同朋友一齊食晏,諗爆頭都決定唔到食乜,又想近office。最後我話不如食附近一間越南野,佢話都好喎想試喎未試過。因為舖好細,容納到既人可能得十個左右,而一直以黎都好多人排隊食,所以大家都未黎食過。但呢日好好彩,可能係大雨關係,好少人,唔洗排隊,於是我地既機會黎啦,哈哈。望下menu, 個大蝦蟹肉蟹膏湯河真係好吸引,但皮膚最近有d敏感要戒口,於是只可以睇人食😅⋯⋯朋友話湯好清,加撈左蟹膏落湯度,味道就變濃郁,ok好食。我就嗌左生牛肉湯河。生牛切薄片,堆成一座小山咁放晌洋蔥圈絲上面,好吸引。湯非常燙熱,所以生牛一跌入湯裏面,好快就已經熟晒,但保持到嫩滑😋 而湯非常清甜,好好飲。河粉又夠滑。成碗生牛河非常好味,要向大家推介🤗

我就嗌左生牛肉湯河。生牛切薄片,堆成一座小山咁放晌洋蔥圈絲上面,好吸引。湯非常燙熱,所以生牛一跌入湯裏面,好快就已經熟晒,但保持到嫩滑😋 而湯非常清甜,好好飲。河粉又夠滑。成碗生牛河非常好味,要向大家推介🤗

在OpenRice 看到大部分都是好評所以決定試一試。去到發現是一間小店,L形bar枱,感覺都舒適乾淨,但店內抽氣有點問題,吃完成個人都有味道。點了越式大蝦蟹膏蟹肉湯河($78),+$12一杯熱紅棗桂圓茶。湯河賣相不錯,吃完不覺有什麼味精,蟹餅配河粉都幾夾,但河粉有點碎,有點難夾。不過在其他地方吃過類似的會加番茄,如果這裡也有味道會更好。飲品味道不濃,但挺好喝。下次會試一試法包,吃完才發現有下午茶餐。

最近要完全戒辣,所以要止粉麵癮便向pho出發。德民街一帶有很多出色小店,轉手亦快。這間越式小店只是七八個位,但人流也多,星期日中午它算是很受歡迎的店。我們點了兩樣店裏的推介的菜式:越式大蝦蟹膏蟹餅湯河和慢煮牛肉法包。讓我有驚喜的是法包,法包名符其實的外脆內軟,而且加上醃菜,夏天沒胃口時也是個好選擇。至於湯河令我最喜歡是它的濃湯底,反而蟹餅需吃得出它的真材實料,但一浸湯很快便淋及鬆散了,吃起上來還是有點不方便。店舖雖小,裝修也不馬虎,像拉麵小店的格局。價錢也算合理,絕對是一兩個人吃飯的好選擇。

I am a big Viet Pho lover, I used to eat Pho a lot back in Canada. Now I moved back to HKG, I had less because there aren’t much good restaurant with good Pho.

Walked passed this Pho restaurant the other day during lunch time, and decided to give it a try.

The restaurant is quite small, they can only serve about 10 people at the bar table. I asked the server for recommendation, and he told me to try their signature Canadian AAA Angus Beef Pho.

The Pho was nice and hot. There was about 4-5 pieces of beef which was reasonable, and also served with green onions, purple onions and bean sprouts, green lime and basil. The soup base was a little sweet for me, I prefer less sweet. Noodles were cooked nicely and texture was just right.


Overall, I’ll rate this restaurant 3.5/5. The shop is a bit t small and price is a bit pricy for Pho.

呢條街越黎越多食肆 而且價錢都唔貴幾好

而湯底就普通比較淡
牛丸唔粉 幾有牛肉味 唔係雪藏果啲 都幾好味
芽菜就比較碎濕濕左啲
金邊粉就不過不失 無乜特別

服務方面就無乜可言 落完單就入廚房準備

先試了牛河。湯色比我所料的深沉,喝一口,還夠甜但就欠了層次;再喝多幾口後,感到喉頭有點乾乾,我就知發生甚麼事了....

河粉沒有甚麼特別 (早知如此就應叫彈性足一點的金邊粉好了);牛肉的確是生掉進湯的,幸好湯頭夠熱,將之浸焯一會後就熟了。肉本身品質只屬一般,嚼下去有點硬韌....

包雖然有點偏涼但咬下去竟仍是flaky及脆的,這甚為難得;饀內以扎肉及所謂的鹹豬手肉批為主,肉味頗香濃的;但我最關心的仍是醃酸蘿蔔的多寡,若下得足的話這法包是一定不錯的....而這裡的呢,個人就認為可以再下重手一點....

粉餐會跟餐飲,經推介後要了杯蜂蜜生薑茶....

係唔係望唔到蟹肉呢?其實收埋晒係個蟹餅到,而係佢上面果一堆醬就係蟹膏。

加埋撈檬粉嘅汁,個人覺得蟹膏嘅味唔夠突出,所以份量再多少少會更加好。而朋友叫嘅都係同一碗粉,不過加$5要左麻辣醬,我試左一啖,個醬或多或少都會掩蓋左蟹味,但多左份香辣後更為惹味,辣度唔算高。

成碗檬粉嘅精髓在於個蟹餅
真係超級真材實料,而且唔會得蟹肉但淡而無味
如果可以加錢要多塊就更好!!

