沒多久,第二碗送上了,嘩,大有改善!牛肉份量稍微增加,而烏冬真是冷冷的!牛肉很嫩滑,每片都薄薄的,像吃火鍋時用的牛肉;一絲絲的蟹柳有水份;冬菇很多,又香又軟;最重要的烏冬很彈牙,加上麻醬,開胃又好味道!

羊卷肉蒸籠($68):侍應一打開蒸籠的蓋已嗅到濃烈的羊羶味,我不喜歡吃羊就是因為怕了牠的羶味,但朋友十分欣賞,認為很有羊肉味。羊肉數量頗多,鋪滿蒸籠的面層,羊肉底下有很多椰菜,汲取了羊肉的肉汁,所以也有些羶味。

I was very surprised that the fish were all FRESH, and the rice was just right. Thank goodness!! Though this was my first time here, I have to say I really liked this dish and was very pleased they took the time to chop up the cucumbers into fine strips instead of big gross chunks which I despise. It would had been perfect if the kamaboko were cut in thin slices, but over all this dish was quite delicious and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it

Most fried food's got this taste to it as if the oil's been used over and over again ∞ times. Like I said, I dunno if it's got to do with what time of day you go or the mood of the chef etc, but the fish was really good. No nasty reused oil aftertaste

Overall Impression
Excellent! I would definitely go back again because the lunch was definitely worth every penny (10¢ or 20¢ in HK). I was also quite impressed with this place because they actually do provide you a generous portion for what you're paying. This meal was $72HKD + 10% tips= $79...pretty good deal


Tips?
If you can, you should try to go at around 12pm when there is less people; before the lunch rush.

咕唔到簡單一碗豚肉飯會如此叫人驚喜! 飯上蓋滿豚用,只加少許豉油,一隻切開了的半生熟蛋,就是如此簡單。豚肉好軟,有肉味,無雪好耐嘅味道。蛋嘅生熟度剛好。不過最驚嘆係米飯。雖然唔敢確定係咪日本米,不過粒粒都圓圓地,彈牙有米香,真係用靚米!!!lee餐又健康又好食。會再黎食!

午飯時間在apm,想找個地方食清D,於是想到這裡的蒸飯。但坐下看看menu,又忍不住叫了烏冬。牛肉稻庭烏冬配紫菜卷 $70 - 前菜有茄子,汁有微辣幾開胃。紫菜卷都算新鮮,紫菜有點脆脆的。牛肉烏冬湯底好味,也不會過鹹,烏冬幾滑幾彈牙~鍋燒大蝦扁烏冬拼麻香雞翼 $70 - 前菜是冷豆腐,炸雞翼外沾上芝麻汁,酸酸的帶芝麻香味,不錯~ 不過如果一人食兩隻會有點膩,最後和朋友share~ 鍋燒烏冬湯地相對來講比較清淡,料都ok豐富,炸蝦size也ok。扁烏冬幾特別,扁扁寬寬的,質地比較軟,沒有牛肉稻庭烏冬那麼爽滑。跟餐配汽水,原來是枝裝的,加了印象分~整體價錢午餐來講不算平,不過味道是不錯。入座時是12點幾,有85折優惠算有點著數吧!

麵豉湯....另外再加$15有三文魚刺身 (3片) , 唔太新鮮, 係$15嘅質素....

本人認為佢個主打蒸籠菜要加以改良, 因為確係唔好食...其他既串燒同埋菜式其實都做得不錯....
相信佢無乜客人嘅原因都係被蒸籠拖累, 加上裝修確係老土, 如果想有返多d客真係要立刻改善喇,
眼見apm其他食肆其實都有好多人等位, 如果要客似雲來嘅話, 就真係要諗諗佢喇

放工後看電影, 就來了這裡. 別處大排長龍, 這裡就大把位.豚腩片蒸籠 $58: 4分, 加$20就包白飯, 麵豉湯同埋波子汽水, 始終要吃飯的, 就要套餐價吧. 豚腩片基本上是無味道, 就這樣蒸出來, 相當淡口, 只有面頭的黑胡椒, 是好寡的. 底下的菜一樣是淡而無味, 不過份量就十足, 想吃得健康一點的, 叫這個蒸籠就比較適合. 麵豉湯方面, 就幾鹹, 飲了兩口, 不太受得了.蜜瓜味波子汽水: 當然只是來貨, 不過波子汽水其實味道怪怪的, 粒波子也真的是玩味勝於作用.地頭雞蒸籠 $58: 4分, 基本上跟豚腩片蒸籠是無乜分別, 只是豚肉變成雞肉, 一樣的淡, 一樣的寡.青蘋果味波子汽水: 文迪要的就是青蘋果味.吃得健康, 是無問題. 但健康之餘, 怎也應該有點味道. 此店的招牌, 水準實在幾差. 環境就幾好, 而服務還算不俗. 至於價位, 其實不算太便宜.不好意思, 單計這個蒸籠餐, 是不能令人滿意了.

