小酒館的木餐枱,大小適中,除了餐枱上已放擺放好的餐具🍽️以外,更有備用餐具收藏於餐桌下面的一個小抽屜内,裏面放了刀、叉🍴和羹🥄各兩把以及餐巾讓客人隨時取用👍。哈哈!這個設計真的很像麻雀枱或茶餐廳放餐具的形式,設計真貼心🥰。我也是首次在香港的酒店西餐館見到這樣的設計呢👍!

首先,上枱的是以木盤盛載着的一個以橄欖/櫻桃番茄制作的包(Fougasse),形態似一個Pizza 餅🍕,但我覺得更像意大利的Focaccia;另外還有兩個牛角包🥐🥐。嘩!見到個咁大嘅Fougasse同兩個牛角包,未食都已經覺得半飽😅。

餐廳提供了法國Bordier 無鹽牛油和Christine Ferber Jam (Christine Ferber是法國阿爾薩斯省很有名的果醬師傅,她也是世界知名的果醬女王。果醬是用純天然的水果加天然的果膠制成。) 

果醬顏色橘紅色的看似杏桃或芒果, 裏面還有一些果肉,我自己最喜歡吃牛角包配果醬,而杏桃果醬更是我最愛的味道,就連不喜愛所有黃色食物的閨蜜也直豎拇指大讚果醬味道與牛角麵包相當配合👍。因為牛角包的酥皮容易令人感到油膩,若塗上牛油那麼油膩感就更甚,所以最宜是配上帶少少酸酸甜甜味的果醬,有美酒相配,我們很快把牛角包連同果醬一同KO😋。

白蘿蔔切成條狀加上皇帝蟹肉以蛋黃醬混合,用紫蘇葉包裹着,最外層再用白蘿蔔薄片包着,頂部以蛋黃醬裝飾。

第一口感覺到白蘿蔔的清甜及嚐到蟹肉的鮮味,還帶有紫蘇的微微的薄荷涼感和有一點點辛辣的味道,是一道非常淸新的前菜。閨蜜吃下第一口的感覺是有些微海鮮腥味,不過很快就消失了(但我個人是沒有感覺到有任何腥味)。

很多朋友不喜歡紫蘇的味道, 但其實紫蘇好處非常多(消毒殺菌/降血脂/抗癌/治療風寒感冒/治療低血糖… 等等),怪不得我的日本同事每次吃魚生均會連同紫蘇一起吃。她教會我吃紫蘇,所以每當我在日本餐廳吃飯時發現有新鮮的紫蘇,我也不會浪費。(如果想知道紫蘇葉的一些小知識,請看下面題外話)

用上法國頂級Polmard Heritage牛柳炮製的牛肉他他,放上黑珍珠似的鯡魚魚子醬,再以法式薯仔千層批墊底。

我個人喜歡慢食,喜歡細細咀嚼每一款食物的味道,我還未開始吃第一口,閨蜜已把這件牛肉他他吃完,還跟我推薦說這一道前菜非常好吃,肉質鮮美無筋,回味無窮;然後問我這道前菜是以什麼製作,是否吞拿魚他他🤔?我看完餐牌後告訴她這一道前菜是牛肉他他,閨蜜即時O咀😲,因為她是不吃牛的!Wakaka🤣,真令我捧腹大笑,證明這道前菜的魅力,就連不吃牛的也為之傾倒😍。 

這件用牛柳制作的牛肉他他,脂肪少而且無筋,吃起來口感鬆軟又富肉味;魚子醬帶鹹味,口感爽脆;薯仔千層批造成方塊,有香酥的外層,而內裡的馬鈴薯柔軟,難怪閨蜜一二口已吃完👍。

不過廚師也會偶有失手,因我吃的那一件竟然有一丁點筋,這應是我細嚼慢咽的源故,若一兩啖就吞下,又怎會感覺有筋呢? 但整體來說,這個牛肉他他視覺效果和口味都很迷人,也非常好吃,當前菜很亮眼。

