近期興起石板燒牛扒的熱潮,一直沒有機會品嚐。剛好與朋友經過旺角看到這間新店,當然要嚐一嚐!除了牛扒外,還有石鍋飯提供。牆上貼有牛肉各個部位的分布圖。店舖採用自助售賣的方式,客人先到自動販賣機揀選食物,再到櫃臺付款,店員便會送上嗶嗶機,然後入座。由於店舖剛剛開始營業,時間尚早可享包場的感覺。設有自助區,沙律、飲品、白飯和餐湯均可自取任食。店內提供一次性圍裙給客人,不怕衣服被弄髒,十分貼心。肩肉扒300g ($110)牛扒上菜時石板不停滋滋作響及香氣撲鼻,令人垂垂涎欲滴。牛僅一成熟,留待客人自己動手在高溫石板上親自煎牛扒至合心水的生熟度。肩肉扒牛味濃郁,富肉汁,肉質軟腍,自己動手煎牛扒別有一番風味。整體套餐份量多,性價比高!

今日落旺角行下,發現咗喺西洋菜街呢一間新嘅牛扒餐廳,堅排緊長龍,八卦入去睇吓啦,原來係食食燒牛,見過我地,我都係排隊試吓先。排隊都算等得快,等左三個字左右就有得入,原來呢間餐廳係以自助形式,自己買飛,然之後俾錢,再攞個食物電子牌,牛扒準備好就自己去取餐處度拎,全部以自助形式,但都見到有服務,服務員都幾細心解釋俾我聽牛扒點樣寫或者加調味,呢度嘅環境都感覺好舒服!有落單到可以拎餐,大概等左5分鐘左右,服務員話呢度係即叫即切牛扒,所以要我地耐心等候,呢度嘅石燒熱到高達300到,我見原本姍姍地嘅美國牛扒,等多幾分鐘已經食得,熟到可以按個人喜歡,我就鍾意五成熟,石燒好處就係自己可以控制火候,一邊食一邊燒,好過癮!特別一提呢間餐廳嘅牛扒質素有返咁上下,細問原來係大集團嘅分支餐廳,所以牛扒有質素,但以平民價發售,超抵食喎!另外亦都見到好多餐廳用心嘅細心為,估唔到$120嘅牛扒餐,有三款任飲飲品,仲有無限添加嘅日本珍珠米白飯,同埋麵豉湯,其實我覺得呢個價錢真心抵食!

好,就試吓啦。一入門,坐低前有部自座落菜機,揀完要嘅牛扒後,就去收銀度俾錢。

塊牛扒準備好就會要你去出餐處度拎。但一坐低姐姐ss已經好熱情咁提醒可以拎圍裙、另外自助吧有白飯、麵鼓湯、沙律同飲品,都係任你添加。

呢間係日本熱石牛扒,見到幾正咁!磊牛扒係02、04之間!🔶磊牛扒400g $130 好大份,唔洗食飯都飽!本身都係生既咁上,自己利用石板既熱力去煮自己想要個熟度!肉質都幾嫩口,少脂肪,好香牛肉味!有三種口味的醬汁自己點有自助的飲料,我揀左菊花茶,好清甜,可以清清牛既肉味自助沙律bar,入面有蕃茄仔,整體都可以接受。白飯任裝,不過有點淋。麵豉湯,都係普通啦!總結,係旺角有好多美食,呢類型既牛扒都有食過呢間係份量大,抵食既!可以試下!

但有樣野要提醒一下,就係唔好太早將調味料放
係牛肉上,因為控制唔到火力就會令肉質加快變老,
最好就係煎到你5成熟,就可以將黑胡椒灑上去,
就直接食就一定係最好味,我唔會太建議用沾燒汁,
餐廳本身提供既牛肉已經幾高質,
燒汁只會破壞左本身既肉香!當然唔少得白飯啦!
識食既當然趁塊石板仲熱,擺埋d飯上去石板,
再落埋黑椒汁,燒汁一齊撈埋黎食,
咁就真係變左"Pepper Dinner"啦!LOL
