燒味滷師 (成城大廈) (葵涌)葵涌和宜合道90-114號成城大廈地下13號舖平時屋企好少煮飯,不是買外賣就是買些餸回來隨意煮個白飯什麼的。最近愛上了吃燒味,特意買來四盒燒味送飯,重點是這裏的燒味價錢非常之大眾化,要為飽一家四口絕對要懂省。客家鹽焗雞非常抵食,一隻都只係$59!雞肉嫩滑,金黃色的雞皮,角落的雞皮下有一層香濃的雞油,非常吸引,而且送飯一流。鹹度適中,鹹鹹香香,很是吸引。燒味佬叉燒,切得厚薄適中,而且蜜糖味甚濃,肥瘦適中,肉質有咬口而不會太硬。肥收均勻,不唔會滿口肥肉,一盒份量也多,足夠一家四口食。麻味海蜇手撕雞,麻味香濃,手撕雞嫩滑,海蜇爽口,喜歡吃手撕雞的朋友一定要試,份量多價錢便宜。燒鵝上庄,分量大大盒,而且鵝肉滷得好入味,皮肉嫩滑而且處於分離狀態很容易咬開,我本身就比較喜歡吃燒過後的鵝皮,因為甜甜的送飯一流。
