一間老牌歷史悠久嘅餐廳,竟然有啲咁可愛嘅甜品,佢嘅特色係超大個,我就好鍾意食,蛋香味十足,食疏乎厘就好似食一陣風咁,但因為佢夠大個所以都幾滿足。呢一個疏乎厘都係太平館嘅標誌,必食之選。以佢嘅乾炒牛河同瑞士雞翼都係啲人成日叫既。今次食咗蝦多士,估唔到原來咁好食,食咁多次都無試過佢,有得大隻蝦,仲有好香嘅蝦膏。一如既往嘅滿意呀!

以前在這附近讀書,每次都經過這餐廳,但學生哥怎會進去食飯呢?結果終於有機會一試。問了經理有甚麼推介,便數出一大堆食物,因為人不少,所以每款也叫上了一客。牛河好食,不像外面餐廳的,這裡不油膩,牛也沒有生粉味,十分好食。豬脾不錯,熱一點會更好。炒飯中規中矩,欣賞炒得乾爽。葡汁焗菜幾好,還叫了白飯撈汁!乳鴿很好吃!而馳名的瑞士雞翼更好!吃了兩隻!最後還叫了梳孚理!完滿的一餐!一直只顧叫,都忘了拍照,最後和梳孚理拍了一張!

乾炒牛河。瑞士汁牛河雖出名,對我黎講係一個伏,(好耐之前食過),一大個獻汁及顏色都不是我胃口。而因為怕肥,太耐無食過乾牛河。河粉大小不一,我覺得更有層次,真係好爽滑,牛肉,醃得適中,全部都沒有根。瑞士雞翼,好貴喔,爽滑,有雪味,亦很不入味,即係無味羅宋湯,仍保留著小時的味道。有丁點辣,酸味亦好“豉油西餐“的味道豬扒包。厚厚的豬扒,炸得鬆軟而不油膩,味道適中老字號的價錢,真係為左個名才去食為主,而菜色都不算特別出色

朋友建議喺太平館食下午茶,話平日人比較少比較寧靜,點知今日嘅太平館坐滿曬人😂 既然黎得太平館梗係要試佢最出名嘅瑞士汁雞翼啦雞翼配火腿蛋炒飯或薯菜,盛惠$70。老實講,真係唔覺得佢嘅瑞士汁特別好味,屬於不過不失。如果選擇雞翼配火腿蛋炒飯,炒飯會有一小碟,但係如果配薯菜,就只有一小舊薯仔。火腿蛋炒飯幾香有蛋味,炒得都好乾身。瑞士汁雞翼肉質嫩滑,但係唔算好入味,亦冇乜驚喜。薯仔就係普通一嚿薯仔。今日嘅天氣有30度,而我哋坐喺門口一入嚟嘅位置,全程下午茶就係不斷拍蚊滋, 大大話話殺咗十隻以上而且餐廳人客亦都好多,所以有點嘈。如果下次再去太平館我會選擇食梳乎厘,眼見下午茶時間都好多人食梳乎厘,至於瑞士汁既食物大慨試一次就夠了。

The four of us had a good time chatting our way and joking on those retro dining chairs. Our food choices included Roasted Pigeons, Swiss sauce (Sweet Soy Sauce) chicken wings, Ox Tongues, Fried Flat Noodles with Beef and Moru Curry Chicken Rice. 
Personal favourite was the Fried Flat Noodles with Beef, although it looks oily but it is very tasty! But I like the Ox Tongues the least. 

Reasonably priced and good service!

瑞士雞翼 $185 (4隻) 質地同味道都做得恰到好處, 不過都係嗰句, 價錢有點過咗位,

煙倉魚$323 (兩小件) 呢個更是Over Price的表表者, 有煙燻味但比較弱, 魚肉未能keep住水份, 兩小件魚片係比較難接受的事實, 要知道這是散叫並非叫餐, 散叫柯打都這麼小好難想像跟套餐會是怎麼樣的...小? 外觀亦是毫無修飾地跟沙律平排碟上,

咸牛利 $152 (4件厚切) 這個像樣一點了, 味道質感都ok

干炒牛河 $129 傳統造型夠油夠滑色夠深, 牛肉片唔太多醃味, 合格了

葡雞飯 $149 呢個都合乎標準,

梳乎厘 $148 人頭咁大嘅梳乎厘只是嘩眾取竉的綽頭野, 稍為懂得做甜品的都會估計到成本是多少而付出這$148純粹是到此一遊心態!

反而, 招呼客人的哥哥們的服務態度甚佳,對應得體, 表演比食物出色! 俾加一都還算值得!
