最後講埋呢一個甜品南瓜雪糕,真係史無前例咁好食,我朋友本來話唔想食甜野同埋凍野但係都忍唔住破介。佢係用一個完整嘅南瓜,承載着由日本入口嘅雪糕,一睇就知係貴野有雪櫃拎出嚟放上枱面超過10分鐘,都未見到佢有溶嘅跡象,即係代表佢嘅保鮮程度都做得非常好。真係太好食啦差啲連裏便嘅南瓜肉都要一併吃呢!

今次去到被譽為全港獨家台式蝦煲專門店,因為朋友比較鍾意食蝦,所以專程兩個人去到呢度食lunch。餐牌嘅食物各有特色,平時係出面都好少食到,除咗有特色嘅台式食物之外,仲有不同味道嘅蝦煲選擇。餐前小食方面,叫咗糖心滷蛋同埋滷水雛鴿,滷水鴿子即叫即整,賣相非常吸引,外皮非常香脆,而且肉質滑嫩,必叫嘅小食之一。主菜方面,當然唔少得叫台灣最特色嘅新竹米粉,套餐仲可以跟一杯飲品,魯肉新竹米粉湯底好鮮甜,米粉有質感,食咗去煙煙靭靭嘅口感,加埋滷肉碎一齊食更滋味。另外台式蔥油雞飯雞肉很滑,蔥油好香,非常正。主角胡椒蝦煲遠處已經聞到好香嘅胡椒味道,一煲大約有八隻,全部蝦頭都好大隻,食落去有好多蝦膏,而且蝦肉爽口彈牙,非常新鮮。最後甜品叫咗有柚子雪芭,賣相好吸引,真係原隻柚有子上的,雪芭軟綿綿,食落去柚子味道非常濃郁,好正。

第一味上檯係北寄貝,我比100分,新鮮既食材、簡單既煮法、熟度剛剛好,無得頂。湯有濃濃既胡椒味~I like it!我飲曬d湯~~不過honey唔喜歡胡椒~

第二味係黑白墨魚卷,70分,炸到脆卜卜,honey好喜歡,但我就覺得普通無驚喜(可能我對食物太高要求)

如果喜歡吃蝦的朋友, 今次真的好介紹, 在太子花園街233-235号有一間 “蝦棧”裡面有十款不同的蝦鍋可以選擇, 如: 胡椒蝦, 奶油蝦, 檸檬辣蝦, 椒鹽蝦, 三杯蝦, 酸辣蝦, 鹽焗蝦, 避風塘蝦和鹹蛋蝦, 有些是限定供應的, 如果想食最好訂定了。胡椒蝦, 每隻蝦都很有份量, 新鮮彈牙, 好食到連胡椒味的蝦頭都不放過。 台式香腸一定要食, 和平時食的很不同, 食落香甜爽口, 不怕蒜片的可加在一起吃, 口感很豐富。 生燒海花螺, 口感厚實爽脆, 也可以加點醬料增添味覺。黑椒牛仔骨味道可接受。 一口烤豆腐, 外層色澤金黃, 味道香口富有彈性, 可止吃一口, 要吃多幾件才夠。醉雞卷, 冰涼的雞卷肉質相當嫩, 還有陣陣的清香酒味‚味道非常OK。可惜食得太飽了, 未能一試佢地的特式甜品, 菠蘿雪葩, 及南瓜雪糕……,