成日鍾意同朋友試新野,今日黎到紅磡呢間新開既越南餐廳。店內裝修富有越南色彩,雖然空間唔算大,但都坐得舒服。🛋得同朋友每類食物都想試,就點左佢地既招牌菜1)越式蟹膏蟹肉湯金邊粉2)招牌越式法包3)慢煮烤牛肉吐司4)肝醬扎肉米捲飲品就點左靚女老闆娘推介既玫瑰盧薈茶🌷先講招牌越式法包,有得揀硬包或軟包,因為平時食開都係硬包,所以今次呢度試食軟包,驚喜地個包係超脆,入面餡料用左咸豬手,同入面個醬汁好夾。然後黎一個烤牛肉吐司,吐司又係非常脆身,嗰醬汁連埋牛肉亦配合得好好。跟住到蟹膏蟹肉湯分邊粉,湯底好濃好鮮味但又唔覺得佢同平時出面食越南粉既鋪頭落左好多味精,d粉完全吸收左湯既精華。除左蟹肉,仲有隻大蝦,配埋香濃既牛油係面,成碗湯粉都覺得佢做得好出色。至於肝醬扎肉米捲,感覺清新,可能之前既食物味道較濃郁,所以覺得呢個無咩特別,如果一開始食呢個小食先應該會好d!最後杯玫瑰盧薈茶,玫瑰味好香濃,冬天飲啱晒!總括黎講,呢間鋪頭係值得一試,下次都會再約朋友試埋其他招牌菜。

靚女老闆娘推介既玫瑰盧薈茶🌷

先講招牌越式法包,有得揀硬包或軟包,因為平時食開都係硬包,所以今次呢度試食軟包,驚喜地個包係超脆,入面餡料用左咸豬手,同入面個醬汁好夾。


然後黎一個烤牛肉吐司,吐司又係非常脆身,嗰醬汁連埋牛肉亦配合得好好。


跟住到蟹膏蟹肉湯分邊粉,湯底好濃好鮮味但又唔覺得佢同平時出面食越南粉既鋪頭落左好多味精,d粉完全吸收左湯既精華。除左蟹肉,仲有隻大蝦,配埋香濃既牛油係面,成碗湯粉都覺得佢做得好出色。


至於肝醬扎肉米捲,感覺清新,可能之前既食物味道較濃郁,所以覺得呢個無咩特別,如果一開始食呢個小食先應該會好d!

最後杯玫瑰盧薈茶,玫瑰味好香濃,冬天飲啱晒!


總括黎講,呢間鋪頭係值得一試,下次都會再約朋友試埋其他招牌菜。

閒逛發現一間平時唔起眼嘅小店,由於附近一般都係日式餐廳﹑拉麵或者小食居多,越式菜可以係一個輕食下午茶選擇。小店地方細,只是一個吧枱形式,如果有小朋友或者一大伙人就唔太合適。小店有提供外賣,當時亦有客人買即做法包自取。雖然是法包專門店,眼見餐牌上法包同越式生牛肉(巴西)湯河二選一,最後決定選擇後者。生牛肉都幾多,而且一半仲好紅好生,喺我最喜愛的生熟程度時候就先食哂~牛肉冇雪味,薄薄幾片滿足了口感。湯河幾爽口,配上炸蒜片同海量香草,湯底幾清,食完都冇口乾,估計無味精! $48的話屬於唔錯嘅選擇! 下次光臨會試試法包~

生牛肉都幾多,而且一半仲好紅好生,喺我最喜愛的生熟程度時候就先食哂~

牛肉冇雪味,薄薄幾片滿足了口感。湯河幾爽口,配上炸蒜片同海量香草,湯底幾清,食完都冇口乾,估計無味精! 
$48的話屬於唔錯嘅選擇! 下次光臨會試試法包~

昨晚(818)睇演唱會前先往“越之味”醫肚。從這店開張後已經想試,但緣份未到,每次午飯時間去到總是見到店內人頭滿滿,只能轉場。今次我啦三人點了三款不同食品~撈檬、湯河同三文治。 食後感……店舖雖小但食物水準卻不小。檬粉非常爽口;蟹肉湯河更是水準之作👍,當見到碗肉的兩支匙羹時還以為放錯,後來朋友吃過那蟹肉餅後疑團就解開。朋友用一支羹放那蟹餅以免放湯肉蟹餅散晒、而另一支羹則是食用嚟飲湯,而湯店更是美味、濃郁,朋友連湯都清埋仲話好耐都未食過咁地道嘅越南餐。 除了🐂湯底外,老闆亦照顧唔食牛嘅朋友因為有🐔湯底可選咁就可以食湯河、湯檬 啦😊。 🐖手扎肉三文治嘅麵包脆到不得之了,一口咬落去“卡之卡之”聲連隔離位嘅朋友都聽到 😂。包內放有羅勒,因自己唔食有味菜大口咬下一陣味非常難頂😨,只好打開三文治剔走啲羅勒才可繼續食,下次落單前定必走羅勒免影響胃口。除了主食我們還點了蒜蓉包,包嘅两面都搽有蒜醬、蒜香撲鼻且包軟邊脆😍;而那杯芒果沙冰則是以新鮮腰芒製作而成,整體食物水準都非常高、啱口胃,這店mark 下定必再幫襯😁
