既然是家台菜餐廳,就先嚟幾款臺茶小食,先吃鹽酥雞扒 ($30),雞扒沒預期般大塊,而且上桌時已被店員切成條狀,無咗豪氣嘅感覺。挾起看看,色澤金黃,炸皮上黏滿密密麻麻的粿粒。一口咬下,外層香脆,帶淡淡椒鹽味,加上炸得夠乾身,一點也不油膩。至於入面的肉質,雖然較薄,但食落嫩滑有肉汁,挺不錯。

反而接著上桌嘅呢碟煎蠔餅 ($35/2人份)  就絕對值得推介,蠔餅可以揀例牌或者二人份量,做法貼心,方便人少嘅食客可以試多幾款食物。講真,初頭見餐牌上有煎蠔餅,心想,連潮州菜都做埋?原來這裡嘅煎蠔餅,做法有點不同,用上半煎炸形式,而材料除咗雞蛋同蠔仔外,仲會加入蔥花、芫荽和芹菜等。蠔餅以圓碟盛上,煎得完整不散,賣相美觀,嘗一口,燙口香脆、蠔仔鮮甜爆汁,非常滋味。

主菜方面,揀咗大滿足肉燥飯,每碗肉燥飯都會包肉燥、滷水蛋或太陽蛋同時蔬, 另外客人可以再自選配料,既然餐廳以台菜 crossover 上海料理,就一於配糖醋魚塊 ($52)  試試。肉燥全部都係餐廳自家製,送上時呈亮麗焦糖色,醬油味不過份,食落肥瘦均勻。米飯熱度足,粒粒分明,帶點咬口;滷蛋入味、蛋黃綿軟好吃。糖醋魚塊亦做得很有水準,外層炸漿薄身,內裡肉質非常嫩滑,入口啖啖肉,唯一就是稍嫌糖醋汁下得有點少,否則食味更佳。

飲品點了仙草奶茶 (跟肉燥飯+$5)  同熱情果紅茶 ($16),前者奶茶茶底清香,入口甜度適中,喝罷還有陣陣回甘升上口腔;加上仙草質感滑溜,下得亦甚為慷慨,水準唔錯。另外熱情果紅茶,味道亦不俗,入口酸咪咪,很醒胃,夠曬冰涼消暑。

來到甜品時間,其實店裡的甜品,選擇不多,只有豆腐花、豆沙鍋餅、仙草凍、燒仙草等。選了珍寶仙草凍 ($42),成品用料非常豐富,極之大堆頭,有仙草、芋圓、地瓜圓、紫薯圓、珍珠、紅豆、綠豆、彩虹椰果、芒果水晶及荔枝爆珠等,上桌時大大碗,色彩繽紛,非常吸引。仙草有清新嘅草香味,口感超滑,質地幼細,微微爽口。芋圓、地瓜圓、紫薯圓賣相討好,十分煙韌,甚有嚼勁。珍珠咬下有黑糖香,而紅豆、綠豆亦煮得非常鬆化,入口有豆香。整體來說,甜度剛好,不會過甜過膩,非常推薦。

其實還很想試下餐廳的上海菜,如生煎包、鍋貼、紅油抄手、酸辣湯等,可惜這天人丁單薄,等兒子考完試,一於帶埋兩隻小鬼再訪。

我地睇完個menu之後就叫左煎蠔餅 (HKD 35),鹽酥雞扒 (HKD 30),紅燒牛肉麵 (HKD 55),滷水拼盤 (HKD 39)。飲品就叫左珍珠奶茶 (加HKD 17)同埋芋香珍珠奶茶 (加HKD 5)。

今日響天后發現一間好抵食嘅台式餐廳,野食選擇都算幾多而且價錢唔貴


先講小食,我叫左一客土匪雞翼,外皮煎得勁香脆入味;再嚟一客山煎包,同樣香脆可口,熱辣辣好好味,呢個價錢有如此質素真係唔錯


主食方面呢度主打都係台式肉燥飯同埋紅燒牛肉麵。同朋友一齊揀左一個大滿足肉燥飯,有豬軟骨、手撕雞、同埋滷水蛋,的確好大碗好飽肚好滿足;亦都食埋招牌紅燒牛肉麵,算係幾好食,性價比唔錯!


野飲方面同朋友一齊叫左幾杯台式特飲:冬瓜茶、仙草奶茶、荔枝多多,幾杯都算唔錯,當中我自己就最鍾意仙草奶茶,味道唔錯又唔會太甜,下午茶時間響度飲杯野傾陣偈嚟講價錢相當實惠


最後叫多個黃金饅頭配煉奶當係甜品,超抵食又飽肚


今餐整體嚟講相當唔錯,最緊要係叫左咁多野食埋單價錢都唔貴,絕對係抵食之選!

臺茶·薈啱啱喺天后新開,店舖既裝修比較似Cafe,樓高兩層。有時得閑同朋友坐喺度食下野傾吓偈都幾唔錯㗎!雖然鋪頭細細,但食物種類夠多,食物價錢亦都唔算太貴。🍴招牌紅燒牛肉麵呢個牛肉麵用咗牛腩粒同埋牛展,兩款牛肉亦都煮得好夠林,非常入味。個麵底方面係陽春麵,所以個陽春麵入口好爽口,而且麵條亦都比較粗,因此陽春麵入口嘅口感亦都唔錯。另外個陽春面亦都可以掛到湯,所以入口亦都唔會話好乾身。至於個湯底方面有好香嘅牛腩牛骨味,味道好濃郁。另外牛肉麵裏面仲有啲蘿蔔同埋少許配菜,亦都煮得好淋好入味。🍴豬軟骨肉躁飯呢度嘅肉躁飯上面啲肉躁比得好多,不過肉躁嘅味道就屬於偏甜。肉躁嘅味道甘香,而且又唔會太肥膩,配埋白飯一齊食簡直一流。今次小編就揀咗豬軟骨做配料,豬軟骨嘅調味幾香,腍軟的豬肉連住脆軟的骨,口感唔錯,而且味道亦都唔算差。🍴鹽酥雞扒鹽酥雞扒即叫即炸,所以都要等返咁上下時間,但小編個人覺得都係值得嘅。鹽酥雞扒上面加左少量華鹽,所以入口好惹味。另外鹽酥雞扒入口好juicy,肉質好嫩滑,粉漿亦都好薄,炸出嚟完全一啲都唔油膩。🍴煎蠔餅估唔到係台式餐廳都可以搵到煎蠔餅,不過呢度個蠔餅就比較特別。煎蠔餅煎得比較

估唔到係台式餐廳都可以搵到煎蠔餅,不過呢度個蠔餅就比較特別。
煎蠔餅煎得比較乾身,最重要嘅係入口完全一啲都唔油膩。不過煎蠔餅嘅粉漿就比較多,而且蠔既分量亦佔得比較少,確實係有少少失望。但係蠔餅亦都煎得好香脆。而且蠔餅裏面仲有啲菜甫、芫荽同蔥,所以口感亦相對比較豐富。師傅仲喺蠔餅既表面仲加左啲蔥粒,可以話係色香味俱全。

本來一心諗住帶個仙草凍來做甜品,點知去到佢竟然一粒芋圓都冇,所以最後決定就試吓呢個豆沙鍋餅。
豆沙鍋餅一碟有八舊,豆沙鍋餅每舊都細細舊,一啖一個啱啱好。豆沙鍋餅做得比較薄身,口感帶有少少煙韌。鍋餅中間包住啲豆沙蓉,有少許甜。不過豆沙鍋餅即叫即整,所以攞上枱個陣仲係熱辣辣架,都幾好食下。
