🌀北海道石垣貝壽司〰️呢個好玩呀!Mark師傅將石恒貝整理好,就一手拎起貝肉,另一隻手用力一拍即刻放上我面前,貝肉只要受到外來刺激就會有收縮效果,佢嘅尾尾就會向上翹😁肉質爽脆有咀嚼感!我自己就好鍾意食喇!
🌀秋刀魚壽司(紅綠燈)〰️秋刀魚係日本秋季魚類嘅代表,味道深厚。當造時係特別肥美、油脂豐富、腥味少,所以特別好味!

最後就上埋熱辣辣嘅魚湯…….不過最後還未到最後😆😆😆仲有呢個季節當造嘅筋子

🌀筋子壽司〰️被卵巢薄膜包裹著嘅魚卵就稱之為筋子,筋子外型圓潤晶瑩剔透,勁甘香!其實筋子唔常有,襯依家食!

甜品上〰️呢個月係萬聖節🎃,師傅為我送上💀呢個甜品!💀骷髏骨頭嘅餅夾著開心果味嘅雪糕,淨講顏色就相當襯Halloween😹而且開心果味真心好正!師傅呢個係其間限定架🧟‍♀️

Had a very satisfying and delicious omakase dinner at this new restaurant. Ingredients were incredibly fresh and all of the plating were beautiful and visually appealing. Started off with a large fresh oyster sashimi that was enough to want to go back for more. The flow of the omakase was also great, as I personally dislike some restaurants that are too much like an assembly line rushing out dish after dish. 係灣仔做完野順便食埋lunch先返工,見到間新開食日本野嘅入去試下,裡面環境好好,坐位都算寛落,衞生好好好乾淨,入去點左個燒豬扒飯定食,即叫即燒,係要等小小時間,坐係吧枱等飯時,見到師父即場整剎身及壽司比其他食客,我份人都有潔癖,專睇師父對手乾唔乾淨,指甲有冇黑邊呢到啲師父對手好乾淨,食得安樂。 到我個豬扒飯,豬扒好好食,完全唔un,好淋,食第一啖時,我有一刻懷疑佢係米牛肉.真心超好食。下次我會想試下其他野同試下14定食
