今晚突然間好想食上海菜,立即上openrice搵下附近的五星食肆,最後揀了這間在V Point的豫園。餐廳有多款上海小食及點心,令人眼花撩亂。小籠包外皮很落但有彈性,夾起時不易夾穿,𠯿十開裏面爆多湯汁,要吸完湯才可以加醋,味道鮮甜多汁。鎮江肴肉肴肉結實且晶瑩剔透,肉質有咬口,膠質豐富。樟茶鴨煙燻味比較淡,鴨肉外皮香脆,用帶甜香的麵包夾著,鴨肉帶點咸味,肉質脆中帶咬口。百頁棠菜以雞湯浸小棠菜及百頁,雞湯清甜,無頁吸收了雞湯味道,爽口又健康,小棠菜用了最嫩的一截,十分清甜。

總結一下,今餐我們點太多了,因為這餐廳份量很多,我們跟據平時吃其他中菜館的小份量點,自然過多。其實兩人一湯一小菜,已經可以吃得很豐富和飽足。真是一間令我相當滿意的餐廳。