吃得健康, 是無問題. 但健康之餘, 怎也應該有點味道. 此店的招牌, 水準實在幾差. 環境就幾好, 而服務還算不俗. 至於價位, 其實不算太便宜.

不好意思, 單計這個蒸籠餐, 是不能令人滿意了.

與同事午膳,見這裏不用等位,姑且一試,吃完後,就知道為甚麼不用等位了餐牌選擇不多,因為午餐組合不合心水,問侍應可否散叫餐牌食物再加小食,侍應說小食是沒有散叫的,只跟午餐組合,真奇怪啊,反正有的食物,為何不賣呢?終於揀了很久,最後我們叫了兩個炸雞咖喱烏冬加一個三文魚刺身和一個甜蝦刺身炸雞咖喱烏冬:啲烏冬好似上海麵,口感一般;三文魚刺身:好厚切,都幾新鮮甜蝦刺身:略嫌細仔咗啲,不過都好味埋單近200蚊,唔抵食

炸雞咖喱烏冬:啲烏冬好似上海麵,口感一般;
三文魚刺身:好厚切,都幾新鮮

甜蝦刺身:略嫌細仔咗啲,不過都好味

今天工作上有點收獲,似乎是一個不錯的消息,於是相約女朋友在apm吃飯,亦當作簡單的慶祝一下。apm的食肆不少,不過老實說,挑剔的女朋友愛吃的也不多,今天大家也想吃得清淡一點,因此就選了Wellmart Group的「樂家蒸籠料理」。在「樂家」開業沒多久,我和女朋友也光顧過一次,當時覺得食物味道不賴,而且蒸籠料理又不油膩,最合我和女朋友的胃口,加上價錢相宜,而且人客不算太多,不用等的太久,因此也對「樂家」推崇備至,不過及後得知其加價,就有一段時間沒光顧了。今天再次光臨,等位的人客也只有三數位,沒多久我們就等到位了。侍應安排我們坐了一張二人枱,看著餐牌,其實這裡除了蒸籠料理外,亦有拉麵及石鍋飯等,不過來到「樂家」,我還是首選蒸籠料理。我點了一客鰻魚蒸籠,女朋友則點了一牛小排蒸籠,另外加錢配上白米飯及麵豉湯(上文提及的加價,玄機在於開業之初,女朋友點的蒸籠料理的價錢是包白米飯及麵豉湯的,但現在卻是要另外加錢點的)而女朋友另外亦想試試串燒,於是我們點了鹽燒牛舌串及厚燒豆腐。鹽燒牛舌串鹽燒牛舌串一串兩片,賣相普通,看起來不是太吸引。牛舌表面看不到有多少燒香或焦黃的痕跡,感覺與串燒好像沾不上邊。吃

鹽燒牛舌串一串兩片,賣相普通,看起來不是太吸引。牛舌表面看不到有多少燒香或焦黃的痕跡,感覺與串燒好像沾不上邊。吃起來,牛舌帶硬,沒有一般牛舌腍軟的質感,欠缺牛舌的獨特羶香味道。至於串燒是否經油泡而非燒出來,坦白說,吃了過後,也可以猜出幾分,不過始終油泡味道不強,因此就不敢妄下定論了。

厚燒豆腐一串兩件,上面鋪上了一些木魚絲,賣相普通。驟眼看,就可以看出這串豆腐是油泡出來的產物,為什麼呢?首先豆腐表面明顯泛著油光,豆腐表面沒有一絲放在燒烤爐上燒過的痕跡,最後豆腐邊位有著炸透後的脆邊而非燒烤後的帶點焦黃香脆的感覺。加上吃起來一股頗為濃烈的油泡味道,因此幾可肯定這串豆腐是油泡出來的。至於味道如何,不消說也心中有數。舉一反三下,串燒牛舌的製作方法,又可多猜出幾分了。

我點的鰻魚蒸籠先到,侍應把蒸籠的蓋掀開,熱氣蒸騰,兩片肥厚的鰻魚立現眼前,鰻魚之下鋪上一層蛋絲,看起來金光閃閃,份外搶眼吸引。仔細看起來,鰻魚相當肥厚,表面燒成褐色,帶點焦黃,看起來頗為吸引。吃了一块,鰻魚肉質腍滑,皮的部份也較為腍軟,而食味上則頗有焦香,魚味頗濃,加上本身足夠肥厚,頗有油份,吃起來帶有一份油香,加上點點香甜的鰻魚醬汁的點綴,份外惹味;然而最重要的一點還是吃擺整片鰻魚,也沒吃到一絲泥味,實在值得一讚。