在煙熏塔斯馬尼亞三文魚肉醬上鋪上满满的三文魚籽,三文魚籽有鮮豔的橘紅色,如黃豆般大小,粒粒晶瑩剔透明亮,入口一咬就會「pop」地破在口中,流出充滿海味、鹹味的卵汁;兩者配合鬆脆的撻底,再用上新鮮香草蝦夷蔥點綴,更提升了這道前菜的色香味,令人一試難忘😍。 滿分👍。

繼續食的是伊比利亞黑毛豬,此時我們轉飲紅酒🍷, 侍酒師提供了2006 Château Coufran - Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France,這款法國波爾多紅酒顏色呈紅寶石色,口感順滑,帶果香,單寧味道不重,容易入口。 
個人是較為喜歡喝紅酒,除了紅酒含有抗氧化劑,對心臟有益處之外,最吸引我的就是紅酒的顏色,不同程度的紅寶石色的紅酒相當養眼,不過我大多一杯起兩杯止,不能多喝, 除非像今天吃那樣豐富的午餐,但也是偶一為之。

三款切片肉有: 伊比利亞黑毛豬前腿30個月、伊比利亞里肌肉及大香腸。
前腿脂肪及筋腱比較多,肉質比較柔軟,但我略嫌油份太多;我們覺得火腿較鹹,跟Fougasse又好像不太相配,見鄰座的客人有幾片麵包,所以要求餐廳也提供一些麵包或餅乾伴火腿吃,侍應很快送上幾片酸種包,我終於可以把法國牛油塗上酸種包,加上火腿同吃,邊喝紅酒,邊與閨蜜吹水,非常享受🥰。

主菜有六款選擇,閨蜜替我揀選了“炭燒西澳洲大龍蝦🦞”, 廚師並非像一般餐廳的把整隻龍蝦🦞放在餐碟上上枱,而是把龍蝦起肉再以不同味道的日本黃瓜片和鮮花點綴;龍蝦的肉質飽滿,口感既滑又彈牙,龍蝦肉很大很厚,可以想像整隻未拆殻的原隻龍蝦應該是很大一隻, 蘸上高湯奶油醬汁更令這一道主菜的鮮味提升至極點😋。

這件澳洲海洋鱒魚的肉呈鮮明玫瑰粉橙色;含豐富奧米加6,鹹味較少,廚師建議半生熟食用。
一片紅色的油封蕃茄放在一條很粗的白蘆筍上面,再以香草龍蒿草點綴,配以修隆醬(Choron Sauce)。

半熟魚肉吃進口中,滑嫩無比,修隆醬更令鱒魚增添了口感,蔬菜採用時令的白蘆筍,很少吃到新鮮的白蘆筍,水煮白蘆筍呈瑩白象牙色、入口肉質細嫩,與海洋鱒魚真是完美配搭😋。

Other Info. : 紫蘇葉小知識 最近口罩令取消而且流感非常嚴重,認識一位中醫博士朋友,他時常提醒若感冒初起,症狀見頭痛,鼻塞,鼻水清稀,怕冷,簡單一點,可用生薑(連皮)三片,紫蘇葉五塊(中藥坊有售,紫蘇梗非常有藥用價值,不可以剪掉),用 250 毫升熱開水,焗 10 - 15 分鐘泡服(或可加入少許紅糖調和),微微汗出自癒。

抹茶味唔夠濃亦都好普通
雞蛋味比芝士味重之餘亦冇乜咖啡酒味
覺得唔可以說得上係tiramisu

最後想讚返當日嘅服務非常周到貼心
環境亦都氣氛十足坐得舒服

如果將每一款主菜、咖啡及麵包分開價錢計嘅話就會覺得$318一份早餐其實唔算好貴。每一位餐廳員工服務都好好,放假嘅時候俾貴少少錢去嘆番個靚早餐都唔係好過份啫。
