I made a reservation as I heard good things about this restaurant. Booked a table for 2 with my full name. My husband came here first and reception could not find my reservation. Asking if he can walk in, reception waiter replied u might want to check with your wife on the reservation. I called and they confirmed the reservation. I made a reservation as I heard good things about this restaurant. Booked a table for 2 with my full name. My husband came here first and reception could not find my reservation. Asking if he can walk in, reception waiter replied u might want to check with your wife on the reservation. I called and they confirmed the reservation. I arrived 10 min later and we were seated with empty bar seats of at least 2 and at least 3 empty tables. Why would they not give a table to my husband as a walk-in when there are empty tables?? We were seated and no one came to serve us for 10min. I complained to the manager and would like to understand why the reception would turn down customers like that as we were about to leave. The answer is - "he is new here and he was off now". Seriously I really don't understand why a restaurant will turn down customers like that. I can understand if u are full house but apparently it's not the case. And I think it's really common sense that even new staff won't turn down walk-in customers when the restaurant is not full and those empty tables have no "reserved tags". I would really want to try this restaurant given the very good comments but it seems like the service is really bad. Sorry about that - u may have one new staff and I have one bad experience - it won't make me feel less pissed..

吃過pintxos後,我們便來些tapas;這裡的tapas與傳統的有點不一樣,多了一種亞洲風味和玩味的元素;北海道的帶子就是鮮甜,底下同樣美味的是蟹肉南瓜醬,當中的蟹肉份量頗多的,味道鮮得過份,餘下的醬用來沾麵包亦超棒。

相對churros,這似乎更吸引,很少餐廳會供應粟米味的雪糕,所以更加應該一試;輕輕的粟米味,質感軟中帶硬,甜度亦剛好,不妨一試!

【Garlic Shrimp】是我極力推介的一道,每次不吃過,總覺得心有不甘似的,大廚的做法有別一向的做法,而是揉合了港式黃金蝦仁的烹調手法,以蒜片及咸蛋黃來做,吃來既有咸蛋黃的香,也有蒜片的香辛,配合脆辣肉腸片,美味爆燈。

【Hokkaido Scallop】的賣相豔麗,帶子的份量很巨型的,不過重點卻落在那個惹味的醬汁上,並不是普通的南瓜醬,而是加入了鮮甜蟹肉的南瓜蟹肉醬,配合來吃,回味無窮。

大家意猶未盡之下,再點來小弟至愛的Ice Imperial香檳,更是買一送一,相當抵喝。這支香檳獨特之處就是必需要加冰來喝,否則會很甜,而且加入冰塊後,氣泡依然很細緻的。

來到甜品時間,最具代表性的【Traditional Churro】是不能不叫的,這鬼佬油炸鬼香脆可口,蘸上朱古力醬及雪糕後,一冷一熱,總是叫人愛不釋手。【Valrhona Chocolate】是另一令人醉心的甜品,切開後,流心的朱古力流了出來,朱古力味很香濃;而【Sweet Corn Ice Cream】的配搭很有趣,充滿粟米香的雪糕很軟滑,配合焦糖香蕉,確是不錯。

十款中, 我最喜歡的是Serrano Ham with Tomato, 用上36個月白毛豬風乾火腿, 鹹香有致, 是靚貨的, 剩吃當然無問題, 但加入了蕃茄, 成件事就變得更匹配. 至於Padron Pepper with Chorizo, 以西班牙青椒配襯西班牙辣肉腸, 未吃也知道是硬野, 很有個性. 還是喜歡Goat Cheese with Sundried Tomato, 羊奶芝士一向教人愛恨分明, 喜歡的, 會死心塌地, 否則的話, 也很難改變您對羊奶芝士的態度. 但當配起乾蕃茄, 松子, 以及黑醋, 又會否令您有所變更?

Anchovy with Olive and Egg就是把鯷魚, 橄欖, 以及雞蛋沙律結合在一起, 濃濃的鯷魚自然成為主角. Pan con Tomate就是清新一點的配搭, 就是簡單的以新鮮蕃茄配香蔥, 味道清甜. Cajun Chicken是我一向喜歡的菜式, 以慢煮雞肉加上卡津蛋黃醬, 帶點香辣, 很開胃. 最後還有Serrano Ham with Tomato, 鹹香突出的36個月白毛豬風乾火腿, 配上蕃茄之後, 正好起了平衡的作用. 總結這十款Pintxo, 配搭合宜, 跟Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label起了很好的化學作用, 讚.

