今日到咗西貢住兩晚,第一餐就食西貢最出名嘅海鮮。見到有一間叫勝記海鮮飯店,佢相比其他海鮮酒家係好偏僻,同埋見到有所為嘅米芝蓮牌,就試吓睇吓係中伏定係堅好食。食完就真係伏得好緊要,海鮮只係叫咗三樣。第一樣,花竹蝦兩隻,我地選擇咗刺身;第二樣,瀨尿蝦皇,我地選擇清蒸;最後一樣,花螺,我地選擇辣酒煮。續樣講,首先講花竹蝦刺身(6兩-$240,未計加工費)冇鮮甜味冇蝦味,清蒸瀨尿蝦皇(8兩-$200,未計加工費),上碟只係得隻碟同隻蝦,沒有其他伴碟(最衰忘記影相)。最後係辣酒煮花螺(12兩-$180,未計加工費),花螺韌辣味似街邊辣魚旦。貴得嚟好食都好,最橙就係貴得嚟唔好食,而米芝蓮嘅星,已經係2018嘅事,唔知係咪因為近幾年食物質素好差而攞唔到(我估),我覺得係咪要規管一D過氣嘅米芝蓮餐廳,唔俾佢地掛個牌出嚟呢?到最後埋單係$1518。包括刺身費$178,辣酒螺費$118,蒸瀨尿蝦費$178,海鮮$620,一支酒$58,豉油皇牛肉粉米$188,茶💰$40/2位。總結,勝記係有名冇實力嘅海鮮酒家。唔食唔會後悔,食咗先係後悔。

另外收費有茶位每位$20,油料加工費$118兩位。

總括而言,食材係新鮮,味道正常,不過絕對唔係米芝蓮級數。人均$755,呢個價錢真係超貴。服務正常,我哋坐左喺半露天位,呢個天氣吹住海風好舒服。

總結:近海旁的海鮮酒家,枱與枱之間相距太近,遊人又多,坐係室外,人來人往,好嘈,食得唔自在。而勝記的位置比較偏僻,遊人較少,不會太擠迫。如果坐在室外,食得舒服。而且食物質素保持一貫水準,所以去西貢食海鮮,勝記係我嘅首選。

Everything was good and fresh. On par with expectations and standards with regular Chinese seafood restaurants.  
The batter of the fried squid was a little thick.
I particularly liked the stir-fried Clams in black bean sauce. My usual favorite. 
 Had wok hei 鑊氣
My friends loved the Crab in steamed egg white with Hauidao wine as the simple clean flavors of this dish elevated the freshness of the crab.
This cooking method was harder to find elsewhere. Usually other restaurants would stir-fry the crab with ginger and onions. 

You could tell the waiters which way you'd like your seafood to be cooked.

Overall, good and yummy seafood...but as expected the meal was not cheap.

今天和朋友去西貢行完山,找到這間餐廳是是他們的海鮮。我們沒有叫套餐,叫了龍蝦芝士伊麵底,椒鹽鮑魚,椒鹽賴尿蝦,辣酒煮花螺。龍蝦伊麵一上來就一大盤,份量10分足夠,而且芝士香濃配上了伊麵10分好吃。此外,龍蝦新鮮,肉質彈牙, 天上美食。酒煮花螺也很好,辣汁剛剛好,配上了螺肉,味道10分好。椒鹽賴尿蝦也很香脆,肉質也很好吃。椒鹽鮑魚是他們的招牌菜,鮑魚外脆內嫩,很美味。他們也很窩心,吃完晚餐後,還奉送了甜品,桂花糕、柚子蜜糕和益力多糕,挺窩心的。