相比早前在「大戶屋」吃過的愛知縣產的鰻魚,這裡的鰻魚相信未必是產自日本,食味上與「大戶屋」有所差距也是非戰之罪。兩者食味上均沒有泥味,「大戶屋」的鰻魚在鰻香方面確也勝上一籌,另外除了鰻魚本身質素取勝外,細心提供山椒粉予以提味也是其優勝的地方。倒是兩者的鰻魚在肉質上有更明顯的分別,「大戶屋」的吃起來明顯更有彈性,皮的部份也更有靭勁,相反「樂家」的鰻魚吃起來卻較為腍軟,皮肉上也缺乏彈性,因此在整體食味上與「大戶屋」確實有段距離,但不可否認,這裡的鰻魚已經比外面的好上不少。

鰻魚下面的則是蛋絲及蒸飯,蛋絲切得幼細,帶有點點蛋香,不過吃起來,味道較淡,蒸飯的飯粒顆粒分明,飯粒飽滿,頗有飯香,吃起來味道不錯。整體來說,這個鰻魚蒸籠味道尚算不錯,有興趣也可以一試。

女朋友的牛小排蒸籠隨後也送來了,女朋友的牛小排蒸籠與我的鰻魚蒸籠略有不同,女朋友的蒸籠純粹是餸料,白米飯是另外分上的;另外附有兩款醬汁及麵豉湯。

蒸籠呈方形,面層鋪了薄薄的牛小排,約有八片,牛小排下面墊放有一些菜蔬。看起來,牛小排肥瘦適中,嚴格來說不是我們俗稱的肥牛,只有邊位帶點脂坊。相信女士們也可以吃得很放心了。牛小排切得較薄,一口一片,肉質腍軟,肉味頗濃,不過可能欠缺點油份的關係,雖不至於粗糙,但卻欠點油潤的質感。附有的兩款醬汁包括韓風汁及蒽油汁,我自己對韓風汁不太感冒,反而蒽油汁與牛小排味道頗為搭調,配合來吃味道很好。

小排下面鋪墊的主要是椰菜及一點銀芽,菜蔬吸引了一定牛小排的香味,吃起來味道很好,加上蒸煮出來的菜蔬沒一點油份,吃起來更感清淡美味,

女朋友的另外加錢要了一碗白米飯及麵豉湯,白米飯方面,與我的相若,米飯顆粒分明,飯香十足,配上蒸籠料理,味道不俗。麵豉湯方面,也是一般的麵豉湯,鹹淡適中,味道算做不錯。

「樂家」的裝潢以黃色為主調,店內環境光亮整潔,加上食肆開業不久,窗明几淨,令人感覺舒適。侍應服務方面只屬一般,想落單點菜也等了好一陣子,加茶添水等事也要食客費心,服務態度不算積極。食物質素方面,串燒以油泡代燒烤,實在令人失望至極。老實說,寧可店內少數款食品選擇也總比現在供應一些「掛羊頭賣狗肉式」的串燒來的好,令品牌形象大打折扣。而蒸籠料理方面,食味偏向清淡為主,很合我和女朋友的胃口,質素尚算不俗,只是沒有太大驚喜。結帳二百多個大洋,感覺上並不便宜,往後光顧與否,還看價錢會否「蒸蒸日上」,一切隨綠就好。

不過重要的還是和女朋友分享了今次小有所成的喜悅吧!希望很快就可以吃頓大有所成的慶祝飯局吧!

星期五同男友一齊出街吃飯,慶祝我出了花紅.本來係去板長吃的但等得太久仍未有坐位所以揀了這間^^看到餐牌後都係發現他們的套餐比較抵,本來想揀火鍋架但男友熱氣所以揀了這個蒸籠款式,前菜(墨魚仔冷盤),刺身(三文魚2件,吞拿魚2件,甜蝦2件),吉列炸蠔3件,迷你肥牛拉麵,一個蒸籠(雞肉配肥牛),支裝汽水(2支),198元未計加1. 現在評評d食物質素,先講冷盤d墨魚仔太大件啦..d醬汁太杰,味道一般.刺身不過不失.吉列炸蠔無咩鮮味,拉麵也屬一般,蒸籠內的雞肉同肥牛可能焗得太久所以覺得有點過老了.整體上食物質素及侍應服務也只屬一般,應該再去的機會比較少.
