依個真係可以用彈彈下嚟形容,因為真係好彈牙,而且入面除左有杞子及桂花係入面之外,仲有啲雪耳片,清甜滋潤得嚟又有唔同口感,所以都推介。

開開心心又過左一個晚上,同班姊妹不停吹吹水又哈哈笑,都真係幾輕鬆,所以都真係多啲約佢地出嚟食下飯,充下電,等FTM都可以有自已輕鬆一面呀!

香港人,雖則什麼菜色都願意試,但間唔使都會喜歡整番碗雲吞麵,至少筆者身邊有朋友係,我老媽子亦係。要講本地吃雲吞麵既地方,來來去去幾家老字號,斷估唔會數漏正斗啦卦~正斗其實有很多好東西,如著名食家曾推介過干炒牛河,又有人讚過其炸兩,不過我胃納有限,今次都係還原基本步,食番碗雲吞麵。仍是麵在頂,雲吞在底的傳統版本,但係,好似少咁隻匙羹?金絲麵爽口,雲吞細細粒,散尾,三扒兩撥吞下一碗,好滿足。始終這老字號,唔會衰得去邊。突然想整碟腸粉,叉燒腸也好。皮稱不上薄,至少唔係嚡烚烚,餡料的叉燒豐足,也是合格分數。說到底筆者亦是正義朋友,面對豬潤這邪惡的東西,即怒也,誓要將之消滅。爽爽脆脆,沒有筋,沾上醬油,我個人可以清去半碟。心思思想吃點甜,就是糕點都好過無,便選來了椰汁馬竇糕,感覺清新。最衰只賣剩一客芝麻糊,否則我都想嚐嚐。

人在圓方,大多市肆定價偏高,可是質素又不一定分外的好,其實真覺得正斗是一個相當不錯的選擇。猶記得那時候,我也是在正斗內吃飯,那時候心情是緊張的,為的是接着的面試,感覺是沒多久前的事情呢。相對之下,心情放輕鬆外,吃的菜式也豐富了,哈。干炒牛河: 幾乎每次來也是吃雲吞麵的,干炒牛河是正斗有口皆碑的菜式,難得這次可以吃吃看。牛河看上去甚有光澤,河粉顏色均勻,入口河粉既有彈性,也甚有鑊氣。炒麵:按類別而言的話,可能跟干炒牛河有點相似,可是麵質是有不一樣的感覺,也附合想像中般的。心想假如可以在早餐時間吃到便好了!豬潤腸粉:想要減輕膩氣的話,可以點一碟腸粉,這次點的是豬潤腸粉,質素是很不錯的,腸粉皮比想像中要薄。假如不是胃納有限的話,可以多點一碗粥呢。豬手: 其貌不揚的豬手,原來是腍身而入味的,據觀察是表皮也光滑,很值得一吃呢。整體的食物質素是比想像中還理想,印象中還沒有吃過正斗的點心,就看看下次會不會再有機會吧。

因以前在家附近設有分店,而且食物水準每次也能保持,正斗是我倆以往常拜訪的一店,後來分店搬遷,也就比較少有機會,這夜來到圓方分店,又有機會回味來到這裡,鮮蝦雲吞河和酥炸蜆蚧鯪魚球是比利必點之物先吃鮮蝦雲吞河,河粉每條幼滑細緻,不會捆成一團,帶着香濃湯底,口感味道俱不俗,而鋪底的雲吞,一口一個,小巧精緻,蝦肉新鮮爽口,挺不錯的一碗酥炸蜆蚧鯪魚球,一個人吃,點小的份量(四粒)就剛好,大大粒熱烘烘的,外脆內軟,鯪魚味道尤其突出,蘸上蜆蚧醬,鹹味層次分明,很有水準!來點新意,試吃了這碟蛋煎蝦米腸粉,份量非常的多,比利盡了力也不能清碟,建議三五知已才好點,味道還是不錯的,蛋味香濃,蝦米腸粉也不會煎得太燶太油膩,不過若切成一半來煎,或用較細條的蝦米腸粉來煎,效果可能會更好哩~想不到於而吞麵店也會捧着肚子離開,聽聞這裡的芝麻糊不俗,可惜是晚已售罄,下次下次!

獨個兒當想不到吃甚麼時,其實最簡單的就是找個雲吞麵檔,一碗細蓉便是最佳的Comfort food。是日的人在圓方跟朋友catch up後,要醫肚,於是就來到正斗。近期吃得太嚴重,腸胃一般就改吃瑤柱白粥和炸両,其實幾喜歡店的粥,煲得夠綿有米香,瑤柱也拆絲拆得仔細,在這個寒流天氣,正好暖胃。而炸両也做得皮薄,餡也夠鬆化,正好是配白粥的良品。簡簡單單又一餐,人與事其實又唔需要想太多,醫好肚最緊要。

由於工作的關係,很多時候都是自己一個人吃午餐,但圓方適合一個人獨自吃的餐廳不多,所以來來去去也是吃那幾家,其中一家就是正斗。通常來都是吃粥,今日突然心血來潮想試試其他,就點了個炸鯪魚球和豉油皇炒麵。炸鯪魚球。鯪魚球是即點即炸,上檯時非常熱,吃的時候要小心。蜆芥的味道調較得不錯,不會太鹹,能帶起鯪魚肉的魚味。豉油皇炒麵。看似很普通但要炒得好絕對不容易,麵身不單只夠乾身,芽菜和韮王的份量剛好,加上陣陣醬油香,最厲害是吃到最後丁點多餘的油都沒有。喜歡吃辣的朋友一定不要錯過這裡的秘製辣椒醬,令炒麵味道更豐富。之前有朋友讚過這裡的乾炒牛河,我吃過一次也覺得不錯,但今次豉油皇炒麵更有驚喜,值得推介給大家。

