喺Times Square睇完戲,順便食埋晚飯。見呢間韓國餐廳環境唔錯,叫咗佢哋Set Menu: SAVOR WITH JIANGNAN DELICACY DINNER SET 首先,拌粉絲既爽脆滑嫩,加上特制醬汁,十分清新開胃。至於半半炸雞,一邊醬油味濃郁醇厚,另一邊則甜辣爽口,炸雞我比一百分,炸得透又唔會太乾身,甜味同鹹味都啱啱好。前菜部分就更加豐富,有各種韓式經典小菜如泡菜、芽菜等,當中尤以醃製鮑魚和帶子最為出色,入口鮮嫩彈牙。韓式腌製嘅醬油,一啲都唔鹹,反而係帶點甜味。至於主菜,焗入骨髓的奶油排骨極之鮮嫩軟滑,配上燴爛的薯仔令人齒頰生香。再加上一碗鮮美溫潤的鮑魚人參雞湯,與白飯完美配搭,份外惹味。飲品方面,我點咗兩杯Cocktail 套餐裏便係冇包嘅 "Snowing Night"以韓式梅酒為基底,加入柑橘和韓式泡菜元素,為這款雞尾酒帶來甜酸滋味,別具韓國特色。"Lavender Seoul 127"則以紅酒為主,並加入韓式桑椹酒和薰衣草糖漿,賦予這款雞尾酒淡雅的花香調。
