定好貴,去到門口睇左個menu發現價錢又唔算好貴喎!同平時一d中價日本餐廳咁上下,就試下啦!一開始就要左個鱈魚乾做小食,本來以為係淋淋地個種,點知係超級脆!好似薯片咁,而且有淡淡魚香,唔會好腥。之後要左個新品火炙燒和牛沙律,和牛油份偏多,但配合麻醬食就冇咁漏,仲入口即溶。食日本野點可以冇刺身,今次要左三款,包括油甘魚,活北寄貝,比較少見既島池魚。全部都好新鮮,一點腥味都冇,而自己最鐘意係係活北寄貝,十分爽口,d邊位都唔會硬,好鮮甜!到又係唔可以唔食既壽司,要左碟大蝦天婦羅反卷,飯面有d天婦羅碎,增加口感。到熱食了,先黎天婦羅,有茄子,蕃薯,秋葵,金菇,同一粒巨型冬菇。呢個天婦羅係我食過最好食既頭三位,天婦羅外層好薄,一d多餘的油分都冇。再黎兩款串燒,有爽口的雞腎。同豚肉蘆筍卷,薄薄的豬肉卷住翠綠的蘆筍。再要左個燒羊架,羊味比較重,如果怕羶既人可能未必接受到,但我自己就好中意,加少少檸檬汁同芥末食岩岩好。雖然已經好飽,但朋友見到有饅魚飯忍唔住叫左,呢

食日本野點可以冇刺身,今次要左三款,包括油甘魚,活北寄貝,比較少見既島池魚。全部都好新鮮,一點腥味都冇,而自己最鐘意係係活北寄貝,十分爽口,d邊位都唔會硬,好鮮甜!

到熱食了,先黎天婦羅,有茄子,蕃薯,秋葵,金菇,同一粒巨型冬菇。呢個天婦羅係我食過最好食既頭三位,天婦羅外層好薄,一d多餘的油分都冇。

雖然已經好飽,但朋友見到有饅魚飯忍唔住叫左,呢度既朴葉饅魚飯原個木盒上,熱辣辣,岩哂最近咁凍既天氣。而且饅魚非常厚肉肥美,真係好飽肚!

最後店員問我地有冇興趣試吓手工鮮製雪糕,朋友要咗豆腐味,自己要咗呢杯香蕉味,2杯都好濃郁,而且好creamy好軟滑,同平時出面食到嘅雪糕真係好唔同,值得一試!

估唔到酒店入面都有一間食物質素咁高但價錢非常合理既日本餐廳,而且呢度嘅環境好適合傾計。店員服務態度十分之好,天氣咁凍不斷幫我地添熱茶,傳菜速度都好快,下次有朋友生日都會考慮再嚟!

雖然冬天但仍然好喜愛吃日本菜, 發現粵海酒店有間新開日本餐廳.就約了好友放工去.環境好寬闊, 好舒服,好有日本居酒屋感覺!餐牌有好多選擇, 除了刺身, 亦都有串燒, 熟食同好多新鮮海鮮.時令特產先點了鱈魚干做小食, 好香魚味, 少少脆火炙和牛沙律. 新菜式是餐廳推介果然和牛非常新鮮, 肉質很軟有入口即溶感覺刺身我們揀了活北寄貝, 很大隻, 爽口很有鮮味島池魚及油甘魚刺身都非常厚肉, 魚味香濃大蝦天婦羅反卷, 內裡的蝦炸得很香脆配上魚子非常夾雞軟骨串燒, 燒得很香脆天婦羅, 不會炸得很油很粉的感覺, 很爽脆三文魚頭, 燒得很惹味, 但又不失魚味燒羊架, 啖啖肉, 仍然有很多肉汁朴葉鰻魚飯, 一個木盒蒸出來,鰻魚及飯滲入了很多朴葉清香味最後餐廳還送了雪糕, 有很多口味, 這款是豆腐想不到雪糕都很出色初初以為酒店內的餐廳一定是偏高價格, 但原來價錢中等!質素亦高質, 而且店員好好, 見茶涼了就換一杯全新給我們,還不停幫我地添加水值得再來啊

One of my friends who loved Japanese food wanted to meet up for dinner and he suggested that we could go Senkami Japanese Restaurant. It was recommended by his friends as well. Flying fish roe salad - The chef was very generous with the fish roe and it was soft and smooth. It goes well with the salad, which was juicy and crunchy.

Roasted gingko - This side dish was quite special as this was the first time i have eaten it this way. It was roasted in a pool of salt, and the gingko nut was roasted till golden brown in colour for the skin and shiny yellow inside. It was chewy and smooth.

Prawn tempura - Tempura was fried till the skin was crispy and soft, and yet the prawn inside was still hot and juicy. Sauce was provided to dip onto to enhance the taste.

Stuffed chicken wings in 2 flavours - Chicken meat was marinated in 2 flavours and stuffed into the chicken wings. It was soft and juicy, but i could not distinguish any difference in the 2 flavours.

Sea urchin fried rice - The portion was quite huge, and the fried rice was fried with eggs. Rice was fried till flavourful and colourful, and was not sticky. Sea urchin was light in colour, and was creamy and soft.
