另外再叫咗個清炒羽衣甘藍。第一次食羽衣甘藍,未食前我suppose草青味較濃,原來口感近似豆苗,清甜爽脆,90幾蚊本身我認為有少少貴,但係份量都多,而且上湯底炒出來嘅味道的確並非一般屋企做到,所以呢款值得一試。

整體來講,對於鍾意食蝦嘅人呢度的確值得一來,食物本身有質素,店面有格調又清靜,唔駛同人迫,現場所見客人以少婦同OL佔多,所以鍾意坐得舒服,輕輕鬆鬆食下海鮮嘅人不妨可以考慮呢度。

超驚喜地發現呢一度竟然有椰子雪糕同埋番薯雪糕,其實佢仲有其他唔同味道嘅雪糕筒說吧,但係最後經過激烈嘅討論之下,挑選了你兩位幸運兒。鮮果行椰子雪糕,椰子味超級濃郁,而且好creamy,唔易溶,而番薯雪糕亦都非常驚喜同樣地都係味道好濃郁好似真係食緊一個好凍嘅番薯咁

黑麻油雞 168:主菜以鍋上,價錢略貴,雞件份量唔算好多,稱唔上好肉地,裡面有肉有骨。睇落會覺得難免有點油份,食落就唔會覺得油膩。
雞件已經熟透,唔算嫩滑,但都不老不韌。黑麻油味聞起上黎有一點點,食落雞肉就唔算好入味。可以滾多一陣先食,味道更出。呢麼嘅料理調味唔會好重手,感覺健康

跟住我地點左兩款蝦鍋,分別係三杯蝦、避風塘蝦
三杯蝦 188、避風塘蝦 208:事前我喺網上睇過,當晚大頭蝦嘅size係中至細,兩煲蝦我地都各自有10隻,大有有細。避風塘蝦煲炸蒜好香口,辣椒墊底少少,辣度溫和,容易入口,蒜片撈飯一流。大頭蝦新鮮撈起,蝦頭都有少少膏,蝦身較短,但肉質都肥美、彈牙爽口
作為招牌菜都有一定嘅水準。至於三杯蝦鍋,食落都有香嘅九層塔味,都係簡單用上蒜頭、香料、辣椒製成。同平時食開嘅三杯雞鍋唔同,冇醬汁。雖然蝦殼都沾滿左香菜味,但蝦肉本身就唔係好入味。大頭蝦唔知係咪季節關係,大部分都有好多蝦籽,十隻有一半都有蝦籽~

雪山火焰焗鰂魚 158:原條魚冇打鱗,直接加鹽焗起,上枱後,店員很貼心提醒我地要小心啲火焰,佢會喺魚身加少少火焰效果,幾有gimmick,將個面頭燒一燒,然後好細心,將鹽、同皮揭起,方便食用。鹽焗魚仲配上有少少似食泰國野會附上嘅生蝦汁,有少少辣、有少少酸酸,食前可以再唧啲青檸,會再鮮味啲。魚本身都幾大條,魚肉幾厚,剛剛好熟嘅感覺,食落又嫩又滑。魚靠鹽焗成,冇多加調味,但都十分鮮味。呢個價錢都非常可以,推介

雖然見到滿滿的一層油好似好肥甘,其實是麻油,而且十分香
大約有半隻雞的份量,加上杞子,未食都覺得十分暖。
湯底好濃麻油味,與我在台灣食到的十分相似,唯一唔一樣既就係無咩酒味。但都好正

雞肉十分嫩滑無雪味之餘十分入味,抵讚。
兩個人好快就整鍋雞清空了
真係想再叫多鍋~

醬汁會用了純牛油去煮好香奶油味。鍋內有好多洋蔥煮到好入味可以配蝦食,但就甘食會有點兒膩,如果有麵包可以點奶油食就好了,唔洗浪費。事後老闆都有好細心同我地講解奶油蝦偏膩是正常的。

食落似一般白烚的一樣沒有想像中的''燒''味,肉質都算彈牙,而且十分乾淨。但沒有任何味道,全靠附上的醬料。
而這碟黑黑的類似醬油膏但食落又似甜醬的醬偏鹹,所以唔好點太多。

菜叫左羽衣甘藍。其實唔知咩黎,純粹比佢個名吸引,朋友都唔知係咩黎。當我地猶豫緊嗌唔嗌嘅時候,店員話羽衣甘藍多數用黎做沙律,佢地就用黎炒。抱住好奇又鍾意試新野嘅心,決定一試。羽衣甘藍十分翠綠新鮮!入口試到牛油味,問店員係咪用左牛油黎炒,店員話係橄欖油,話用橄欖油健康啲,菜加埋杞子一齊炒,真係想話唔健康都唔得啦。牛油加上蒜黎炒,真係香到冇得再香!

南瓜雪糕產自日本,用上原個南瓜盛載住雪糕,入口試到濃濃嘅牛奶味,食多幾啖就試到南瓜味。我同友人一人一啖,雪糕一入口就即刻再「北」過,個雪糕有幾好味,相信唔使我多講啦~最神奇嘅係食到最後,個雪糕一啲都冇溶嘅跡象!
