其實個場無人 但好似好急 我地感覺係咪阻住佢地收工😅
整體飯食物質素係好好 真係食完想去食
但服務就....會令人唔想去下次

水煮田雞一上場依然係有震撼嘅感覺,啲辣椒多到呢!未開始起筷已經飄來陣陣辣椒香,喜歡辣嘅朋友真係唔可以錯過。
田雞非常入味,肉嫩 juicy !

涼拌土豆絲
前菜叫左涼拌土豆絲,試過自己整,要整得好食都有難度,土豆絲切得幼細得黎食落要有咬口、爽口,睇落咁淺色以為無咩味,食落原來調味都剛剛好,不太酸又不太辣,仲有啲芝麻香,非常開胃。

嚟到最期待的酸菜魚,一上枱朋友都非常嘩然,超大碗,先試試個湯底不會太過酸,原來有加入甜酸菜,作為酸菜愛好者食哂魚肉後都不停咁繼續夾d酸菜食,魚肉都非常嫩滑無骨同大片,啖啖肉好正,仲有一啲炸過嘅魚骨肉,兩種口感都有齊,係香港好難得食到個酸菜魚係咁分量十足,4個女生食都岩岩好,大讚👍🏻

灣仔出名多高質素美食聚集嘅地方,今次去左食川菜館。呢個大廈應該係新起既感覺好新,坐lift上到去一開門見到又紅又綠嘅裝修好得意,完全冇嗰種好光猛好嘈好中式川菜館嘅感覺,一看就係走中高價路線。我叫左冷盤香油萵筍絲,菊花魚米羹,茶燻樟茶鴨,當然仲有川菜必食-酸菜沙巴魚。冷盤香油萵筍絲清清地都幾開胃不過唔太特別,魚米羹料足味道中規中距。本來林住呢間餐館食物一般但最後主菜係驚喜,兩個招牌菜-樟茶鴨同酸菜魚。鴨食得出有茶燻而且皮脆肉嫩,本身對鴨一般既我居然一一嚿嚿食吾停口。川菜既酸菜魚個酸菜湯味道同材料好足,沙巴魚吾多骨好嫩,雖然四百幾蚊比出邊嘅川菜館貴但食得出呢個係一分錢一分貨嘅材料同味道。沙巴魚份量足酸湯味道夠酸,而且酸菜好多食得出唔係平個種酸菜。食材同環境都好好不過果晚廚房好繁忙而且冇閂門所以成日聽到廚房講嘢聲,如果冇咗嘈雜聲會係非常好嘅一餐。感覺上佢哋着重美食同環境裝修多於服務質素。

替家人慶生,選址在灣仔的紅花會。餐廳環境舒適,很適合家人、朋友聚會。餐牌選擇很多,很多菜式看起來都很吸引呢。我們一行4人點了一份酸菜魚。酸菜魚分量很多,絕對足夠4個人吃。難得在香港吃到如此好吃的酸菜魚,是我最喜歡的口味。酸辣度剛剛好,酸辣得十分過癮!而且滿滿的材料,很多魚肉、萵筍、木耳、薯粉等等。魚肉也很嫩滑,有鮮味,是水準很高的酸菜魚。另一道我們都很滿意的菜式-茶熏樟茶鴨。一上桌已經聞得到濃濃的茶木炭香。果然炭香十足,有淡淡的茶葉香,沒有過多的調味,已經足以吊出鴨肉的鮮味。鴨肉肉質也很鮮嫩。炸百花釀菊葉。很有創意的一道菜式,沾了蝦膠的菊葉再沾粉炸成天婦羅。炸粉不會太厚,但卻很香脆!而且菊葉配蝦膠這個組合很配搭。再來一份吃四川菜必點的擔擔麵。很濃稠的擔擔麵,尤其是花生味尤爲突出!麵條有勁度,配如此濃郁的辣湯底特別惹味好吃。椒汁鮑魚。切成粒狀的鮑魚已經爽脆而且鮮味十足!而且炒得香口,鑊氣十足。最後我們參加了社交平台的活動,讚好社交平台有自家制涼茶一杯。雞骨草+夏枯草的配搭,清涼好喝。

酸辣度剛剛好,酸辣得十分過癮!

這家在灣仔與銅鑼灣交界的新餐廳, 名字甚有江湖味道, 裝橫典雅, 空間寬敞, 吃的是味道濃重的川菜. 主理人葉師傅之前左滿樂工作, 處理潮州菜為主, 新環境和他之前工作的大有不同, 這相當有趣.先說他兩人份的午餐價錢, 定價相宜, 平時均每人也可用一百五十元, 但包括前菜, 兩份主菜, 蔬菜, 飯局皮甜晶, 絕對能吃得飽. 頭盤有萵絲, 麻辣豬耳和鮑魚, 後兩者的辣勁柔和, 沒甚麽獨特之處, 反而前者的口感清爽和沒草腥味較為可喜. 乾扁四季豆先炸後炒, 口感爽脆而且鑊氣也夠, 只是多吃幾塊, 就覺有點油膩. 主菜最重要的, 當然是水煮魚, 以沙巴龍躉作主軸, 口感厚實而不會散香, 魚香味重而不會完全被麻辣味覆蓋, 麻辣度的層次還可以, 作為二人份的午餐份量也夠, 食物不能算是驚為天人, 但總算物有所值.
