早幾日同客人係中午試過這間的食川菜的商務午餐, 回頭值很高! 今晚又回來幫襯了這棟新式樓宇是由 Savills 管理, 我們book 了7pm, 樓下大堂的職員得知我們去那間餐廳已經可以知道我們的預約資料, 令人覺得服務超貼心, 有種似VIP 會所的感覺餐廳可能都是照顧開商務客, 主要都是sofa 的雅座, 讓人坐得很舒適, 而且職員服務都很到位貼心, 忍不住給一個讚尖椒黃金皮蛋 ($98)黃金皮蛋顏色很漂亮, 看起來金黃誘人, 層次分明, 裡面的蛋黃有溏心的感覺而蛋白金黃透明, 咬下去富有彈性, 吃起來又軟彈, 口感非常好, 加上以青辣椒, 香蔥, 醋, 紅油等調味, 帶出了皮蛋的蛋香, 味道濃鬱而有回甘的感覺紅花海皇酸辣羹 ($78)四川酸辣湯的特點是酸、辣、鹹、鮮、香。最大的特點就是酸爽開胃而且所需的食材非常豐富多樣, 有蝦、帶子、豆腐、老陳醋、冬筍、保寧醋等讓這道羹湯的口感與營養提升了不少,喝起來非常舒服過癮。而最特別的是這裡的酸辣羹更加入了紅花, 帶有藥膳功效, 氣香行散, 入血分具有活血通經, 達到祛瘀止痛的功效。 茶燻樟茶鴨 – 半隻 ($208)識食一定要食這個茶燻樟茶

黃金皮蛋顏色很漂亮, 看起來金黃誘人, 層次分明, 裡面的蛋黃有溏心的感覺

識食一定要食這個茶燻樟茶鴨! 樟茶鴨屬燻鴨的一種, 製作很考究不是普通餐廳能食到, 因為此鴨需經醃、熏、蒸、炸四道工序, 要求嚴格! 
上菜時香熱, 鴨物色澤呈金紅, 外皮酥脆而肉身內嫩, 沒有一點肥膩的感覺, 更帶有樟木和茶葉的特殊香味,不愧是四川著名菜餚! 大廚的功力很非凡!

新肺炎疫情下很小人會外出食飯,難得今日有朋友邀請,介紹有正宗酸菜魚,實行食返餐好,去到樓下大堂已經感受到是高級食府,搭升降機上去,環境瑰麗堂皇,主題是紅色搭綠色,就似紅花和綠葉互相襯托。服務員招呼周到,馬上送上飲品,點菜方面當然要選老壇酸菜魚,另外還點了半隻招牌炸子雞先夠飽啦。呢味老壇酸菜魚真材實料,選用桂花魚,新鮮彈牙肉質甜美,加多個白飯就完美,女士怕肥可以食裏面薯粉。呢味招牌炸子雞,口感非常嫩滑,皮脆厚肉,炸得剛剛好,大廚手工。

新肺炎疫情下很小人會外出食飯,難得今日有朋友邀請,介紹有正宗酸菜魚,實行食返餐好,去到樓下大堂已經感受到是高級食府,搭升降機上去,環境瑰麗堂皇,主題是紅色搭綠色,就似紅花和綠葉互相襯托。服務員招呼周到,馬上送上飲品,點菜方面當然要選老壇酸菜魚,另外還點了半隻招牌炸子雞先夠飽啦。

蛋黃肉:
貌似鹹蛋蒸豬肉,食落好綿密,充滿豬肉香鬆,好豪氣一整一整粒鹹蛋黃,好香。

主食:

XO醬海皇炒絲苗:絲苗米的確幼身,粒粒分明,XO醬唔算多但勝在有搖柱絲吊味,仲有好多蔥花粒增加口感。

茶燻樟茶鴨(另散叫,不包括在套餐內):
樟茶鴨是功夫菜,工序繁複,色澤深紅,發出淡淡煙燻香味,肉味經過烤焗,非常濃郁鹹香,好似食緊鹹豬手咁,但係當然無咁鹹,沒有多餘嘅油脂,好味。

甜品🍮:
金絲棗蜂蜜黑糖糕:外貌好似黃金糕咁,一梳梳魚翅,好煙韌,質地好似白糖糕,美滿。
