一直覺得哩間小店好神秘,外面見唔到裡面,而且專做omakase,對一般想普通食個lunch 嘅我嚟講,價格偏貴。但今日我終於打開佢嘅神秘之門,因為見到佢門外有個定食menu ,價錢仲環好抵!裡面有兩層,座位都係Omakase 嘅setting .Set lunch 都有唔少選擇。有前菜沙律,及自選小食,茶,主食。份量剛好。唔夠仲可以有各種追加。我點咗吉列紫薯餅同汁燒安格斯封門柳 ,只係$118。另外點咗一個特價嘅鰤魚刺身 $10 。非常滿足。下次會再嚟試其他set !

是日生日午餐,灣仔omakase 卓鮨,都係聽朋友推介同埋社交平台裏面嘅群組推介,好似唔錯,同埋午餐14件壽司都係500蚊,抵食抵食。一入到去點早餐之後,店員好快上咗茶碗蒸同埋枝豆,茶碗蒸普遍嘅做法係配埋木魚湯一齊蒸,但係佢嘅湯底好似有啲唔同,有啲肉味咁相信係雞骨或者豬骨湯。壽司,相片up唔晒,因為呢度只可以上傳12張相,都10分唔錯,無論整飯嘅力度,魚嘅配搭同埋次序,都係有細心考慮過,特別深刻嘅有牡丹蝦,師傅會將蝦膏先燒熟,然後一齊整壽司,估唔到呢個價位都會有高級嘅牡丹蝦食。另外嘅一個亮點就係將油漬嘅赤身,師傅大概去到第六七度塞嘅時候就將赤身切出嚟用醬油醃好,到第十or第11度塞嗰陣上.配上即磨嘅芝麻,oiishi!!!

Chef began prepping prawns, grilling the蝦膏 over his charcoal grill. And presented us with 牡丹蝦 topped with 蝦膏 and drops of prawn oil. Not normally a fan of prawns, but loved this one.

In summary: excellent value; given the quality of the fish. Chef might be a bit heavy handed with the wasabi for my liking tho.