豉油皇炒麵。看似很普通但要炒得好絕對不容易,麵身不單只夠乾身,芽菜和韮王的份量剛好,加上陣陣醬油香,最厲害是吃到最後丁點多餘的油都沒有。喜歡吃辣的朋友一定不要錯過這裡的秘製辣椒醬,令炒麵味道更豐富。
之前有朋友讚過這裡的乾炒牛河,我吃過一次也覺得不錯,但今次豉油皇炒麵更有驚喜,值得推介給大家。

Daidai媽媽我真係極少機會和朋友食飯,今晚終於可以放監跟好友食餐好既!朋友仔提議正斗(圓方店),平日容易搵位,我搭車又方便,所以放工過來一齊食飯!我地5個人,叫左9樣野食,其中有幾樣係點心,所以都食得哂!小評:真係好耐沒有跟朋友食返餐,今次正斗令我很滿意,食物有水準,服務也不錯,待應會常加水和換碟子,也提議有乜好食,下次去圓方行街,可以帶家人來嚐多次!

曾經一度很愛探索圓方的新餐廳,但大部分的餐廳,新奇過後並沒有再訪的動力,正斗的來到,自然成為家常晚餐的上佳選擇。圓方環境華麗有氣派,不過店位座位不算多,幸而一家四口來得早,遲一點真要等位了。打開餐單選擇眾多,不想煩就點了 正斗精選套餐 ($288),貪其內容豐富而且選擇自由大,包括:點心拼盤、皮蛋咸瘦肉粥或艇仔粥、自選腸粉(叉燒腸、牛肉膠或炸兩)、干炒牛河或豉油皇炒麵,以及翠綠郊外油菜。首先是皮蛋咸瘦肉粥,這裡的粥稍為稀身,比例上料就很足,同時粥底夠棉也有米香,作為清淡的頭盤很是適合滿意~點心併盤也上場了,內容包括叉燒包2件、蝦餃2件、菜苗餃2件;其中叉燒包巨大而且皮薄又足料,小朋友一邊吃豐富的叉燒料一邊掉下來,味道還很不錯;我家兩隻也愛蝦餃,很快就搶光,還好仍有蝦鮮菜嫩的菜苗餃吃~然後選了 叉燒腸粉,叉燒又是非常的足料澎湃,配上皮薄細滑的腸粉皮,兩隻又是吃到津津有味~至於主食,當然不能錯過重溫 干炒牛河,這裡的出品太強了!色澤均勻誘亮、香口惹味夠鑊氣,同時難得不油不膩,淨食或加配辣醬都很滋味。本身不太餓關係,最後來碟清翠嫩甜的郊外油菜,一家四口都基本上滿足,除了...除了... 我那

除了... 我那麻煩的甜胃。其實是咳嗽都一段時間了,決定要盅冰糖燉雪梨 ($48) 滋潤一下,這裡叫價不算便宜,但成品夠火候雪梨腍甜、糖水清潤不過甜,味道是棒勝過不少高級中菜館,我很滿意收貨。

古時有"炸一", 可是, "炸一"只有一條油炸鬼, 實在大少, 吃不飽, 後期改成為"炸兩"... 於是大家都夠飽, 便沒有發展為"炸三"了... 55.... 你當我講笑呀!?! 唯靈先生在信報專欄有講架....哈哈... 
側看這碟炸兩, 腸粉皮做得超薄, 但入口不失韌度, 而且軟滑十足.

南乳豬手, 看起來的顏色啡啡亮麗, 入口正是軟而不爛, 食完一件再一件, 絕無肥膩感覺, 南乳味香濃, 微微的八角胡椒香, 膠質彈牙爽口, 一碟一個人享用, 剛剛好.....

最近,大家各自忙於子女升學的問題這日大家約了出來飯聚輕鬆一下揀了在圓方的正斗,因為有我好想食的雲吞麵鮮蝦雲吞麵 是正斗的招牌菜 麵條是用傳統方法打出的竹昇麵,食落去特別爽脆彈牙雲吞皮薄,裡面的蝦又彈牙鍾意它的雲吞不是太大粒,一口一粒,連少少湯一起食,好鮮味的好有驚喜的 乾炒牛河 炒得色澤均勻,每條都沾到醬汁,河粉又不會黏埋一嚿 ... 還不會好油膩食了個好惹味的乾炒牛河,食埋碗清清地的 鮑魚雞三絲粥粥底綿滑,裡面還有好多餸料,好多鮑魚絲和雞絲 ... 食粥當然要配埋 炸兩淋上豉油,再點少少芝麻醬和甜醬,外面滑滑的腸粉包著脆卜卜的油條薑汁炒芥蘭香妃雞 (半隻)雞肉嫩滑又夠味,唔洗點薑蓉都咁好味今日好好胃口,點多兩籠包點 ... 流汁叉燒包 + 黃金流沙包上枱時還冒著熱氣 ... 記住包一定要熱食至好食的即刻拎個黃金流沙包剝開,裡面的餡真是流出來,還有陣陣的咸香濃郁的蛋黃中帶著奶香,咸咸甜甜的好滋味好鍾意流汁叉燒包裡面的叉燒大大粒,好有咬口杞子桂花糕 裡面還有雪耳,清甜滋潤又養顏呢 !!!** 以上分享是以我的口味、喜好和情況作出分享和感受,合用 / 一試與否請自行決定