充滿果香及氣泡的Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label香檳,不會太酒精味或太乾,好易入口,蠻適合女孩子飲用的。




我選的2件多士,都充滿西班牙風味的。墨西哥辣椒內釀滿車打芝士,輕炸至金黃色,薄脆香口,一口咬下,微辣的辣椒與香濃的車打芝士,非常惹味。

香脆豬腩仔刈包 (Crispy Pork Bao) $128/2pcs,沒想到西班牙餐都會有刈包,蒸包好鬆軟,裡面有極度邪惡的豬腩仔,經過低溫慢煮18小時,豬腩仔皮金黃酥脆,而肉質依然嫩滑,入口即溶。最特別的,是配上廚師獨家炮製的薑味紅椒燒烤醬汁,完美得過份,好滋味呀﹗

透光的西班牙黑毛豬風乾火腿,肉質柔軟微鹹,帶點黏黏的蛋液,整碟好味到不懂得如何形容。

甜品方面,有好少見到的手工粟米雪糕 (Sweet Corn Ice Cream) $88,以牛乳和粟米炮製成的手工粟米雪糕,牛乳味重了一點,但也蓋不住粟米的清甜氣息,加上伴碟的焦糖香蕉及爆谷等增加口感,又加添了甜蜜感。

放了差不多十分鐘,切開後一樣有如熔岩般的朱古力漿流出,大概是因為用了Valrhona朱古力,甜度剛好,蛋糕內軟棉外香口,配上由廚師自製的香滑雲尼拿雪糕,太幸福太感動了﹗

深受友人們喜愛的是這款鯷魚.橄欖.雞蛋沙律,為的是鯷魚的鹹香及油潤
不過雞蛋沙律本就香味濃重,再加鯷魚,對我而言又重口味了些少
煙三文魚.乳酪.松露蜜糖則來了個甜美反轉,略鹹而柔嫩的煙三文魚與蜜糖出奇地相襯
固然不見腥味,平時加配的酸忌廉換上乳酪,取其奶潤酸甜,整體來得清新沒有膩感
紅椒.吞拿魚沙律.橄欖油將紅椒化成外皮,以酸甜包裹起吞拿魚的鹹意
外層濕潤,內裏偏乾,但帶綿密,兩者作個平衡互補,增添質感層次
慢煮雞肉.卡津蛋黃醬不單以醬汁堆砌,雞肉足料之餘不柴韌,可以大啖懶肉

主菜確是一如所料,是做出讓人滿意的水準來。龍蝦配和牛是最熱門的主菜配搭,不外是用質素、味道分高下,Supergiant的廚師卻是用「貼心」的方式呈現,讓客人在有限的用餐時間,享受這道食用耗時的主菜。主菜包含波士頓龍蝦半隻,配上烤澳洲穀飼和牛。澳洲和牛的質素令人滿意,切開烤至五成熟度,火喉準繩而無滲出血水,以牛香取勝,肉質亦相當軟嫩,可見質素甚佳。

相比和牛,更出色的是波士頓龍蝦。廚師原來早已把蝦身的龍蝦肉取出,而龍蝦鉗上的蝦殼早已剝離,龍蝦殼也就成了美觀的盛器,配上亮綠的蔬菜,讓客人可方便而優雅地享用龍蝦,此舉對女性客人來說尤為貼心。新鮮的龍蝦自是鮮甜爽彈,從燙熱的溫度估量不是預先製作的。龍蝦肉之下是煙靱的薯仔粉,令龍蝦汁的精華不會白白浪費。伴碟配菜以芋頭蓉取代了薯蓉,細滑的芋蓉帶黏黏的質感,雖然不是人人喜歡的口感,個人卻很欣賞這創新的配搭

在結帳之際,一位年輕的廚師步出,輕輕向侍應一問,原來這位男廚正是餐廳的主廚。匆匆一瞥不知長相如何,感覺卻是年輕而活力的。相信每道菜式的貼心安排,都是來自廚師的巧思吧!這位年輕男廚的才藝與温柔,這頓是切切實實的感受到了。
