相約好友到銅鑼灣晚飯,想找一間地點方便、食物質素和環境都好的地方,便想到位於銅鑼灣V Point內的上海餐館「豫園」,它還榮獲了香港米芝蓮2019推介餐廳的美譽。如傍晚到來,還可以欣賞日落景色。南翔小籠包這裡的小籠包比一般較大件,餡料用上新鮮豬肉加上湯,皮薄而餡多,每口都飽滿多汁。富貴火舫(2件)味道香濃的金華火腿,配上新鮮青瓜片和香脆腐皮,加上桂花蜜取代傳統冰糖,夾在軟熟的白麵包片內,層次感一流。龍鬚鮮魚絲魚身起肉切絲,配上木耳、芫茜、芽菜,魚肉新鮮嫩滑,淸淡得來又香味四溢,值得一讚。肉絲雙面黃肉絲、白菜、木耳調出來的醬汁味道剛好,份量也多;這裡的脆麵炸得香脆乾身,並不油膩,因醬汁另上,食時才自行加在脆麵上,使麵質保持脆身,十分貼心。蝦仁鍋巴鬆脆鍋巴沾上蝦仁、青豆、磨菇的配菜,啱晒喜歡脆口的朋友。

感謝朋友帶了我吃上海菜,這是位於銅鑼灣登龍街新落成的V point 26樓,地點就腳,價位中上,裝修和擺設都有現代中國風。試了一客時令菜龍鬚鮮魚絲,魚肉果然鮮美,砌成一條條絲狀仍然不會散開,口感又不會很結實,鬆軟得來又實在的感覺,味道就清清的,配上白飯很開胃好吃!奶油津白聞一聞和吃下去是不同的味道,吃下去好吃得多,奶油味突出,芡汁不算太稀又不會太杰,配上鹹香的火腿碎作調味,精緻好吃!蔥油拌麵比較像淮山麵,放久了就不能攪拌,真後悔應該趁端上來時就攪一攪。食物味道不重口味,但是齒頰留香,是久違了的清新中菜。

單看菜單已經覺得10分豐富,但份量不算極多,所以四個人來說也剛剛好
食飯一陣數也算不錯
最喜歡是紅燒肉,是我最喜愛的油脂豐富。味道有點像東坡肉,還有帶蒜頭是另一個兩點,非常入味。

這裏的環境和服務也是100分,有適合一家人來品嚐一頓午飯,渡過一個悠閒的下午,如果想增加私人空間,還可以要求餐廳要訂包廂呢,不過價格當然會略一點啦。

之前公司試過來這店午餐餐聚,覺得這裡環境一流有海景,而且裝潢都是新派中國風,古色古香得來又有現代原素。高級的中菜餐廳店員都非常有禮貌和客氣,服務好已經加了很多分!豫園小籠包有四只,到上海餐廳必點之菜式,中間的豬肉惹味,湯汁很多,流滿一湯匙,好吃!四川辣子雞是推薦之菜,雞肉炸得很出色,肉裡仍然鮮嫩多汁,但外皮都很脆,辣椒雖多,但不算很辣,送飯一流!富貴火舫比較似甜點,火腿肉沾滿桂花汁,夾進軟熟的包子中間,幾甜,不過肉味就不太突出。食物真是好吃,一分錢一分貨。
