經過「稻香」我又八八卦卦喵喵枱面有甚麼外賣點心出售,看見有泰式班蘭糕$13 冬葉鹹肉粽$12 牛頭造型奶皇包$10,又幾吸引!煙靭口感的班蘭糕比較重奶味,味道不太甜,班蘭香味幾乎零,口感味道尚好的!鹹肉粽有豬肉與蛋黃,味道正常,但不知道是否冬葉烚得不夠,冬葉色澤把糯米也染綠了!表面的糯米也帶有冬葉的葉味道鹹肉粽,是美中不足的地方!應年的牛頭造型奶皇包很吸引,$10有三個平過麵包,奶皇不過甜,正正常的包。

回家就急不及待煎年糕,年糕質地較軟滑,尚算容易煎,煎年糕時候,椰香飄揚,看看成份內容,原來是有加入椰子粉,煎年糕我喜歡加蛋漿煎,多一份蛋香,年糕軟綿,甜而不膩。

煎年糕了!看看蘿蔔糕成份內容有臘腸、蝦米,但我買的蘿蔔糕却祇有蝦米,煎香的蘿蔔糕我喜歡添加胡椒粉來吃,蘿蔔糕成份內容有雞粉,但蘿蔔糕的雞粉味太重,料少味重,感覺太假了!

近期多次見社交媒體講此食店既“亞拉斯加帝皇蟹”,昨日(15/11/2020)在沙田,知附近有這食店,便一早訂定枱,六點就去食。可能近期無超抵食既推廣,居然去到無人等位,即時可入座。由侍應帶領下點了隻五斤十両既亞拉斯加帝皇蟹,選了原隻清蒸,很鮮味,很易拆開取肉嚟食,無咩膏,四個人食,份量都足夠。另點了兩個餸蒜蓉炒芥蘭,都幾好食及份量足脆皮咕嚕肉,略嫌份量少,菠蘿好酸,麻麻地侍應好少及態度麻麻,落單時都要等上幾分鐘。

上次去沙田稻香已經好不滿,但係始終去開稻香飲茶,都想比多次機會,今次接待、環境等等都好好多,唯一不滿係出餐員工冼蓮居第一係完全冇冚好食物,出餐員工有三個,就得佢冇係食物上面加蓋;第二係佢經手嘅山竹牛肉我同朋友都食到有魚味,而我對魚有輕微敏感,我地同返佢講,佢態度好差咁話「點會食到魚味?依個係山竹牛肉,係你地搞錯」,咁我講我敏感但係食到魚味,佢就話「我唔知喎,又唔係我整嘅」如果山竹牛肉一直係咁嘅味道,我點會依連續五年一直同屋企人幫襯稻香,仲要每次都要山竹牛肉?

$1雞屋企人知道稻香有$1雞之後,打算上星期五去食,可惜7點去到嘅時候太多人,要等過百張枱,最後冇食到。原來係5點鐘派飛,5點半入座。琴日星期三好早攞飛就食到啦!真係$1一隻雞$1一隻雞呀!隻雞係炸子雞,熱辣辣原隻上,皮脆肉嫩,上碟造型100分,成個雞籃haha,仲有蝦片伴碟,非常鬆化香脆,幾塊絕對唔夠XD。上菜嘅時候,侍應會俾較剪同一人一對手套,方便你剪開佢揸住嚟食,好貼心。同家人叫咗一人一盅汽鍋海中寶,內有鮑魚、螺、花膠同雞腳,$18/盅好抵食!食咗咁多肉,要叫番碟菜平衡吓嘅....叫咗椒絲腐乳通菜炒牛肉,份量都幾多,不錯,但係佢上菜嘅時候,我食緊隻雞髀,冇手再影相。另外要講嘅係...我太耐冇去呢間稻香飲茶,原來佢改哂自動加水,煲水嘅設備,非常先進,唔使不停叫侍應加茶(有時真係舉極手都冇人應你),啱哂同行嘅媽咪,唔會再話人地加d水唔夠熱最後埋單$166,$13/位茶錢,加一,好抵食!可以再試👍🏻

稻香一蚊雞終於回來了!這個消息我也是從火車上的廣告得知, 只限周一至周五, 便決定周五去湊一下熱鬧. 馬鞍山的分店沒有了, 最近的要去到沙田. 如果不想等位, 六點前便要到達拿位了. 幸好我的家人早點到達, 不然我們便是在外面等的那一批人了!今次的一蚊雞不只木桶豉油雞, 是原隻燒春雞, 正常雞的大小. 上菜時, 雞還是熱乎乎, 漲卜卜的, 是剛燒好出來的樣子. 他們給了兩對膠手套及較剪, 方便自己分配. 如要廚房切好端上, 要另加$30呢! 我們覺得也沒這必要, 自己來吧!我才拿起雞脾, 不怎用力, 都分離了, 雞油香氣撲鼻而來. 雞皮燒得甚脆, 皮下的脂肪溶掉很多, 真的皮脆肉滑! 這燒春雞比木桶雞來得特別, 甚有驚喜!回頭率甚高!提要:2人可叫一隻$1雞, 4人可叫兩隻, 如此類推!另外茶錢是$13/ 位.

落雨涼涼地就想食邊爐🥘知道稻香裝修完就諗住去食 20:30任食火鍋,但原來以家轉咗無任食!變咗火鍋料半價汔水任飲,我地叫咗個胡椒豬肚大蜆鍋,味道 ok,叫咗碟美國牛小排( 300g)就麻麻地了,唔值2佰9哩個價囉~好彩有半價,鵝腸無乜肥膏唔香囗~其他火鍋料不過不失,有半價都會考慮再去飲任汔水都算吸引,員工都很有禮貌埋單$ 541兩個人傾下飲下😊又一個愉快晚上
